Allgemeine Anweisungen General Instructions
- Die Reinraumvorschriften vor Ort sind unbedingt einzuhalten.
- Werkzeuge, Hubwagen, Leiter, Gerüste und Montagehilfs-
mittel sind gereinigt und entsprechen den Reinraumvor-
schriften.
-Please pay attention to the cleanroom standards on site.
-Tools, trucks, ladders, scaffoldings etc. must be clean and
correspond to the cleanroom standards on site.
Arbeitsgang / Activity Foto / Picture
1. Orginalzustand HEPA/Ulpa Filter
- Filter einzeln in Folie verpackt
- 6-18 Stück pro PAL- Box
- 2 PAL- Boxen übereinander auf einer Palette
HEPA/ULPA filter in orginal condition
-Filter single covered in plastic bag
-6-18 pieces in one PAL-Box
-2 PAL boxes on one palette
2. Transport der PAL-Box
- PAL-Boxen nur mit Hubwagen, Gabelstapler oder entspre-
chender Transportvorrichtung am Kran transportieren
- PAL-Box nur auf Palette abstellen
- PAL-Box trocken lagern
- Erschütterungen vermeiden
Transport of PAL-Box
-Transport PAL-Box only with truck, forker or special transport
device on crane
-Only place the PAL-Box on a pallette
-Keep the PAL Box dry
-Transportation of PAL-Box only on plane floors
-Prevent concussions
3. Öffnen der PAL-Box
- Entfernen des Deckels durch gleichmäßiges Anheben
- Aufschneiden der PAL-Box seitlich bis zum Boden
- Entnahme der Filter und Zwischenpappen der Reihenfolge
entsprechend
- Filter nur an der Folie anfassen
- Zwischenpappen nicht zwischen den Filtern herausziehen
Opening the PAL-Box
-Take of the top of the PAL-Box even
-Cut the PAL-Box on one site down to the bottom
-Take out the filter and the protection cardboard in the appro-
priate sequence
-Carry the filter only on the plastic bag
-Don´t pull out the protection cardboard between the filters

4. Transport der Filter ohne PAL-Box
- Filter nur senkrecht mit dem Typenschild nach oben transpor-
tieren
- Erschütterungen vermeiden
- Filter mit Folie in den Reinraum einschleusen
- Filter senkrecht im Reimraum abstellen und gegen Umfallen
sichern

-Infiltrate the filter with plastic in the clean room
-place the filter only in vertical direction in the clean room

5. Auspacken der Filter aus der Folie
- Klebestreifen durch Abziehen entfernen
-Folie nicht mit einem Messer aufschneiden
- Folie nach unten abstreifen und Filter am Rahmen heraushe-
ben
- Filter nicht in sich verdrehen
- Handling der Filter ab Größe 900mm x 900mm nur mit zwei
Personen

-Take off the tape from the plastic bag
-Don´t take a knife for cutting the plastic bag
-Slip of the plastic bag to the bottom
-Touch the filter on the frame and take out the filter
-Please handle the filter plane
-Handle filters bigger than 900mm x 900 mm only with two
persons
6. Installation der HEPA / ULPA Filter
6.1 Druckdecke
- Installation wird ausschließlich mit 2 Personen durchgeführt
- der Filter darf nur am Rahmen angefasst werden
- Aluminium-Ecken nicht beschädigen
- Handschuhe tragen
- Medium nicht berühren

- Installation only with two persons
- Touch the filter only on the frame
- Don´t damage the aluminium stickers on the corner
- Use gloves when you touch the filter
- Don´t touch on the very sensitive filtermedia.

6.2 FFU- Decke
- Filter dürfen nur mit einem geeigneten Lift und Montageplatte
installiert werden
- Montageplatte muß mit einer Dichtung beklebt sein
- Filter nicht am Griffschutz in die Decke drücken sonst ist ein
Abriss des Mediums möglich
- Filter unter dem FFU positionieren
- Filter mit FFU vorsichtig in die Decke heben
- Einlegen der Auflageschienen
- Langsames Ablassen des Filters auf die Auflageschienen
- Handschuhe tragen
Filter Fan Unit ceiling
- Installation of HEPA / ULPA Filters only with a lift and a moun-
ting plate
- The mounting plate must have a gasket
- Don´t press the filter by hand on the grille into the ceiling to
prevent a cutting of the media
- Lift the filter in the correct position under the Fan Unit
- Fix in the clips in the ceiling system
- Use gloves when you touch the filter
