KOMPLIMENT!
Sie haben mit der Wahl der SCHUBERTH Kapselgehörschützer eine aus-
gezeichnete Wahl getroffen. Wie alle SCHUBERTH Produkte sind sie aus
sorgsam ausgewählten Materialien und gemäß dem Qualitäts-Standard EN
ISO 9001 hergestellt worden. Alle Gehörschützer sind aus thermoplastischen
Kunststoffen gefertigt und mit schaumstoffgefüllten Dichtringen aus PVC
ausgerüstet. Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung bitte sorgfältig durch und
lassen Sie keinen für Ihre Sicherheit relevanten Aspekt außer Acht. Für den
besten Tragekomfort, die optimale Schutzwirkung und lange Lebensdauer
dieser Kapselgehörschützer ist er gemäß den nachstehenden Anweisungen
einzustellen, anzuwenden und zu warten.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
Alle Gehörschützer, für die diese Gebrauchsanweisung gilt, besitzen Kopf-
bügel oder Helmhalterungen aus Thermokunststoff oder Nackenbügel aus
Edelstahl sowie mit Schaumstoff gefüllte Dichtringe. Dieser Gehörschützer
ist dafür vorgesehen, den Anwender vor schädlichen Geräuschpegeln zu
schützen, sofern der Schützer gemäß dieser Gebrauchsanweisung angepasst
wird. Darüber hinausgehende Anwendungsbereiche sind nicht vorgesehen
und daher nicht zulässig.
Hiermit bestätigt die SCHUBERTH GmbH, dass der Gehörschützer SHP 28-C
mit der PSA-Richtlinie 89/686/EWG, der PSA-Verordnung (EU) 2016/425
und anderen anwendbaren Richtlinien übereinstimmt, um die Anforderungen
der CE-Kennzeichnung zu erfüllen. Die vollständige Konformitätserklärung

WARNUNG!
Für besten Tragekomfort und optimale Schalldämmwirkung ist der Gehör-
schützer entsprechend den folgenden Anweisungen anzuwenden, einzustel-
len und zu pflegen. Bei Nichtbeachtung der Anweisungen kann die Schall-
dämmwirkung erheblich beeinträchtigt werden.

Lesen Sie die folgenden Anweisungen genau durch.
 Tragen Sie in lauten Umgebungen stets den Gehörschützer! Nur eine
hundertprozentige Tragezeit ergibt eine vollständige Schutzwirkung.
 Die Wahrnehmung von Warnsignalen kann durch Gehörschützer mit
starker Unterdrückung der Umgebungsgeräusche beeinträchtigt werden.
 Bestimmte Chemikalien können dieses Produkt beschädigen.
Weitere Informationen hierzu erhalten Sie vom Hersteller.
 Prüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand des Gehörschützers.
 Die Schalldämmwirkung des Gehörschützers kann z. B. durch
dicke Brillenbügel oder das Tragen einer Mütze usw. erheblich
beeinträchtigt werden.
 Die Anwendung von Schweißabsorbern/Hygieneauflagen auf den
Dichtringen kann die Schalldämmwirkung des Gehörschützers
beeinträchtigen.
 Die Dichtringe verschleißen durch den Gebrauch. Daher sollten der
Gehörschützer regelmäßig auf Verschleiß, Risse oder Undichtigkeiten
geprüft werden.
 Entsorgen Sie das Produkt umgehend, wenn es Anzeichen von Rissen
oder Beschädigungen aufweist.
 Der Hygienesatz sollte mindestens 2 mal pro Jahr gewechselt werden.
Wählen Sie den für Ihren Gehörschützer passenden Hygienesatz.
 Reinigen Sie den Gehörschützer mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel (Seife).
Achten Sie darauf, ein hautverträgliches Reinigungsmittel zu verwenden.
Tauchen Sie das Produkt nicht in Wasser.
 Der Gehörschützer ist sauber und trocken aufzubewahren, z. B. in der
Originalverpackung.
Einstellung und Handhabung
Entfernen Sie alle Haare unter den Dichtringen, und setzen Sie die Gehör-
schutzkapseln so auf, dass sie bequem sitzen und gut abdichten. Achten Sie
darauf, dass die Ohren vollständig von den Gehörschutzkapseln umschlossen
werden und der Anpressdruck gleichmäßig um die Ohren herum verteilt ist.

Helmmontage
Schieben Sie die Helmhalterung in den Befestigungsschlitz am Helm bis diese
einrastet. Setzen Sie die Gehörschutzkapseln über die Ohren, und drücken Sie
den oberen Teil der Helmbügel nach innen, bis diese klickend einrasten. Stellen
Sie die Kapseln so ein, dass der Helm bequem auf dem Kopf sitzt.
Wechseln des Hygienesatzes
1. Entnehmen Sie den alten Schallabsorber (Schaumstoff),
und setzen Sie den neuen ein.
2. Ziehen Sie den alten Dichtring ab.
3. Zentrieren Sie den neuen Dichtring über der Öffnung.
4. Drücken Sie mit einem Finger entlang der Außenkante des
Dichtrings bis dieser einrastet.
5. Ziehen Sie das alte Kopfpolster ab, und bringen Sie ein neues an.

Diese Gehörschutzkapseln dürfen nur in zugelassenen Helmkombinationen
gemäß Tabelle Seite 47 montiert und angewendet werden. Der Gehörschützer
erfüllt die Anforderungen gemäß EN 352-3 und ist in der Größe „medium“
erhältlich. Die Größe „medium“ passt den meisten Anwendern.

With the SCHUBERTH Hearing Protectors you have chosen a product of
outstanding design and performance. As all SCHUBERTH products they
have been manufactured from carefully selected materials and under the
Quality Standard EN ISO 9001. All SCHUBERTH Hearing Protectors are
made from thermoplastic materials and the foam filled sealing rings are of
PVC. Please read and follow these instructions carefully and do not neglect
any aspect essential for your safety. For best comfort, safety and long ser-
vice life this Protector has to be adjusted, used and maintained according to
these instructions.
USER MANUAL
All the hearing protectors which are included in this instruction sheet are
equipped with a thermoplastic headband or spring-arms, or stainless-steel
neckband and foam plastic filled cushions. This hearing protector is
intended to protect the wearer from hazardous noise levels when fitted in
accordance with these user instructions. Any other uses are not intended
and therefore not allowed.
Hereby, SCHUBERTH, declares that the hearing protector SHP28-C is in
compliance with PPE Directive 89/686/EEC, PPE regulation EU 2016/425
and other appropriate directives to fulfil the requirements of CE marking.

Warning!
It is important that the instructions for use are followed. Failure to do
so could result in a drastic reduction in the noise attenuation and may lead
to serious injury.

Carefully read these user instructions!
 The hearing protector must be used at all times in noisy environments t
o provide the full protection effect! Only 100% wear time provides
full protection.
 The audibility of warning signals at a specific workplace may be impaired
if over protected, when using a hearing protector with a too high noise
attenuation performance in relation to the noise environment.
 Certain chemical substances can have a destructive effect on this
product. More information is available from the manufacturer.
 Ensure that the hearing protectors are regularly inspected for
serviceability.
 The hearing protector’s noise attenuating properties can dramatically
decrease with usage of for example thick spectacle frames,
skimasks/balaclavas, etc.
 Use of perspiration/hygienic protection over the sealing rings can reduce
the hearing protector’s noise attenuation properties.
 Earmuffs, and in particular cushions, may deteriorate with use and should
be examined at frequent intervals for cracking and leakage.
 Immediately discard the product if showing signs of cracks or damage.
 Hygiene kit should be changed at least twice per year. Make sure you
choose the correct hygiene kit for your hearing protector.
 Clean the product with mild soap. You must be sure that the detergent
you use does not irritate the skin. Do not dip the product in water.
 The hearing protector must be stored in a dry and clean environment out
of direct sun light, e.g. in its original packaging.
Fitting & adjustment
Brush away all hair from the ears and place the hearing protectors over the
ears so that they fit comfortably and snugly. Ensure that the ears are com-
pletely enclosed by the hearing protectors and that you have even pressure
around the ears.
Helmet/Cap mount
Push the hearing protectors helmet attachment into the helmet slot until
it locks into position. Place the hearing protectors over the ears and press

inwards until you hear a click. Adjust the hearing protectors and helmet so
that they fit comfortably on your head.
Change of hygiene kit
1. Remove the old sound absorbing foam and insert the new.
2. Pull off the old ear cushion.
3. Centre the new ear cushion over the hole.
4. Press with a finger along the outside of the ear cushion
until it attaches all around the edges.
5. Pull off the old head cushion and insert the new.

helmets listed on page 47.
Earmuffs complying with EN 352-3 are of medium size range. Medium size
range earmuffs will fit the majority of wearers.

Pour l’achat des coquilles anti-bruit SCHUBERTH. Vous pouvez être certain
d’avoir fait le bon choix. Comme tous les produits SCHUBERTH, ils sont fabri-
qués dans des matériaux choisis avec le plus grand soin et conformément à la
norme de qualité EN ISO 9001. Toutes les coquilles anti-bruit sont fabriquées
dans des matières thermo-plastiques et équipées d’anneaux d’étanchéité
en PVC remplis de mousse. Veuillez lire attentivement ce mode d’emploi et
négliger aucune remarque importante pour votre sécurité. Afi n de garantir
un confort d’utilisation maximal, une protection optimale et une longue durée

MODE D’EMPLOI
Toutes les protections auditives concernées par cette fiche d’instructions sont
équipées d’un serre-tête ou d’un adaptateur sur de casque thermoplastique,
ou d’un serre-nuque en acier inoxydable, ainsi que de coussinets en mousse.
Ces protections auditives sont destinées à protéger l'utilisateur des pressions
sonores dangereuses lorsqu'elles sont ajustées conformément au présent
mode d'emploi. Toute autre utilisation est inappropriée et n'est donc pas
autorisée.
Par le présent document, SCHUBERTHGmbH déclare que SHP28-C est
conforme à la directive EPI 89/686/CEE, au règlement EPI UE 2016/425 et
autres directives applicables qui l'autorisent à porter la marque CE. Vous trou-

Veuillez lire soigneusement les instructions ci-après.
 La protection auditive doit être portée en permanence en milieu bruyant !
Seule une utilisation permanente garantit une protection maximale.
 La possibilité d'entendre des signaux d'alerte peut être affectée lors de
l'utilisation d'une protection auditive avec une atténuation sonore trop
élevée par rapport à l'environnement.
 Ce produit peut être endommagé par certaines substances chimiques.
Adressez-vous au fabricant pour toute information complémentaire.
 Contrôlez régulièrement la protection auditive.
 La réduction sonore peut être fortement affectée de manière négative
en utilisant par exemple des lunettes avec des montures épaisses, un
passe-montagne, etc.
 L’ajustement des capuchons d’hygiène sur les coussinets peut affecter les
performances acoustiques des protections auditives.
 Les coussinets s'usent et doivent être examinés régulièrement pour déceler,
par exemple, toute trace de fissure ou de fuite.
 Mettez immédiatement au rebut un produit s'il présente des signes de
fissures ou de dommages.
 Il convient de remplacer le kit d'hygiène au moins deux fois par an.
Choisissez le kit d'hygiène approprié à vos protections auditives.
 Nettoyez avec un détergent doux (savon). Assurez-vous que le détergent
utilisé n'irrite pas la peau. Ne pas plonger le produit dans l'eau.
 Conservez les protections auditives dans un endroit propre et sec, par
exemple dans leur emballage d’origine.
Réglage et utilisation
Pour un confort et un résultat maximum, repoussez vos cheveux et placez les
coques sur les oreilles de manière à ce qu'elles soient bien plaquées et con-
fortables. Veillez à ce que les coques entourent bien l’oreille avec une pression
uniforme tout autour.
Fixation sur casque
Encliquetez la fixation casque dans la fente de fixation du casque-. Placez
les coques sur les oreilles et appuyez sur la partie supérieure du bras latéral
jusqu'à ce que vous entendiez un clic. Ajustez maintenant les coquilles de
manière que le casque soit bien en place.

Remplacement des pièces d'hygiène
1. Enlevez l'absorbeur de sons (mousse) et installez le nouveau.
2. Retirez le coussinet.
3. Centrez le nouveau coussinet au-dessus de l'orifice.
4. Appuyez avec un doigt sur le pourtour du coussinet pour
l'encliqueter en place.
5. Enlevez l'ancienne protection de tête et installez la nouvelle.

¡FELICIDADES!
Con la adquisición de los auriculares antirruido SCHUBERTH ha optado por un
producto excepcional. Como todos los productos SCHUBERTH, estos auricu-
lares han sido fabricados a partir de materiales cuidadosamente seleccionados
y conforme a la calidad de la norma EN ISO 9001. Todos los auriculares están
fabricados de materiales termoplásticos y están dotados de anillos obturado-
res rellenos de espuma de PVC. Rogamos lea detenidamente el manual de
instrucciones para no olvidar ningún aspecto que pueda ser relevante para
su seguridad. Por favor ajusie utilize y cuide estos auriculares antirruido,
siguiendo las presentes instrucciones para asegurar el mayor confort, la mejor
protección, así como prolongar su vida útil.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
Todos los protectores auditivos incluidos en este folleto de instrucciones están
equipados con una diadema o brazos de resorte fabricados en termoplásti-
co, o una banda de sujeción para nuca de acero inoxidable. También llevan
almohadillas con relleno de plástico de espuma. Este protector auditivo está
diseñado para proteger al usuario de niveles acústicos dañinos, siempre que
el equipo se utilice conforme a las indicaciones de estas instrucciones de uso.
Los auriculares no están previstos para otros usos y, por lo tanto, prohibidos
para estos últimos.
Por el presente documento, SCHUBERTHGmbH garantiza que los auriculares
protectores SHP28-C son de conformidad con la Directiva PPE 89/686 /
CEE, el reglamento PPE UE 2016/425 y otras Directivas que son apropiadas

¡Advertencia!
Es muy importante observar las instrucciones de uso. Si no se observan estas
instrucciones, el efecto de atenuación puede reducirse considerablemente,
pudiendo causar graves lesiones en el usuario.

¡Lea detenidamente las siguientes instrucciones de uso!
 ¡El protector auditivo debe utilizarse permanentemente en entornos
ruidosos para obtener una protección completa! Una protección del
100%sólo se obtiene utilizando los auriculares todo el tiempo.
 La posibilidad de oír las señales de advertencia en un determinado puede
verse afectada al usar protectores auditivos en los que la atenuación de
ruidos sea demasiado alta, en relación al entorno.
 Determinadas sustancias químicas pueden tener un efecto destructor en
este producto. El fabricante le proporcionará gustoso más información.
 Inspeccione regularmente el estado de los auriculares de protección para
garantizar su funcionamiento.
 La atenuación acústica de los auriculares de protección puede reducirse
considerablemente si se usan, por ejemplo, gafas con monturas de gran
grosor, pasamontañas, etc.
 El uso de protecciones contra el sudor o con fines higiénicos sobre las
almohadillas de estanqueidad puede reducir la atenuación acústica del
protector auditivo.
 Las orejeras, y las almohadillas de estanqueidad en particular, se deterioran
regularmente con el uso. Por lo tanto, verifique regularmente que no haya
fisuras o que no haya fugas en el equipo.
 Deseche de inmediato el producto si este muestra signos
de fisuras o daños.
 El kit higiénico debe sustituirse como mínimo dos veces al año. Elija el juego
higiénico adecuado para los auriculares de protección que esté utilizando.
 Limpie el producto con un jabón suave. Asegúrese de que el detergente
utilizado no provoque irritación cutánea. No sumerja el producto en el agua.
 Los auriculares de protección deben guardarse en un lugar limpio y seco,
por ejemplo en su envase original.
Montaje y ajuste
Retire todo el pelo que haya debajo de las almohadillas de estanqueidad y
coloque las orejeras sobre las orejas, de manera que se sienta cómodo y que
queden bien apretadas. Asegúrese de que queden totalmente cubiertas por
las orejeras y de que estas presionen de forma homogénea sobre las mismas.

Montaje en casco/gorra
Coloque la sujeción para casco en la ranura de este, hasta que quede fijada
firmemente en su sitio. Coloque los protectores auditivos sobre las orejas y
presione hacia adentro hasta oír un chasquido. Ajuste el protector auditivo
y el casco hasta que se sientan cómodos en la cabeza.
Sustitución de kit higiénico
1. Quite el absorbente de sonido antiguo de plástico de espuma y
monte el nuevo en su sitio.
2. Extraiga la almohadilla de estanqueidad antigua.
3. Sitúe centralmente la nueva almohadilla de estanqueidad sobre el orificio.
4. Presione con un dedo alrededor y a lo largo de los cantos exteriores hasta
que la almohadilla de estanqueidad quede fijada alrededor de los cantos.
5. Retire la almohadilla craneal antigua y monte la nueva en su sitio.

El protector auditivo, que cumple con los requisitos en la normativa EN 352-3,
se comercializan en el tamaño Medium. El tamaño Medium es idóneo para la
mayoría de usuarios.

istruzioni d’uso e prende in seria considerazione tutti i punti rilevanti per la sua

Tutte le cuffie antirumore presentate in queste istruzioni sono dotate di ar-
chetto, fissaggi all'elmetto o fascetta per la nuca in acciaio inox o in materiale
termoplastico e cuscinetti imbottiti in plastica espansa. Queste cuffie antiru-
more sono previste per proteggere l'utente da rumori nocivi, quando utilizzate
conformemente alle presenti istruzioni. Tutti gli altri utilizzi non sono previsti e
quindi non sono consentiti.

more SHP28-C sono conformi alla direttiva PPE 89/686/CEE, al regolamento
PPE EU 2016/425 e ad altre direttive applicabili per soddisfare i requisiti per
