Safety precautions:
- do not immerse in liquids, do not touch if the electric foot massager has been
immersed, pull plug immediately
- do not use while sleeping
- handicapped and the elderly should use under supervision
- keep from children
- pull the plug from the outlet when not in use
- do not use if the electric foot massager is not operating properly, if this occurs contact
our customer service staff.
- do not use the electric foot massager under a blanket - this may lead to overheating
- keep electric foot massager and cable from hot objects
Cleaning:
After use, remove plug from mains and wait until the appliance cools. Clean with a soft
moist cloth and then pat dry with a dry cloth. Make sure that no water or other liquid gets
into the appliance.
Storage:
After use, remove plug from mains and wait until the appliance cools. Store the electric
massager in its box or put in a clean dry place. Do not hang up the electric massager by
the lead.
For the sake of the environment, we request that you take packaging material and
appliances that are no longer useable to be recycled (collection points).
Disposal of appliances
Electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with domestic waste.
Consumers are obliged by law to return electrical and electronic devices at the
end of their service lives to the public collecting points set up for this purpose or
point of sale . Details to this are defined by the national law of the respective
country. This symbol on the product, the instruction manual or the package indicates that
a product is subject to these regulations. By recycling, reusing the materials or other

Preface
We hope that you will enjoy using your electric foot massager with tapping
massage and red light heat functions. The ideal combination of deep action
massage and pleasant heat revives and relaxes tired legs and improves
circulation. Stimulating the foot reflex areas at the same time may help to
increase metabolism and revitalise the body. With three intensity levels and an
interval massage programme, your feet are in for a real treat!
Introduction
For many years, new technologies for massage have been developed. These
are all designed to provide relief from everyday stresses.
Please note however, - this unit is designed for the consumer´s personal use,
and not with professional physical therapists in mind.

Electric foot massager equipped with tapping massage and red light heat
The electric foot massager has three intensity levels and one interval massage
programme. Red light heat can be turned on with a separate switch. The
massage and heat functions are separate from one another and can be selected
together or singly.
For correct use of the operating switch, please refer to the Operating
Instructions before use.
Caution
Do not use the electric foot massager
- with a pacemaker
- during pregnancy
- if you have thrombosis
- if you have pains of unknown origin
- Do not use the electric foot massager for longer than 15 minutes.
- Long periods of massage could lead to the electric foot massager overheating.
- Interrupt the massage and wait until the electric foot massager has cooled
down.
1. Place appliance on the floor.
2. Plug into the mains.
3. Make sure you are sitting comfortably and place feet on the massager.
Do not stand on appliance.
To operate:
1. Press option switch x 1 = turn on = intensity L = weak, LED shows red
Press option switch x 2 = intensity M = medium, LED shows yellow
Press option switch x 3 = intensity H = strong, LED shows green
Press option switch x 4 = programme, LED shows red
Press option switch x 5 = turn off
In the programme mode, the appliance works at preset intervals.
2. Press 'Heat' to turn heat on or off.
3. To turn off, press option switch until the LED goes out.
IMPORTANT
In the massage mode, the appliance switches off automatically after 15
minutes.
To continue the massage, press the option switch again. Each time the
intensity level is changed, another 15-minute period is automatically
restarted.
As the heat function can also be used separately, make sure the heat is
turned off after use.
Do not use the heat function for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
