INSTALLATION
This light xture must be installed by a
licensed electrician or other person autho-
rized by legislation to work on xed wiring
or other electrical installations.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT use with dimmers or
timers.

1. Removethecentermountingboltconnecting
thexturecanopytothecanopyextension(see
Figure1).Note:Besurerubbergasketison
thecanopyextension.
2. Placethecanopyextensionagainstthemount-
ing surface and mark the positions for the
mountingscrews(seeFigure2).Note:When
positioningthecanopyextensionformounting,
dothefollowing:
•Keepthemountingtabslevel
•Makesurethecanopyextensionisturned
asshowninFigure2
•Makesurethehousewiringislocatedbehind
orbelowtherubbergrommet.
3. Useapowerdrilltodrillintothewalltoprovide
asuitablemountingforthescrews.
•Canopyextensionmountingscrewsarenot
included.Use4mmdia.(8G)x30mmscrews.
•Careshouldbetakentoavoiddrillingor
screwingintoconcealedelectricalwiring.
•Forsolidbrickwalls,screwsandmasonry
plugsshouldbeused.
4. Makeasmallholeintherubbergrommetand
route the house wire through the hole (see
Figure3).
5. Attachthecanopyextensiontothesurface.
WARNING: Turn power o at circuit
breaker or fuse. Place tape over circuit
breaker switch and verify power is o at
the xture.

FINAL ASSEMBLY
1. Doublecheckallwiringconnections.
2. Verify the rubber gasket is properly seated
aroundtheedgeofthecanopyextension(see
Figure6).
3. Alignthecenterholeonthexturecanopy
withthecenterholeonthecanopyextension
andattachusingthemountingboltremoved
instep1ofInstallation(seeFigure6).
IMPORTANT:
•Ifwall mounted,makesurethe xtureis
mountedwiththesensorbelowthelamp
heads.
•If eave mounted, mount the xture with
sensorfacingawayfromthehousewall(see
Eave Installation Information forimportant
sensororientationinformation).
4. Pushtherubber plugrmlyintoplace(see
Figure7).
5. Caulk around top half of canopy extension
withsiliconeweathersealant(seeFigure7).

1. Connectthehousewirestotheterminalblock
according to diagram (see Figure 4). Make
sureallscrewsonterminalblockaretightened
securely.

Removethestrainreliefcoverandplacethehouse
wiresacrossthestrainrelief(seeFigure5).
3. Replace the strain relief cover and tighten
securely.Note:Becarefulnottoovertighten
anddamagethewiring.

EAVE INSTALLATION
INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: For under eaveinstallation only,
thesensorheadmustberotatedasshowninthe
nexttwostepsforproperoperationandtoavoid
theriskofelectricalshock.
1. Rotate the sensor head towards the clamp
screwjoint(seeFigure8).
2. enrotatethesensorheadclockwise180°so
thecontrolsfacedown(seeFigure9).
Note:Ifthesensorpopsoutoftheballjoint,loosen
theclampscrewandpushthesensorbackintothe
balljoint.Tightentheclampscrewwhendone.
TESTING AND ADJUSTMENTS
1. Turn on the circuit breaker and light
switch.
Note:Sensorhasa11/2minutewarmupperiod
beforeitwilldetectmotion.Whenrstturned
onwait11/2minutes.

locknutsandapplythreadsealanttoensure

(Unit)thattheUnitisfreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofpurchase.
DuringtheapplicableChamberlainLimitedWarrantyperiod,ifyouareconcernedthattheUnitmaybedefective,contactyourretailerwhowillprovideyouwitha
replacementUnitorreferyoutoourservicecentreforafactoryrepairorreplacement.
Ifyourretailerrefersyoutous,callourservicecentreonthetollfreenumberbelowandaChamberlaintechnicianwilldiagnosetheproblem.Oncetheproblemhas
beendiagnosed,subjecttoyourrightsundertheAustralianConsumerLawwithrespecttomajorfailures,Chamberlainwillprovideyouwithshippinginstructions
forafactoryrepairorreplacement.
Ifafactoryrepairorreplacementisrequired,providedthedefectivepartorUnitisreturnedtoChamberlainwell-packagedandinaccordancewithChamberlain’s
shippinginstructions,Chamberlainwillrepairor,atitsoptionbutsubjecttoyourrightsundertheAustralianConsumerLawwithrespecttomajorfailures,replace
