1. SAFETY
WARNING! Isolate the drill from the electrical supply before connecting or disconnecting nibbler
attachment.
9Ensure all safety instructions supplied with the drill to be used, are adhered too, in addition to these safety instructions.
9Maintain the nibbler attachment in good condition.
9Replace or repair damaged parts. Use recommended parts only. Unauthorised parts may be
dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
9Maintain correct balance and footing. Ensure that the floor is not slippery and wear non-slip shoes.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
9Evaluate the work area before using the attachment.
9Secure loose work-pieces with a clamp, vice or other adequate holding device. DO NOT hold
work-piece in your hand.
9Avoid unintentional starting of the drill.
9Wear approved safety eye protection (standard spectacles are not adequate).
9Remove ill fitting clothing. Remove ties, watches, rings, any loose jewellery and contain long hair.
8DO NOT use the nibbler attachment where there are flammable liquids, solids or gases such as paint solvents, etc.
8DO NOT allow children to operate the nibbler attachment.
8DO NOT operate the nibbler attachment if any parts are missing as this may cause failure or possible personal injury.
8DO NOT use the nibbler attachment for a task it is not designed to perform.
8DO NOT operate the drill and nibbler attachment when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
8DO NOT exceed the capacities shown below, for the material to be cut.
9Familiarise yourself with the application and limitations of the nibbler attachment, as well as the
specific hazards.
9When not in use, disconnect from the drill and store in a safe, dry childproof location.
2. INTRODUCTION
Turns an electric or air drill into a versatile nibbler suitable for cutting intricate shapes in various materials. Double end punch allows
handle to be removed and re-attached to opposite side for longer periods of use. SPECIFICATION

4. OPERATION
4.1. Attach the nibbler to a suitable drill by inserting the drive into the drill chuck and tightening the chuck.
4.2. Attach handle to the nibbler as shown (fig.1).
4.3. Secure the work-piece in a suitable clamp or vice, ensuring there is at least a 15mm clearance underneath the area of material to be cut.
4.4. Plug the drill into the supply, first ensuring it is turned off.
4.5. Securely hold the nibbler attachment handle and the drill, switch the drill on.
4.6. Carefully move the nibbler attachment towards the starting point of the desired cut and engage nibbler head with the material, start to cut
into the material.
4.7. Carry on cutting through the material as desired, keeping the nibbler attachment at a right angle to the material. When finished cutting,
move the nibbler head away from the material before switching off the drill.
