
Trouble Shooting
Improper use may potentially cause injury. Please ensure that proper
resting periods are followed to avoid injury to ears. Seraphy International
LLC is not responsible for injuries due to improper of excessive use.
1) Earbuds not pairing: Likely low battery, charge for 3 hours
2) Red light flickers during calls: Wrong pairing, repeat pairing process
3) No LED light during charging: Check connections for USB cable
4) Turns off automatically: Low battery, recharge for 3 hours
5) Echo: Volume is too high or surrounding area is too noisy
6) Noise during phone calls: Environment disturbance or audio source is
too far away
7) Low volume during calls: L/R earbuds reversed during use, change
earbuds position in ear

Warranty
Seraphy International LLC warrants the AirWave 900 earbuds to be
free from defects resulting from manufacturing process for a period of
one year from date of purchase. If the defect is a result of normal use,
we shall exchange the defective product. Should the defect result
from abuse, neglect, improper use, or other abnormal use, the
warranty will be voided and no exchange will be granted. If you have
