製品を安全に正しくお使いいただき、貴方や他の
人々への危害や財産への損害を未然に防ぐために
守っていただきたい注意事項を示しています。

煙が出たり、変な臭いがするなど異
常が発生したときは、速やかにコネ
クタを抜き、POWERをOFF状態にして
ください。
修理は、お買い上げいただいた販売

の原因となります。
If any of the components of the
Electronic Starting System is fuming
or emitting odors, immediately
disconnect the cable from the
connector, and turn off the power.
Then, contact your SEIKO dealer or
agent for repair service. If the
Electronic Starting System is used
continuously without being
reconditioned, an electric shock or
fire hazard may result.

修理技術者以外は絶対に分解・修
理・改造を行わないでください。
修理は、弊社もしくは代理店へご依
頼ください。感電や火災の原因にな

Never attempt to disassemble, repair
or tamper with the Electronic
Starting System. For repair service,
contact your nearby SEIKO dealer or
agent. Otherwise, an electric shock
or fire hazard may result.
異物混入禁止

matters
穴や隙間にピン・針金・金属などの
異物を入れないでください。万一、
異物が入ったときは、速やかにコネ
クタを抜き、POWERをOFF状態にして
ください。お買い上げいただいた販
売店もしくは、販売会社へご依頼く
ださい。そのまま使うと、感電や火
災の原因となります。
Do not insert any foreign matter
such as a pin, or a piece of wire or
metal into any hole or gap of the
Electronic Starting System. In case
this should occur, immediately
disconnect the cable from the
connector, and turn off the power.
Then, contact your SEIKO dealer or
agent for repair service. If the
Electronic Starting System is used
continuously without being
reconditioned, an electric shock or
fire hazard may result.

wet hands
ぬれた手で製品の操作、電源の入り
切り、コネクタ接続などは行わない
でください。感電や故障の原因にな
ります。
Never operate the Electronic
Starting System, turn on/off the
power, or connect/disconnect the
cable with wet hands. Otherwise, an
electric shock or a malfunction may
result.

雨天使用時の

weather
本製品は防滴構造ではありません。
使用時は製品に雨などの水分がか
からないようにしてください。感電
や故障の原因になります。
The Electronic Starting System is
not of drip-proof type. While in use,
good care should be taken not to
expose it to splashes of water such
as rain. Otherwise, an electric shock
or a malfunction may result.
保管時の注意
Precaution for
storage
保管する際は、電池を取り外して
ください。
また、雨などの水分やホコリなどが
かからないようにしてください。
故障の原因になることがあります。
Before storing the Electronic
Starting System, be sure to remove
the batteries from the battery holder.
Also, store it at a place where it will
not be exposed to water and dust.
Otherwise, a malfunction may result.
使用時の注意

during use
携帯電話などからできるだけ離れ
て使用してください
本機の近くで携帯電話などを使用
すると、ノイズが発生することが
あります。
While using the Electronic Starting
System, do not use a mobile phone
near the System. Otherwise, the
System may be affected by the noise
emitted from the mobile phone.

light
ストロボフラッシュ発光を直視
しないでください目の近くでスト
ロボフラッシュ発光をさせないで
ください。
視力が低下したり、一瞬視力が無く
なり、事故やけがの原因になること
があります。
Do not look straight at the strobe
flash light emitted from the Starter
Pistol. Also, do not emit the light
before the eyes of the others. This
may deteriorate their eyesight, or
deprive them of sight for a moment
to cause an accident or injury.
電源投入時の

電源を入れる際はボリュームを最
小にしてください。
聴力障害などの原因になることが
あります。
Before turning on the power, be sure
to set the microphone volume
control at the lowest position.
Unexpectedly large sound may be
emitted to cause hearing loss.

乾電池取り扱い
Precautions
for batteries
次のことをお守りください。乾電池
の破裂・液漏れにより、けがや周囲
の汚損の原因になります。
Be sure to observe the following.
Otherwise, the batteries may
explode or leak to cause personal
injury or contaminate the
environment.
単三アルカリ乾電池以外使用しない
でください。
Use LR06 (AA) alkaline dry batteries
only.
新しい乾電池と古い乾電池を混ぜ
て使用しないでください。最初の装
着や交換の際は、全て新しい乾電池
を使用してください。
Do not use old and new batteries
together.
When installing the batteries for the
first time, or when replacing them,
ensure that only new batteries are
used

乾電池取り扱い
Precautions
for batteries
乾電池を製品に入れるときは、表示
通りの極性に入れてください。
When inserting the batteries, check
that they are properly aligned as
indicated inside the battery holder
乾電池は 1日ごとに新しいものに交
換してください。古い乾電池でご使
用になると、誤動作の原因になりま
す。
Replace the batteries with new ones
before use each day.
Old batteries may cause a
malfunction during use.
乾電池交換は、必ず「POWER OFF」
にしてから行ってください。
Before replacing the batteries, be
sure to turn off the power.
使用しないときは、乾電池を取り外
してください。乾電池から液がもれ
て火災・けが・周囲汚損の原因にな
ることがあります。
While the Electronic Starting
System is out of use, ensure that
the batteries are removed from the
battery holder.
The battery leakage may occur to
cause a fire, personal injury or
contamination of the environment.

接続

connection
ケーブルの接続・取り外しの際は電
源を切ってから行ってください。感
電する恐れがあります。
Before connecting or disconnecting
the cable, be sure to turn off the
power.
An electric shock may result.
コネクタ部分に雨などの水分を付
着させないでください。故障の原因

Take utmost care not to get the
connectors wet with rain or other
water.
A malfunction may result.

２.はじめに 2.INTRODUCTION
２-１ 概要
本システムは、各競技におけるスタート合図音、スト
ロボフラッシュ光の発光、スタート信号を発生する電
子スタート音発生装置です。
なお、弊社製品のスタート信号発生装置（ＰＳ－２０
０Ｂ）用スタートピストル（ＰＳ－２１０Ｓ）や、電
子式スタート音発生装置（ＰＳ－１２００）用スター
トピストル（ＰＦ－１２５）は接続できませんのでご
注意ください。
2-1 Overview
The Electronic Starting System PS-110 is an
electronic start sound generator that emits start
sound, strobe flash light and start signal that are used
in various sports events.
Please note that PS-110 cannot be used with SEIKO
Starter Pistol PS-210S, which is to be used with the
Start Signal Generator PS-200B, and SEIKO Starter
Pistol PF-125, which is to be used with the Electronic
Start Sound Generator PS-1200.
２-２ 特長
①スタート音（擬似ピストル音／電子音“ピッ”音）
を電子的に発生しますので、火薬ピストルのように
不発や煙等の発生はありません。
②スタートピストル（ＰＳ－７８）はストロボ付き で
すので手動計時員にスタートをストロボ光で知らせ
ることができます。
③スタートピストルとヘッドセットマイク（ＰＳ－６
１）を使用して、スタータの音声を増幅して選手な
どに知らせることができます。
④他の装置との接続ができますので、使いやすいシス
テムを作ることができます。
2-2 Features
①PS-110 gives out a start sound electronically (sound
imitating a gunshot/beeping sound), eliminating the
problems involved in the use of a gunpowder pistol
such as misfire and powder smoke
②Provided with a strobe light, the Starter Pistol
(PS-78) can gives a start signal visually to the
manual timekeeper using a strobe flash light.
③By using in combination with the Starter Pistol and
Headset Microphone (PS-61), PS-110 can amplify
the voice of the starter so that it can be heard by the
athletes, etc.
④PS-110 can be connected with other devices to
configure a system that suit your requirement.

注意
CAUTION
ピンジャックはＰＳ－７８のマイクジャック部に奥までしっか
り挿入してください。
音声が出ないことがあります。
Insert the pin-plug securely into the
microphone jack of PS-78. Otherwise, the
starter’s voice may not be emitted from the
Speaker Box.
ピンジャックはスピーカボックスに直接つながないでくださ
い。直接つないでも正しく音声は出ません。
Do not connect the pin-plug directly with the
Speaker Box.The starter’s voice will not be
emitted from the Speaker Box properly by
doing this.

It indicates the energy reserve of the

③ 電源スイッチ
電源スイッチです。
押すとＯＮ／ＯＦＦが
切り替わります
Power switch With each press, the power is turned on
and off alternately.
④ ホイッスル音スイッチ
このスイッチを押すと
ホイッスル音が鳴り、離すと
止まります。
ホイッスル音は一定です。
ボリュームで変化しません。
Whistle Switch
The whistle blows only while the switch is
kept pressed. The volume is constant,
and cannot be adjusted with the volume
control.
⑤ ボイススイッチ
通常はＯＦＦにして使用
してください。
＊ＯＮに設定した場合、電池
の消耗を遅らせることが
できますが、スタート音が

Voice switch
Keep it turned off during normal use.
*If it is turned on, energy can be saved,
but the start sound and the strobe light
may not be emitted synchronously.

マイク・ピストル音の入力
プラグです。
ＢＯＸ付ケーブル（ＰＳ－８

AUX, MIC input
terminal
It is an input terminal for the microphone
and pistol sound.
Connect the Cable with Box (PS-81) to it.
(PS-81 can be connected to either MIC or
AUX.)
⑧ 電池蓋 電池蓋です。単三乾電池８本
を使用します。 Battery cover It is the cover of the battery holder. Eight
LR06 (AA) dry batteries are inserted in it.
⑨ ホーンスピーカ
音の出力スピーカです。
選手の方向に向けて設置
してください。
Horn speaker It emits sound. Turn it toward the athletes.
