Instructions

How to set time and date
• Turnthecrownclockwiseuntilthepreviousday’s
date appears.
Note: Do not set the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Otherwise,
the date may not change properly.
Note: When the stopwatch is or has been measuring or is stopped,
if the crown is pulled out to the 2nd click position, it will
automatically reset the Stopwatch hands to "0".

Instructions
• Pullthecrownouttothe1stclickposition.
• Pullthecrownouttothe2ndclickpositionwhen
the second hand is at the 12 o'clock position.
• Turnthecrowntosetthehourandminutehands.
• Turnthecrownclockwisetoadvancethehourand
minutehandspast12:00midnight.Thiswilladvance
the date to the current date.
• Take AM/PM into consideration when setting the
hour and minute hands to the desired time.
• Pushthecrownbacktothenormalposition.
Recommend:
• Whensettingtheminutehand,rstadvanceit4to5minutes
ahead of the desired time and then turn it back to the exact
minute.

How to use stopwatch functions
• Thestopwatchcanmeasureupto11:59'59"95in1/20secondincrements.
• Whenthemeasurementreaches12hours,thestopwatchautomaticallystopscounting.
• Splittimemeasurementisavailable.
•Thestopwatch1/20-seconddiskorhandiscapableoftiming10minutes.(1secondx600times)
•Thestopwatchseconddiskorhandiscapableoftiming12hours.(60secondsx720times)
◆ Movement of the stopwatch 1/20-second
• Afterthestopwatchisstarted,thestopwatch1/20-seconddiskor handmovesforabout10minutesand
automaticallystopsatthe“0”position.
• When the measurement is stopped or split time is measured, the stopwatch 1/20-second disk or hand
movestoindicatetheelapsed1/20seconds.
• Afterthestopwatchisrestartedorsplittimeisreleased,thestopwatch1/20-seconddisk or handmovesfor
about10minutesandstopsautomatically.
• Inthesamemanner,ifthestopwatchisstoppedandrestartedrepeatedlyorsplittimeismeasuredand
released repeatedly, the stopwatch 1/20-second disk or hand moves for about 10 minutes and stops
autom at ica lly.
* Before using the stopwatch, be sure to check that the crown is set at the normal position and that the
stopwatch disk or handsareresettothe“0”position.
Note: If the stopwatch disk or hands do not return to the “0” position when the stopwatch is reset to “0”, follow the
procedure in "Stopwatch disk or hand position adjustment".

Stopwatch hand position adjustment
Ifthestopwatchhandsarenotinthe“0”position,followtheproceduresbelowtosetthemtothe“0”position.
• Pullthecrownouttothe2ndclickposition.
Note: While the stopwatch is running or has been stopped while
running, if the crown is pulled out to the 2nd click position, the
stopwatch will be automatically reset.
• PressButton“A”for2seconds.
- The stopwatch 1/20-second disk or hand turns a full
roundandcannowbesettocorrectposition.
• PressButton“B”repeatedlytosetitto“0”position.
Note: The stopwatch 1/20-second disk or hand moves quickly if
Button "B" is kept pressed.
Note: The stopwatch second hand moves quickly if Button "B" is
kept pressed.
• PressButton“A”for2seconds.
- The stopwatchsecond handturnsafullround andcan
nowbesettothecorrectposition.
• Press Button “B” repeatedly to set the hand to the “0”
position.
Note: The stopwatch hour disk or hand and minute hands move
quickly if Button "B" is kept pressed.
• PressButton“A”for2seconds.
- The stopwatch hour disk or hand and minute hand can
nowbesettothecorrectposition.
• PressButton“B”repeatedlytosetthestopwatchhour
diskorhandandminutehandtothe“0”position.
• Pushthecrownbacktothenormalposition.
