INSTALLATIONTIPS:
Mounting:
•Forbestviewing performance,trytomountthismonitorinalocation awayfromglareand
preventdirectsunlightfromhitting the LCD screen.
•The 3.5”LCD monitormaybe small enough tomounton left side ofdashforlargervehiclesor
RV’s.The left side iscommonlywheredriversfirstlookatthe left side mirrorwhen backing
long vehicles.Mounting nearthe rearviewmirrormayalsobe possible.Having the LCD
monitorinan area nearwherethe driveralreadylooks helpstoeasethe transition fromusing
onlymirrorstousing areversecameraAND mirrors.
Wiring:
•Werecommend connecting tothe reverselightcircuitinthe vehicleand leaving the power
switchinthe “on”position.Thiswill allowthe monitortoworkautomaticallywhen backing
yourvehicle.Makeconnectionsasshownindiagramon page 2.If you connectthe monitor
toaSwitched +12Vpowersource,then you mustmanuallyturnthe monitoron and off when
backing.(Notrecommended)
