ABOUT THE PANEL EXPRESS
THE PANEL EXPRESS SELF-ADJUSTING
ALL-TERRAIN DOLLY
● Clamps automatically down onto the material.
● Can carry fully framed door and window units.
● Can carry up to 18 half-inch sheets with optional
shelf.
● Can carry wood, glass, granite, drywall and similar
panel material.
Includes locking casters for easy loading or unloading on a sloped driveway, a convenient handle for moving the dolly
when empty and maintenance free foam lled tires that never go at. Now you can easily go across unlevel terrain when
necessary. It has a 26" wheelbase and a low carry height.
UNPACKING THE PANEL EXPRESS
When unpacking, CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE DOLLY IS INTACT / UNDAMAGED and that all ordered parts are
included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Saw Trax Manufacturing as soon as possible at 770-974-0021.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in serious injury or property
damage.
2. Do not exceed 700 lb. max weight capacity (base model). Locking brace max weight of 200 lb.
3. Do not allow persons to operate or assemble the product until they have read this manual and have developed
a thorough understanding of how it works.
4. Do not modify this product in any way. Unauthorized modication may impair the function and/or safety and
could affect the life of the product.
5. Use the right tool for the job. DO NOT attempt to force small equipment to
do the work of larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications
for which this equipment was designed. This product will be safer and do
a better job at the capacity for which it was intended. DO NOT use this
equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended.
6. Industrial or commercial applications must follow OSHA requirements.
7. Inspect the work area before each use. Keep work area clean, dry, free of
clutter, and well-lit. Cluttered, wet, or dark work areas can result in injury.
8. Keep children and bystanders away from the work area while operating the tool. Do not allow children to
handle the product.

9. Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes, and other mechanical hazards in your work area.
Some of these hazards may be hidden from your view and may cause personal injury and/or property damage if
contacted.
10. Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the tool. Do not use the tool while
you are tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while operating the
tool may result in serious personal injury.
11. Dress properly. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair
can be caught in moving parts.
12. Wear the proper personal protective equipment when necessary.
13. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
14. Check for damaged parts before each use. Carefully check that the product will operate properly and perform its
intended function. Replace damaged or worn parts immediately. Never operate the product with a damaged part.
15. Store the product when it is not in use. Store it in a dry, secure place out of the reach of children.
16. Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for use with your product. Accessories that may
be suitable for one product may create a risk of injury when used with another tool.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS (Continued)
1. While loaded, push the dolly from the side with the casters with the foam lled tires forward.
2. Do not exceed 700 lb. max. weight capacity. Be aware that moving loads have more force/weight than stationary
loads. Sudden or rapid load movement may briey create excess force causing product failure or a tipping hazard.
3. If loading a sheet larger than 5 ft. tall, ensure the brace lock is not used. (there is a possibility of the cart falling over
if the center of gravity is outside the large tires caused by the leaning of a very tall sheet like loading the 4 ft. side of
a 4 X 8 sheet.)
4. With the adjusting brace locked open, the maximum load is 200 lbs.
5. This equipment is designed for evenly centered loads. Off-centering of loads can result in a dangerous operating
condition and may cause damage or injury.
6. Be aware that the casters behave differently without a load than with a load.
7. If on a slope, position and lock casters on the down side of the slope.
8. Do not ride on this equipment. Do not carry passengers.
9. Maintain product labels and nameplates. These carry important safety information. If unreadable or missing, contact
Saw Trax Manufacturing for a replacement.
OPERATING THE PANEL EXPRESS

The Panel Express comes standard with two (2) locking casters for easy loading and two (2) foam lled
tires that will not go at.
The Self-adjusting brace mechanism automatically adjusting to hold any load up to 3.5". With the
adjusting brace locked open, the maximum load is 200 lbs.

TIPS AND TRICKS
1. When loaded push the material from behind with the foam lled tires towards the front.
2. When going over obstacles like air hoses, you may want to slightly tilt the load forward to remove weight from the
rear casters.
3. When not wanting to use the Self-adjusting brace mechanism, an easy way to store it so it is not lost is turn it upside
down so the notch is facing up.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES
Need a handy place to store straps, tools, and supplies?
Just add the optional Toolbox to our dolly for easy storage.
Great for hand tools, mudding tool, or tie down straps. We nd it is
perfect for an E strap that can be used with the E strap ttings on
the sides of the dolly.
Adding the Lower Shelf option increases the capacity to carry up to 18 half-inch sheets!

INSTALLING OPTIONAL ADDITIONS (Lower Shelf)
INSTALLING OPTIONAL ADDITIONS (Toolbox)
Required Materials Included
• Shelf Assembly
• 5/16in. x 2in. Hex Head Bolt
• 5/16in. Nylon Nut
• 1/4in. Flat Washer
Required Tools
Ratchet with Deepwell 1/2 in. Socket and 1/2in. combina-
tion wrench
1. Place Shelf Assembly onto ledge adjacent the xed side of
the middle channel.
2. Attach Shelf Assembly using two(2) 5/16in. x 2in. Hex
Head Bolts, two(2) 1/4in. Flat Washers and two(2) 5/16in.
Nylon Nuts. e heads of the bolts should be on the exteri-
or of the dolly body.
Note: e Shelf Assembly will not be assembled for delivery.
Hardware will be added to the Hardware envelope and the Shelf will be placed at the top of the Dolly Box.
Required Materials Included
• Tool B ox
• 5/16in. x 3/4in. Hex Head Bolt
• 5/16in. Hex Nut
• 1/4in. Flat Washer
Required Tools
Ratchet with Deepwell 1/2 in. Socket and 1/2in. combination

1. Place Tool Box into Tool Box opening with angled side
against middle of dolly.
2. Attach Tool Box using four(4) 5/16in. x 3/4in. Hex Head
Bolts, four(4) 1/4in. Flat Washers and four(4) 5/16in. Hex
Nuts. e heads of the bolts should be on the exterior of the
dolly body.

• Accessories carry a limited warranty of 90 days from the date of receipt.
• Consumable items are defined as expendable parts or accessories expected to become inoperable within
a reasonable amount of use and are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Who is Covered:
This warranty covers only the initial purchaser of the product from the date of delivery.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials subject to the limitations stated below. This warranty
does not cover failures due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear-and-tear, improper repair,
alterations or lack of maintenance Use of these machines in the processing of metal or some other materials may
void the warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary
from state to state.
Saw Trax Mfg., Inc. will repair or replace, at our discretion, any component that is determined to be defective.
Repair or replacement is limited to providing replacement parts from the factory. Saw Trax Mfg., Inc. assumes no
responsibility for making repairs on site. Parts returned to the factory must be returned freight prepaid and include a
Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Please call 770-974-0021 for a R.A. number.

of initial purchase when calling. If a product requires further inspection, the Technical Service representative will
explain and assist with any additional action needed.
