HINWEISE ZUR BENUTZUNG
Achtung:
Eine Industrie-Anstoßkappe ersetzt keinen Industrie-Schutzhelm nach
DIN EN 397.
Achtung:
Die Schutzwirkung wird nur dann erreicht, wenn die Industrie-Anstoßkappe
korrekt sitzt.
Achtung:
Die vorliegende Anstoßkappe entspricht den Anforderungen der DIN EN 812
(Europäische Norm für Industrie-Anstoßkappen) und ist ein SCHUBERTH
Qualitätsprodukt, das speziell für diejenigen Bereiche entwickelt worden
ist, in denen Schutz vor leichten Stößen gegen harte, fest stehende
Gegenstände benötigt wird. Industrie-Anstoßkappen gehören zu den
persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen und tragen dazu bei, Kopfverletzungen
zu verhüten oder zumindest entscheidend zu mindern. Lesen Sie diese
Gebrauchsanleitung bitte aufmerksam durch, um keine für Ihre Sicherheit
relevanten Aspekte außer Acht zu lassen.
EINSTELLEN DER KOPFWEITE
Die Kopfweite kann stufenlos mittels Schiebeschnalle variiert werden und mit Hilfe
der Metallschnalle  xiert werden. Die integrierte Metallöse ermöglicht ein Verstauen
des überstehenden Nackenriemens .
ENTFERNEN/ MONTIEREN DER DÄMPFUNGSELEMENTE
Die drei Dämpfungselemente können bei Bedarf (z.B. zur Reinigung der Basecap)
entfernt werden.

Ziehen Sie hierzu zunächst das zentrale Dämpfungselement  aus der oberen und
unteren Fixierung.
Lösen Sie anschließend die beiden seitlich be ndlichen Dämpfungselemente  aus
den Taschen.
Gehen Sie zur Montage in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
A c h t u n g :
Die Dämpfungselemente dürfen nicht maschinell gewaschen werden.
Reinigen Sie die Dämpfungselemente mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch und
ggf. unter Zuhilfenahme einer milden Seifenlauge.



WARTUNG
Die Basecap sowie Dämpfungselemente sollten vor jeder Benutzung auf Schnitte,
Risse oder andere Beschädigungen hin überprüft werden. Insbesondere das
Verschlusssystem zur Größenanpassung an die individuelle Kopfgröße ist sorgfältig
auf Beschädigung und Funktion hin zu prüfen, da es für den sicheren und festen Sitz
der Kappe sorgt.
Wenn eine Beschädigung der Basecap, des Verschlusssystems oder der Dämpfungs-
elemente festgestellt wird, sollte diese umgehend durch eine neue ersetzt werden.
Bitte lagern und transportieren Sie die SCHUBERTH Basecap FlexActive in der
Originalverpackung.
Achtung:
Niemals Klebebänder, Farbe, Aufkleber oder selbstklebende Etiketten an die
Basecap anbringen. Die Schutzwirkung kann dadurch beeinträchtigt werden.
REINIGUNG
Basecap FlexActive
Die Industrie-Anstoßkappe nur mit lauwarmem Seifenwasser reinigen. Die Stoteile
können bei Bedarf auch mit Desinfektionsmittel (z. B. Heliosept Medical Spray)
behandelt werden. Keine Lösungsmittel verwenden. Die Schutzwirkung kann dadurch
beeintrachtigt werden!
Achtung:
Entfernen Sie vor jeder Reinigung die Dämpfungselemente, um
die Schutzwirkung nicht nachhaltig negativ zu beeinflussen.

GEBRAUCHSDAUER
Die SCHUBERTH Basecap sollte je nach Beanspruchung ausgetauscht werden.
Wenn die Kappe täglich benutzt wird und speziell unter freiem Himmel, empfehlen wir
den Austausch nach 2 Jahren. Unter besonders extremen Bedingungen kann es
notwendig werden, sie schon vorher auszutauschen.
Wenn die Kappe nur gelegentlich – wie z.B. für Besucher – wenige Stunden pro
Woche benutzt wird, kann man von einer Gebrauchsdauer von bis zu 4 Jahren nach
dem Erwerb ausgehen, vorausgesetzt, die SCHUBERTH Basecap wird trocken bei
normalen Temperaturen gelagert und nicht direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt.
VERÄNDERUNGEN AN DER KAPPE
Ihre SCHUBERTH Basecap entspricht in der serienmäßigen Ausführung der
geltenden Norm DIN EN 812 und darf deshalb nicht verändert oder mit fremden
Bauteilen und Zubehör aller Art bestückt werden.
Der Austausch von Einzelteilen ist nur zulässig, wenn diese typgleich mit den
Einzelteilen der typgeprüften Kappe sind, oder von SCHUBERTH speziell für einen
Austausch freigegeben sind.
Falsche bzw. fremde Innenausstattungen (Polsterstreifen), nachträgliches Anbringen
von Bohrungen für Zubehör oder andere Veränderungen an der Kappe können die
Schutzfunktion beeinträchtigen und führen zu einem Erlöschen der Zulassung.

Die SCHUBERTH Basecap Flexactive sollte 5 Jahre nach Erwerb ausgetauscht
werden, vorausgesetzt, sie wird trocken bei normalen Temperaturen gelagert und nicht
direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt.
Die sachgemäße Behandlung der Anstoßkappe ist Voraussetzung für ihre
einwandfreie Funktion. Bitte führen Sie eine regelmäßige Kontrolle der Kappe und der
Dämpfungselemente durch. Bei erkannter Beschädigung ist die Anstoßkappe
auszuwechseln.

GEWÄHRLEISTUNG
SCHUBERTH gewährt dem Erstkäufer bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch der
Basecap eine Gewährleistung für Material- und Herstellungsfehler von 2 (zwei)
Jahren ab Kaufdatum. Die Haftung von SCHUBERTH beschränkt sich nach eigenem
Ermessen auf entweder die Reparatur oder den Ersatz von Produkten, die innerhalb
der Gewährleistungszeit nachweislich fehlerhaft sind. Die Basecap darf nicht vom
Originalzustand abweichen und/oder durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch beschädigt
worden sein.

developed for those areas where protection is required against slight
knocks on hard, fi xed objects.
Industrial bump caps are part of your personal protective equipment and are
designed to prevent or at least signifi cantly minimise head injuries. Please
read these instructions for use carefully in order not to miss any information
that may be relevant to your safety.
ADJUSTING THE HEAD WIDTH
The Velcro fastening ensures  ne adjustment to the head size and is changed by
passing it through the buckle.
REMOVING/ASSEMBLING THE DAMPING ELEMENTS
The three damping elements can be removed as required (e.g. for cleaning the
Basecap).

Firstly, pull the central damping element  out from the upper and lower  xing.
Then, release the two damping elements  located at the sides from the pockets.
For assembly, carry out these steps in reverse.
Attention:
The damping element may not be machine washed.
Clean the damping elements with a moistened cloth and with the aid of a
mild soap solution if appropriate.



MAINTENANCE
The Basecap as well as damping elements should be checked prior to each use for
cuts, tears or other damage. In particular the closure system for adapting the size to
the individual head size must be checked carefully for damage and proper functioning
since it ensures the secure and rm t of the cap.
If damage to the Basecap, the closure system or the damping elements is deter-
mined, it should be replaced by a new one immediately.
Please store and transport the SCHUBERTH Basecap FlexActive in the original
packaging.
Attention:
Never place adhesive tapes, dyes, stickers or self-adhering labels on
the Basecap. The protective effect may be impaired as a result.
CLEANING
Basecap FlexActive
Only clean the industrial bump cap with lukewarm soapy water. All parts may also be
treated with disinfecting agent (e.g. Heliosept Medical Spray) as required.
Do not use solvents. The protective eect may be impaired as a result.
Attention:
Remove the damping elements prior to each cleaning in order not
to permanently impair the protective effect.

DURATION OF USE
The SCHUBERTH Basecap should be replaced at intervals depending on the
conditions to which it is exposed. If the cap is used daily, and especially in the open,
we recommend replacement after 2 years. It can be necessary to replace it earlier if it
is used under particularly extreme conditions.
If the cap is only used occasionally for a few hours per week, e.g. for visitors, then a
useful life of up to 4 years can be expected from the date of purchase, provided that
the SCHUBERTH Basecap is stored in a dry place at a normal temperature and is not
exposed to direct sunlight.
ALTERATIONS TO THE CAP
In the series standard version, your SCHUBERTH Basecap conforms to the valid DIN
EN 812 standard and may therefore not be altered or  tted with third party
components or accessories of any kind.
The replacement of individual parts is only permitted if these are identical to the
individual parts of the type-tested cap, or have been specially approved by
SCHUBERTH for exchange.
Wrong or third party inner trimmings (cushioning strips), the subsequent drilling of
holes for accessories or other alterations to the cap can impair its protective function
and lead to the approval being rescinded.
The SCHUBERTH Basecap Flexactive should be replaced 5 years after purchase,
provided that the SCHUBERTH Basecap is stored in a dry place at a normal
temperature and is not exposed to direct sunlight.
Proper handling of the bump cap is a prerequisite for its proper function. Please carry
out a regular check of the bump cap. If damage is detected, replace the bump cap.

WARRANTY
SCHUBERTH grants a warranty to the original purchaser for the intended use of the
Basecap for material and production defects for 2 (two) years from the purchase
date. The liability of SCHUBERTH is limited at its discretion to either the repair or the
replacement of products which are proven to be defective within the warranty
period. The Basecap may not dier from its original condition and/or have been
damaged by improper use.

NOTES RELATIVES À L’UTILISATION
Attention:
Une casquette de sécurité anti-heurt ne saurait remplacer un casque de
sécurité industriel conforme à la norme DIN EN 397.
Attention:
Pour béné cier au maximum de la protection qu’elle est capable de vous o rir,
veillez à toujours correctement ajuster votre la casquette de sécurité anti-heurt.
RÉGLAGE DU TOUR DE TÊTE
La fermeture autoagrippante garantit un réglage au tour de tête, variant à l‘aide du
fermoir.
RETRAIT/MONTAGE DES ÉLÉMENTS AMORTISSEURS
Les trois éléments amortisseurs peuvent être retirés au besoin (par exemple pour le
nettoyage de la casquette de baseball).
Pour ce faire, retirez d‘abord l‘élément amortisseur central  de la  xation supérieure
et inférieure.

Puis libérez les deux éléments amortisseurs  latéraux, des poches.
Procédez dans l‘ordre inverse pour le montage.
Attention:
Les éléments amortisseurs ne doivent pas être nettoyés machinalement.
Rincez les éléments amortisseurs à l‘aide d‘un chi on humide et le cas
échéant, à l‘aide d‘une eau légèrement savonneuse.



ENTRETIEN
Avant chaque utilisation, la casquette de baseball ainsi que les éléments amortisseurs
doivent être contrôlés pour vérier s‘ils ne présentent pas de coupures, déchirures ou
autres dommages. Le système de fermeture ajustable au tour de tête de chaque
personne, en particulier, doit être minutieusement contrôlé en termes de dommage et
de fonction, car il assure un confort optimal du capuchon.
En cas d‘endommagement de la casquette de baseball, du système de fermeture ou
des éléments amortisseurs, ces derniers doivent être immédiatement remplacés.
Veuillez ranger et transporter le SCHUBERTH Basecap FlexActive dans l‘emballage
d‘origine.
Attention:
Ne jamais apposer de rubans adhésifs, couleur, d‘autocollants ou d‘étiquettes
autocollantes sur la casquette de baseball. Le processus de protection peut
s‘en trouver aecté.
NETTOYAGE
Basecap FlexActive
Nettoyer les casquettes anti-heurt pour l‘industrie, uniquement à l‘eau tiède
savonneuse. Au besoin, toutes les parties peuvent être traitées également avec un
désinfectant (par exemple, Heliosept Medical Spray).
Ne pas utiliser de solvant. Le processus de protection peut s‘en trouver aecté!
Attention:
Avant chaque nettoyage, retirez les éléments amortisseurs pour ne pas
entraver le processus de protection.

DURÉE D’UTILISATION
Vous devrez remplacer votre casquette anti-heurt SCHUBERTH Basecap en fonction
de l’usage que vous en faites : si vous la portez tous les jours, et tout particulièrement
en plein air, nous vous recommandons de procéder á son remplacement au bout de 2
ans. Notez que dans des conditions d’utilisation extrêmes, il pourrait s’avérer
nécessaire de la remplacer plus tôt.
Lorsque la casquette n’est utilisée qu’occasionnellement – comme c’est le cas des
casquettes mises à la disposition des visiteurs, lesquelles ne servent que quelques
heures par semaine – on peut se baser sur une durée d‘utilisation pouvant atteindre
jusqu’à 4 ans à compter de la date d’achat, à condition de stocker la casquette
anti-heurt SCHUBERTH Basecap dans un local sec à des températures normales et
de la tenir à l’abri de tout ensoleillement direct.
MODIFI CATIONS DE LA CASQUETTE
Dans sa version fabriquée en série, la casquette anti-heurt SCHUBERTH Basecap est
conforme à la norme DIN EN 812. De ce fait, toute modi cation et tout rajout de
composants fabriqués par des tiers, de quelque nature qu’ils soient, est à proscrire. Le
remplacement de composants de la casquette n’est autorisé que lorsque les pièces
de rechange sont du même type que les composants de la casquette ayant fait l’objet
d’une homologation de type qu’elles remplacent, où lorsque SCHUBERTH a
expressément autorisées leur utilisation comme pièces de rechange. L’utilisation de
composants internes (coussinets) inadéquats et / ou fabriqués par des tiers, le
perçage de trous supplémentaires destinés au montage d’accessoires et toute autre
modi cation de quelque nature que ce soit de la casquette anti-heurt est susceptible
de compromettre sa fonction protectrice et de rendre caduque sa homologation.
Vous devrez remplacer votre casquette anti-heurt SCHUBERTH Basecap Flexactive
5 ans après l‘achat. after purchase, à condition de stocker la casquette anti-heurt
Basecap dans un local sec à des températures normales et de la tenir à l’abri de tout
ensoleillement direct.
La manipulation conforme du casquette anti-heurt est indispensable pour une
fonctionnalité sans défaut. Veuillez eectuer des contrôles réguliers sur la coque de
casquette anti-heurt et l’équipement intérieur. En cas de dommage apparent,
le casquette anti-heurt doit être remplacé.

défaut de matériau ou de fabrication. La responsabilité de SCHUBERTH, à son
entière discrétion, se limite à la réparation ou à l‘échange des produits, qui s‘avèrent
défectueux, pendant la période de garantie. La casquette de baseball doit être dans
son état d‘origine et/ou ne doit pas avoir été endommagée par un usage non-con-
forme.

INDICACIONES PARA EL USO
Atención:
Una gorra antigolpes industrial no sustituye un casco protector industrial
conforme a DIN EN 397.
Atención:
El efecto protector solo se consigue si la gorra antigolpes industrial
está correctamente asentada.
AJUSTAR EL ANCHO
El cierre de velcro garantiza un ajuste perfecto al tamaño de la cabeza del usuario y
puede regularse pasando la tira del cierre por la hebilla.
RETIRAR/MONTAR LOS AMORTIGUADORES
En caso necesario, los tres amortiguadores pueden retirarse (por ejemplo, para lavar
la gorra).
Para extraerlos, retire primero el amortiguador central  de las pestañas de sujeción
superior e inferior.

Para el montaje, repita los pasos anteriores en el orden inverso.

MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de cada uso, compruebe que ni la gorra ni los amortiguadores presenten
cortes, rasguños u otros daños. En especial, compruebe minuciosamente que el
sistema de cierre para ajustar el ancho a la cabeza del usuario no presente daños y
funcione correctamente, ya que este componente garantiza una posición segura y ja
de la gorra.
Si detecta daños en la gorra, el sistema de cierre o los amortiguadores, sustitúyala de
inmediato por una gorra nueva.
Almacene y transporte la gorra Basecap FlexActive de SCHUBERTH en su envoltorio
original.
Atención:
No aplique cinta adhesiva, pintura, pegatinas o etiquetas autoadherentes a la
gorra, ya que pueden alterar el efecto protector de la misma.
LIMPIEZA
Basecap FlexActive
Utilice únicamente agua jabonosa templada para lavar la gorra de seguridad industrial.
En caso necesario, puede aplicar desinfectante a todos los componentes (por
ejemplo, Heliosept Medical Spray).
No utilice disolventes. Pueden alterar el efecto protector de la gorra.
Atención:
Antes de cada lavado, extraiga los amortiguadores para no mermar
su efecto protector a largo plazo.

DURACIÓN DE SERVICIO
La SCHUBERTH Basecap conviene que sea sustituida según la solicitación a la que
es sometida. Si la gorra se utiliza diariamente, sobre todo en el exterior a cielo abierto,
recomendamos su sustitución al cabo de 2 años. En condiciones especialmente
extremas puede ser necesario sustituirla ya antes.
Si la gorra solo se utiliza ocasionalmente, p. ej. por visitantes, durante un par de horas
a la semana, se puede suponer una duración de la utilización de hasta 4 años a partir
de la adquisición, a condición de que la SCHUBERTH Basecap se guarde en un lugar
seco a temperaturas normales y no se exponga a la luz solar directa.
MODIFI CACIONES EN LA GORRA
Su SCHUBERTH Basecap cumple en su versión de serie la norma vigente DIN EN
812, y por esta razón no debe modi carse ni dotarse de componentes o accesorios
ajenos de cualquier tipo.
La sustitución de los distintos componentes solo está autorizada si estos son del
mismo tipo que las piezas individuales homologadas de la gorra o están expresamente
autorizadas por SCHUBERTH para una sustitución.
Los equipamientos inadecuados o ajenos (tiras acolchadas), la realización posterior de
perforaciones para accesorios u otras modi caciones en la gorra pueden alterar la
función protectora y anular la homologación.
El Basecap Flexactive de SCHUBERTH debe reemplazarse 5 años después de su
compra, siempre que se almacene en un lugar seco, a temperaturas normales y no sea
expuesto directamente a la luz solar.
El tratamiento adecuado de la gorra de protección es un requisito fundamental para
un buen funcionamiento. Realice un control regular de la gorra y los elementos de
amortiguación. Si detecta un daño, reemplace la gorra de protección.

A tale scopo, tirare dapprima l‘elemento smorzante  dal  ssaggio superiore
e inferiore.

Attenzione:

MANUTENZIONE
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che il basecap come anche gli elementi smorzatori
non presenti tagli, crepe o altri danni. In particolar modo deve essere controllato il
sistema di chiusura per l‘adattamento alla grandezza individuale della testa vericando
l‘assenza di danni e il suo corretto funzionamento, in quanto esso permette di portare
il basecap in maniera salda e sicura.
Se viene rilevato un danno al basecap, al sistema di chiusura o agli elementi
smorzatori, il basecap va immediatamente sostituito con uno nuovo.
Conservare e trasportare il basecap SCHUBERTH FlexActive nella sua confezione
originale.
Attenzione:
Non applicare al basecap nessun nastro adesivo né colore, sticker o etichette
autoadesive. L‘eetto protettivo ne potrebbe venire compromesso.
PULIZIA
Basecap FlexActive
Pulire il cappuccio antiurto industriale solo con acqua tiepida saponata. Tutti i
componenti possono essere trattati anche con disinfettante (ad es. Heliosept
Medical Spray).
Non utilizzare solventi. L‘eetto protettivo ne potrebbe venire compromesso!
Attenzione:
Prima di ogni pulizia rimuovere gli elementi smorzanti al ne di non
compromettere nel tempo l‘eetto protettivo.

Se il casco viene utilizzato quotidianamente e soprattutto all’aperto, consigliamo la

Se il casco viene utilizzato saltuariamente – ad es. per visitatori – per un paio d’ore la
settimana, può essere presunta una durata d’uso  no a 4 anni dopo l’acquisto a
condizione che il casco Basecap della SCHUBERTH venga conservato all’asciutto
sotto temperature normali e non venga esposto direttamente alla luce solare.
MODIFI CHE DEL CASCO
Nella realizzazione in serie il Suo cascco Basecap della SCHUBERTH corrisponde alla
norma DIN EN 812 e perciò non deve essere modi cato o attrezzato di pezzi e
accessori estranei di ogni tipo.
La sostituzione dei singoli pezzi è ammessa soltanto se questi sono identici ai tipi dei
singoli pezzi del casco esaminato in riguardo al tipo o se sono autorizzati in maniera
speciale per la sostituzione da parte della SCHUBERTH.
Attrezzi interni (strisce dell’imbottitura) sbagliati o l’applicazione a priori di trapanature
per degli accessori o altre modi che del casco possono compromettere la funzione
protettiva e condurre alla scadenza dell’autorizzazione.
Può essere presunta una durata d’uso  no a 5 anni dopo l’acquisto a condizione che
il casco Basecap della SCHUBERTH venga conservato all’asciutto sotto temperature

TIPS VOOR HET GEBRUIK
Let op:
Een industriële beschermpet vervangt niet een industriële veiligheidshelm
volgens DIN EN 397.
Let op:
De beschermende werking is alleen dan gewaarborgd, als de industriële
veiligheidspet goed zit.
INSTELLEN VAN DE HOOFDOMVANG
De klittenbandsluiting maakt een zeer nauwkeurige aanpassing aan de hoofdomvang
mogelijk en kan met behulp van de gesp worden versteld.
VERWIJDEREN/MONTEREN VAN DE DEMPENDE ELEMENTEN
De drie dempende elementen kunnen indien nodig worden verwijderd (bv. voor het
reinigen van de basecap).
Hiertoe dient u eerst het centrale dempende element  uit de bovenste en onderste
bevestiging te trekken.

Vervolgens haalt u de beide zijdelingse dempenden elementen  uit de zakjes.
Bij montage houdt u de omgekeerde volgorde aan.
Let op:
De dempende elementen mogen niet machinaal worden gewassen.
Reinigt u de dempende elementen met een vochtige doek en evt. met
behulp van een milde zeeploog.



ONDERHOUD
De basecap en de dempende elementen dienen voor elk gebruik te worden
gecontroleerd op sneden, scheuren of andere beschadigingen. Met name de sluiting
voor de aanpassing aan de individuele hoofdomvang dient zorgvuldig te worden
gecontroleerd op beschadigingen en een goede functie, aangezien deze ervoor zorgt
dat de pet veilig en stevig zit.
Indien een beschadiging van de basecap, de sluiting of de dempende elementen
wordt vastgesteld, dienen deze onmiddellijk te worden vervangen door nieuwe.
De SCHUBERTH Basecap FlexActive dient in de originele verpakking te worden
bewaard en vervoerd.
Let op:
Nooit plakband, verf, stickers of zelfklevende etiketten aanbrengen op de
basecap. De beschermende werking kan daardoor nadelig worden beïnvloed.
REINIGING
Basecap FlexActive
De industriële stootpet alleen reinigen met lauwwarm zeepwater. Alle onderdelen
kunnen indien nodig ook worden behandeld met desinfectiemiddelen (bv. Heliosept
Medical Spray).
Geen oplosmiddelen gebruiken. De beschermende werking kan daardoor nadelig
worden beïnvloed!
Let op:
Verwijdert u voor elke reiniging de dempende elementen om de beschermende
werking niet blijvend nadelig te beïnvloeden.

GEBRUIKSDUUR
Vervang de SCHUBERTH Basecap als dat nodig is. Als de pet dagelijks wordt
gebruikt en met name buiten in de vrije lucht adviseren we vervanging na 2 jaar.
Onder bijzonder extreme omstandigheden kan het noodzakelijk zijn om hem al eerder
te vervangen.
Als de pet slechts af en toe een paar uur per week wordt gebruikt (bijvoorbeeld voor
bezoekers), mag u uitgaan van een Duur van gebruik van maximaal 4 jaar, onder
voorwaarde dat de SCHUBERTH Basecap droog en bij normale temperaturen wordt
bewaard en niet wordt blootgesteld aan direct zonlicht.
WIJZIGINGEN AAN DE PET
DE SCHUBERTH Basecap voldoet in de standaarduitvoering aan de geldende norm
DIN EN 812 en mag daarom niet worden veranderd of worden voorzien van vreemde
onderdelen en toebehoren.
Het vervangen van individuele onderdelen is alleen toegestaan als deze van hetzelfde
type zijn als de individuele onderdelen van de type-gecontroleerde pet, of door
SCHUBERTH speciaal voor vervanging zijn vrijgegeven, Onjuiste of vreemde
binnenuitvoeringen (bontstrepen), achteraf aanbrengen van boorgaten voor
toebehoren of andere veranderingen aan de pet kunnen de beschermende werking
nadelig beïnvloeden en tot het verlies van de toelating leiden.
De SCHUBERTH Basecap Flexactive moet 5 jaar na aankoop worden vervangen, op
voorwaarde dat deze droog wordt bewaard bij normale temperaturen en niet wordt
blootgesteld aan direct zonlicht.
De juiste behandeling van de schokdop is een voorwaarde voor hun juiste functie. Voer
regelmatig een controle uit industriële beschermpet en de dempingselementen. Als er
schade wordt gedetecteerd, vervangt u de industriële beschermpet.

GARANTIE
SCHUBERTH geeft de eerste koper bij gebruik volgens bestemming van de basecap
een garantie voor materiaal- en productiefouten van 2 (twee) jaar vanaf datum
aankoop. De aansprakelijkheid van SCHUBERTH is naar eigen inzicht beperkt tot
reparatie of vervanging van de producten die binnen de garantietermijn aantoonbaar
gebrekkig zijn. De basecap mag niet afwijken van zijn originele toestand en/of zijn
beschadigd door onjuist gebruik.
Technische wijzigingen voorbehouden.
Geen garantie op fouten en drukfouten.

INSTRUKCJE UŻYTKOWANIA
Uwaga:
Przemysłowe czapki ochronne nie zastępują przemysłowych kasków
ochronnych zgodnych z DIN EN 397.
Uwaga:
Skuteczność ochrony i działanie amortyzacyjne czapki ochronnej zapewnione
jest wyłącznie w przypadku prawidłowego jej dopasowania do głowy.
USTAWIANIE OBWODU GŁOWY
Zapięcie na rzep umożliwia precyzyjne dopasowanie do obwodu głowy, a pasek
przewlekany przez klamrę umożliwia regulację długości.
ZDEJMOWANIE/MONTAŻ ELEMENTÓW AMORTYZUJĄCYCH
W razie potrzeby (np. aby oczyścić czapkę) trzy elementy amortyzujące
można wyjąć.
W tym celu należy najpierw wysunąć centralny element amortyzujący  z górnego i
dolnego mocowania.

Następnie wysunąć z kieszonek oba boczne elementy amortyzujące .
W celu zamontowania elementów amortyzujących wykonać kroki w odwrotnej
kolejności.
U w a g a :
Elementów amortyzujących nie wolno prać w pralce. Należy je czyścić
wilgotną ściereczką z ew. dodatkiem łagodnego ługu mydlanego.


