3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 To insert batteries (3 AAA, not included), remove the three screws on the back and
open the case. When nished, close the case, replace and tighten the screws.
3.2 Use the magnet on the back, to attach to any magnetic metal surface.
3.3 The LED Road Flare is waterproof. It may be safely used for marine applications and
in wet environments, and submerged to a depth of 33 feet. It will oat unless secured.
3.4 Press the light mode selector to rotate through the following 9 light patterns:
1. Rotate
2. Quad ash
3. Single blink
4. Alternating blinks
5. SOS rescue (Morse code)
6. Steady on: high
7. Steady on: low
8. 2 LED Flashlight
9. 4 LED Flashlight
10. OFF
3.5 Alternate operation: To turn off the are without cycling through the 9 light patterns,
press and hold the light mode selector for 2 seconds. Two LEDs will ash ve times
and then turn off. When ready to operate again, press th light mode selector and it
will return to the last ash pattern that was selected before turning off.
3.6 Press the ON/OFF power button to turn the center warning lights on and off.
4. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 Store inside, in a cool, dry place.
4.2 Do not use alcohol, ammable solutions, or other solvents on or near this unit.
Clean only with warm water and a soft cloth.
4.3 Any servicing should be performed by qualied service personnel.

Schumacher Electric Corporation (the “Manufacturer”) warrants this road are
for one (1) year from the date of purchase at retail against defective material or
workmanship that may occur under normal use and care. If your unit is not free
from defective material or workmanship, Manufacturer’s obligation under this
warranty is solely to repair or replace your product with a new or reconditioned
unit at the option of the Manufacturer. It is the obligation of the purchaser to
forward the unit, along with proof of purchase and mailing charges prepaid
to the Manufacturer or its authorized representatives in order for repair or
replacement to occur.
Manufacturer does not provide any warranty for any accessories used with this
product that are not manufactured by Schumacher Electric Corporation and
approved for use with this product. This Limited Warranty is void if the product

3. INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
3.1 Para insertar las baterías (3 AAA, no incluidas), retire los tres tornillos en la parte
posterior y abra la caja. Cuando haya terminado, cierre la tapa, reemplácelas y
ajuste los tornillos.
3.2 Utilice los imanes de la parte posterior para jarla a cualquier supercie metálica
magnética.
3.3 La luz de carretera de led es resistente al agua. Se puede usar de forma segura
para aplicaciones marinas y en ambientes húmedos, y sumergirse a una
profundidad de 33 pies. Flotará a menos que esté asegurada.
3.4 Presione el selector de modo de luz para girar a través de los 9 patrones
de luz siguientes:
1. Girar
2. Parpadeo cuádruple
3. Parpadeo único
4. Parpadeos alternados
5. SOS de rescate (código Morse)
6. Estable en: alto
7. Estable en: bajo
8. Linterna de 2 LEDs
9. Linterna de 4 LEDs
10. APAGADO
3.5 Funcionamiento alternado: para apagar la luz sin recorrer los 9 patrones de luz,
presione y mantenga presionado el selector de modo de luz durante 2 segundos.
Dos ledes parpadearán cinco veces y luego se apagarán. Cuando esté lista para
funcionar de nuevo, presione el botón de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO y regresará al
último patrón de iluminación que fue seleccionado antes de apagar.
3.6 Presione el botón de ENCENDIDO/APAGADO para encender y apagar las luces de
advertencia centrales.
4. INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO Y ALMACENAMIENTO
4.1 Guarde bajo techo, en un lugar fresco y seco.
4.2 No utilice alcohol, soluciones inamables ni otros disolventes en esta unidad o

3. CONSIGNES D’UTILISATION
3.1 Pour insérer les piles (3 AAA non incluses), retirez les trois vis à l’arrière et ouvrez
le boîtier. Lorsque terminé, fermez le boîtier, replacez et serrez les vis.
3.2 Utilisez l’aimant à l’arrière pour xer à toute surface métallique magnétique.
3.3 La f;are LED est étanche. Elle peut être utilisée en toute sécurité pour des
applications maritimes, dans des conditions humides et peut être submergée à une
profondeur de 33 pieds. Elle ottera si elle n’est pas sécurisée.
3.4 Appuyez sur le sélecteur de mode lumineux pour faire déler les 9 motifs lumineux :
1. Tourner
2. Quatre lumières
3. Clignotement unique
4. Clignotements alternatifs
5. Secours SOS (code morse)
6. Toujours sur : haut
7. Toujours sur : bas
8. Lampe de poche à 2 voyants LED
9. Lampe de poche à 4 voyants LED
10. ARRÊT
3.5 Fonctionnement alternatif : Pour éteindre la are sans faire déler les 9 motifs
lumineux, appuyez et maintenez le sélecteur de mode lumineux enfoncé pendant
2 secondes. Deux voyants LED clignoteront cinq fois avant de s’éteindre. Lorsque
vous êtes prêt à l’utiliser de nouveau, appuyez sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt et elle
reviendra au dernier motif lumineux sélectionné avant de s’éteindre.
3.6 Appuyez sur le bouton Marche/Arrêt pour allumer et éteindre les voyants
d’avertissement centraux.
4. INSTRUCTIONS DE MAINTENANCE ET DE STOCKAGE
4.1 Entreposez-le à l’intérieur, dans un endroit sec et frais.
4.2 N’utilisez pas d’alcool, de solutions inammables ou d’autres solvants sur ou près
de ce dispositif. Nettoyez seulement à l’eau tiède avec un chiffon doux.
4.3 Toutes les réparations doivent être effectuées par du personnel qualié.
