Limited 24 Month Warranty (UK & USA)
The Sennheiser product you have purchased features a Limited Warranty of 24 months.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the brand new Sennheiser
product by the first end user.
Warranty Coverage
Pursuant
to this Limited Warranty, Sennheiser will, at its option, (1) repair the product
using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the product with a new or refurbished
product.
In the event of adefect,these are your exclusive remedies.
For
the purposes of this Limited Warranty, "refurbished" means a product or part that
has been returned to its original specifications. Any defective parts removed from a
product during the course of a warranty claim shall become the property of Sennheiser
electronic GmbH &
Co. KG.
This Limited Warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship effecting per-
formance
of this product. The warranty does not include any defects in accessories or
batteries including rechargeable or disposable batteries which typically have a shorter
service life, the length of which depends on the frequency of use. This Warranty does
not cover installation, operation or modification of the product that is not in accor-
dance
with the instruction manual for this product unless Sennheiser has given its
prior written consent to the nature and extent of the variation.
Unauthorized repair or
tampering will void this Limited Warranty.

WHERE PERMITTED, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF
ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR
ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Notwithstanding the above, where applicable, you may be
entitled to any implied warranties allowed by law in which case such warranties
are hereby limited to the same 24 month period as the express Limited Warranty
unless the applicable law does not allow such time limitation.
How to Obtain limited Warranty Service
To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, the current owner must furnish the
sales receipt, or warranty certificate if applicable, as proof of purchase. Proof of
purchase must state the date of purchase and the name of the product. If you
cannot
furnish proof of purchase, which will be verified by your local Sennheiser
service partner, you
will be obliged to pay for any repairs.
The customer bears
the risk and cost of shipment. To avoid any damages in transit,
please use the original packaging if possible.

This Limited
Warranty is fully transferable provided the current owner furnishes
the original proof of purchase or warranty certificate. This Limited Warranty is your
exclusiveremedyandSENNHEISERSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORANYSPECIAL,CONSEQUEN-
TIAL
OR INDIRECT DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON
THIS PRODUCT; provided, however that this limitation on damages may not be appli-
cable to you if you are in a state or country where such damages cannot be limited.
Other Conditions
This Limited
Warranty is governed by the laws of the place in which the Sennheiser
product was purchased by the first end user; provided, however, that the provisions
of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods are expressly made not
applicable.
