Thank you for purchasing Scorpion Sky Strider 280
FPV racing frame.
Please prepare the below tools and material before assembly.

3mm phillips 1.5mm hex 2mm hex Thread locker

Include the box there are
two carbon fibre deck
(upper and lower deck), the
one pre-assembly with nuts
is the upper deck.
Assemble the deck cross member on the lower deck board
with M2.5 *6 round screw at the appropriate position.
As shown below.

Insert the straight
sides on both
sideways and
insert the front
straight at the
front.
Position the upper deck and
tightened with M2.5 hexagon round
screw. After the upper plate placed
and tightened the screws into the
cross member.
Leave the front two screw slot empty.
Aluminium alloy parts will mounted on
afterward

This section shows how to assembly the angled arm clamp,
below picture shown the angled arm clamp has two modules,
one is upper and other is lower.
Position the upper and lower
modules in between the decks
use M2.5 *14 hexagon head go
through the frame and the clamp
but do not tighten at this stage.
Slot in the 3mm carbon
motor arm into the clamp (front
motor arm).
Use M2.5 *12 hexagon
screw place thru the
motor arm tighten the
screws along with the
additional two M2.5 *14
screws.

When install the rear arm please note the direction of the holes
near the frame is for undercarriage.
Two holes should be parallel with the frame.
!!
The direction of the holes should
be as shown in the photo.

This section show how to
assembly the camera
damping system. Insert the
damper in between upper and
lower board.
Use M2 *4 phillips head to fix
the camera mount on the L
type arm.
Then attach the other side to
the damping plate with the
M3 *6
screws.
Put on the
fixing plate bracket, please note
the thread side direction.
It’s done
with the
dampener.

Assembly the upper frame, put
the cross member between two
frames with M2.5 *6 hexagon
round head, the cross member
with holes is for antenna tube
and it should place at the rear
Use M2 * 4 round phillips screw fix
to the frame mount between two
frames .
Slot the upper frame in to the
rear channel on the upper
deck.
Use M2.5 *6
hexagon
round screw
tighten the
frame mount
on the deck.

Assembly the camera damping system on the upper frame.
Use M2.5 *6 round hexagon screw
in the front but not tighten. Then
use the M2.5 *6 hexagon screw
with cup washer screw in the
adjustable track, now you can
tight the front screw when it is in
the position as your require.
Mount the transmitter board
between both side of the upper
frame.
Use M3 *6 set screw to lock the
landing gear on the landing block.

Use M2.5 *6 assembly
the undercarriage
under the motor arm.
Then heat up a little
bit the antenna tube
then bend it, insert
into the rear cross
member.
