3. Installationandsetting
3.1.Connection computerand license plate recognition camera with 75ΩcoaxialcableatBNC port.
3.2. ConnectDC12Vpowersupply, if the uppercasing isopen, the indicatorlightison
3.3. When the image appearsin the monitor, adjustthe focusand Iris to getclearimage. Surveillance area:max. 5-8 meters wide.
3.4.Digital display:currenttrafficmodeand its parameters.
To selectvarioustrafficmode byRockerSwitch UPorDOWN.The indicatorisONforthe selected traffic mode. Five trafficmodesfollowing:
A1:normalmode
A2:30KM/H
A3:60KM/H
A4:90KM/H

Traffic mode A1:no shutterspeedsandHighlightcompression function.
Traffic mode:A2, A3,A4,A5:highlightcompression andelectronic shutterspeed functionsare working atthe same time.
HLCintensityisadjustablebyRockerSwitch Left orRight.Setitsintensityatnight(ordaytimewhen necessary).Itautomaticallyshiftsaccording tothe setting value fromdaytime
to night. HLCintensity:E1-E6. WhentheintensitycomestoE6 atnight,it istheupmosthighlightcompression, theimageviewismuchdarker.Besuretosettoa
suitableintensityforbestviewlicenseplates. Factorydefault: E2 in daytime, E6 atnight.
3.5. Setshutterspeedsaccording to vehicle’sspeed. Ifthere’sghostimage, choose a higherspeed mode. Ifthe vehicle isnotmoving atall, choose the shutterspeed mode:A1 orA2.
3.6.When mainauxiliarylightsistoo strongortoo weak, setLEDbrightness value from00 to32byK1orK2. The biggervalue, thebrighterLEDilluminator.Butit hastobenot
too whitish license plates.Factorydefault: 00 in daytime. Adjustable. 20 atnight.Adjustable.
3.7.AGC setting. Enhance clearerimage oflicense plates. Digitaldisplay:C1--C5,when it comesto C5, it isclearestimage, butdarkerimage.
3.8. Externaltriggersignalinput: Inputexternalswitch signal.The camerawill automaticallytake snapshotpicturewhen there’ssignalinput.Snapshotimagescan be stored inTF
card orFTPupload todesignated computer.
3.9. Digitaldisplay:currenttrafficmode,HLCintensity,LEDluminance value,AGC.Circledisplaythem.Timeinterval: 5seconds. Digitaltubeisoffwhen
finishingsetting.Itis on again when pressinganybutton forre-set

3.13.2 Log in system, forvideo recording, FTPset, “Configuration -Record -Ftp Set-Submit -Save .Step 1-6.
Use aninternalnetwork IPaddress (same network with camera)asFTPserver. Ifuntick “Record the 2nd Stream ,video recording main stream.
3.13.3. Log in system, forsnapshotimage, capture setting, “Configuration -Record -CaptureSet-Submit -Save Step 1-7.
Use aninternalnetwork IPaddress (same network with camera)asFTPserver.
Selectcapture stream.
