T e ENFORCER HDMI Extenders wit KVM allow you to transmit HDMI audio and video as well
as a USB (2.0) signal up to 230ft (70m) over a single Cat6 cable using an active transmitter and
receiver, allowing remote operation of a device suc as a computer or NVR/DVR. T e extenders
also provide HDMI loop-out and KVM.

•Zero latency transmission up to 230ft (70m) over single Cat6/7
•Supports USB keyboard and mouse (KVM)
•Supports point to point connections
•Transmitter includes HDMI loop-out

Installation
1. Determine t e installation locations for t e transmitter and receiver and lengt of cable needed.
2. Connect t e transmitter to t e source device HDMI output.
3. Connect t e Cat6/7 cable to t e receiver and transmitter.
4. If using t e HDMI loop out, connect t e display to t e transmitter HDMI OUT port.
5. Connect t e receiver to t e HDMI input of t e display or ot er device.
6. Connect a computer to t e transmitter USB port using t e included USB cable.
7. Connect a USB keyboard and USB mouse to t e receiver USB ports.
8. Connect any audio devices as needed.

9. Connect t e power adapters to t e transmitter and receiver and plug in to t e electrical outlet.
10. Switc on t e HDMI source and display to verify t at t e system is functioning properly.
INSTALLATION NOTES
•Do not place in locations t at may be exposed to rain or any ot er moisture or liquids.
•Disconnect all devices from power before beginning installation to avoid potential damage.
•Do not install near eat sources or confined spaces wit inadequate ventilation.
•T e use of a single s ielded Cat6/7 or better cable is strongly recommended.

Troubleshooting
HDMI device does
not function
correctly
•Use T568-B wiring standard
•Make sure t e extender is powered on bot sides
•Make sure t e source and display are powered
•Test t e cable between t e receiver and transmitter to make sure it is functional
•Make sure t ere are no problems wit t e HDMI source, HDMI cables, or HDMI
display by plugging t e source directly into t e display using an HDMI cable
Screen flickering or
brief image loss
•Use a ig er grade of twisted pair category cable (Cat6/7 is recommended)
•Switc t e source device to a lower HDMI output (e.g., 1080p to 1080i)
•Restart t e ands ake process by powering everyt ing down t en powering up
and connecting eac device in succession starting wit t e HDMI source
