Allgemeine Einbau- und Nutzungshinweise
Diese Hinweise gelten für wasserführende Produkte von Schlösser Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG.
Diese Produkte sind ausschließlich als Teil einer Trinkwasser-Installation zu verwenden!
Wichtige Hinweise
- Schlösser Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG Produkte sind ausschließlich durch sanitäre Fachhandwerker
zu montieren.
- Bei dem Transport und der Lagerhaltung der Produkte sollte Frost oder direkte Sonneneinstrahlung
vermieden werden. Die Produkt- und Lagertemperatur ist zwischen °C und 25°C sicher zu stellen.
Montagehinweise
- Bei der Montage, Spülung und Dichtheitsprüfung unserer Produkte sind die gültigen Normen
einzuhalten. Insgesamt gelten für die Wasserinstallation die Anforderungen aus der DIN EN 806,
DIN EN 1717 und DIN 1988.
- Der dem Produkt beiliegenden Montageanleitung ist unbedingt Folge zu leisten - vor der Montage
muss das Produkt auf Transportschäden und Vollständigkeit untersucht werden. Eine später
gemeldete Reklamation hinsichtlich dieser Mängel wird nicht anerkannt.
- Um Verletzungen zu vermeiden sind Handschuhe zu tragen.
- Es sind nur geeignete und unbeschädigte Werkzeuge zu verwenden.
- Während der Montage unbedingt auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene achten. Nach dem Auspacken des
Produktes sollte unmittelbar mit der Montage an die Wasserinstallation begonnen werden.
- Die Komponenten müssen auf der Baustelle hygienisch einwandfrei bleiben!
- Das Gegengewinde, an welchem unsere Produkte angeschlossen werden, muss lehrenhaltig sein.
Rohrgewinde müssen die DIN ISO 228 und DIN EN 10226 erfüllen.
- Die Trinkwasserinstallation ist mit zugelassenem Leckagedetektor nach DVGW VP 6 8 abzusichern.
- Druckunterschiede von über 1,5 bar zwischen den Kalt- und Warmwasseranschlüssen müssen
ausgeschlossen werden.
- Die Installation muss so ausgeführt sein, dass hohe Druckschläge vermieden werden.
- Nach einer Dichtheitsprüfung mit Trinkwasser muss die Anlage nach max. 72h in den
bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb gehen, siehe ZVSHK-Merkblatt „Dichtheitsprüfungen...“
Die Nichteinhaltung der Montagehinweise oder Veränderungen am Produktumfang führen zum
Verlust der Gewährleistung!
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile und Zubehörteile verwendet werden.
Nutzungshinweise
- Die Nutzerinformationen zum bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb einer Trinkwasser-Installation sind der
VDI 810 / Blatt 2 / Anhang B zu entnehmen.
- Aus hygienischen Gründen sollte die Warmwasser- Vorlauftemperatur nicht geringer als 65° sein.
- Sollte eine Chlorung durchgeführt werden, darf die vorgeschriebene Dosierung nicht überschritten
werden.
- Das Umweltbundesamt empfiehlt schon ab einer Stagnationszeit von 4 Stunden das betroffene
Wasser nicht zur Zubereitung von Speisen und Getränken zu verwenden.
- Rückflussverhinderer müssen entsprechend der DIN EN 1717 regelmäßig überprüft und gewartet
werden.
- Bei einer Wasserhärte ab 14°dH wird der Einbau einer Entkalkungsanlage dringend empfohlen.
Betriebsbedingungen
- Max. Heißwasservorlauftemperatur: 90° C
- Empfohlene Heißwasservorlauftemperatur: max. 65° C
- Max. Kaltwasservorlauftemperatur: 25° C
- Min. Betriebsdruck: 1 bar
- Empfohlener Betriebsdruck: 2 - 4 bar
- ab 5 bar Druckminderer einbauen

Pflegehinweise
Diese Hinweise gelten für alle Produkte mit einer Oberflächenbeschichtung.
Wir wollen, dass Sie lange Freude an Ihrer Armatur haben. Beachten Sie deshalb bitte folgende
Pflegehinweise, denn Oberflächen- und Materialschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung
entstehen, unterliegen nicht der Gewährleistung.
Es dürfen nur Reinigungsmittel eingesetzt werden, die für diesen Anwendungsbereich ausdrücklich
vorgesehen sind.
Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung keine kratzenden Schwämme und Scheuermittel. Auch von
lösungsmittel- oder säurehaltigen Reinigern, Kalkentfernern, Haushaltsessig und Reinigungsmitteln
mit Essigsäure raten wir ab. Sie greifen die Oberfläche an - Ihre Armatur wird matt und zerkratzt. Da
die Rezepturen handelsüblicher Reiniger häufig geändert werden, können wir nicht garantieren, dass
sie unsere Armatur schonend pflegen.
Unsere Em fehlung: Reinigen Sie die Armatur nur mit ein wenig Seife und einem feuchten Tuch.
Danach einfach abspülen und trockenreiben. Kalkflecken können Sie vermeiden, wenn Sie die
Armatur nach jeder Benutzung abtrocknen.

Care instruction
We want to ensure that you get long-lasting satisfaction and pleasure from your fitting. Therefore,
please read the following care instructions because damage to the surface and underlying material
resulting from improper treatment is not covered by warranty.
Do not use any abrasive sponges or scouring agents for cleaning. We also advise you not to use
cleaning agents containing solvent or acid, limescale removers, household vinegar and cleaning
agents with acetic acid in them. They are aggresive to the surface - and will leave your fitting dull and
scratched. As the formulations of commercially available cleaning agents frequently change, we
cannot guarantee they will provide the gentle care our fitting deserves.
Our recommendation: Clean the fitting with a little soap and a moist cloth only, then simply rinse off
and wipe dry. You can avoid lime spots by drying the fitting each time it is used.
General terms of use and assembly
These informations apply to water-bearing products from Schlösser Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG.
These products are only to use as part of a drinking water installation!
Im ortant instructions
- Products from Schlösser Armaturen GmbH & Co. KG may only be fitted by a qualified plumber.
- Frost or direct sunlight should be avoided during transportation or warehousing of the products.
The product storage temperature must be ensured safely between °C und 25 °C.
Assembly instructions
- The current standards must be followed during the assembly, flushing and leak testing of our
products. Overall the requirements of the EN 806 and EN 1717 for the water installation have to
be considered.
- The enclosed product assembly instruction is necessarily to follow - the product must be
inspected for transport damage and completeness before assembling. Later reported complaints
which regard to these defects won't be recognized.
- To avoid injuries gloves must be worn.
- Only suitable and undamaged tools should be used to.
- During assembly absolutely pay attention to cleanliness and hygienic. The water installation should
be started immediately after unpacking the product.
- The components must remain hygienically perfect on the site!
- The counter thread must be true to gauge which our products are connected to. Pipe threads must
meet the ISO 228 and EN 10226.
- The drinking water installation must be secured with an approved leakage protection system.
- Pressure differences more than 1,5 bar between the hot and cold water connections must be
excluded.
- The installation must be executed so that high pressure shocks are avoided.
- The pipes need to be emptied if the period between the leak testing / flushing of a new water
installation and actual commissioning lasts more than 7 days.
Failure to com ly with the assembly instructions or changes to the roduct sco e void the
warranty!
Only original spare parts and accessories are allowed to use.
Terms of use
- For hygienic reasons the hot water flow temperature should not be less than 65 °C.
- The prescribed dosage isn't allowed to exceed when a chlorination should be carried out.
- The federal environment agency recommends already after a stagnation period of 4 hours to not
use the affected water for preparation of food and drink. This recommendation can be fulfilled when
the first liter isn't used as drinking water.
- Backflow preventer must be regularly checked and maintained in accordance to EN 1717.
- It is urgently recommended to install a decalcification system at a water hardness from 14°dH.
