Important Safety
Instructions
Before using the appliance, please read and follow all the basic safety instructions, including
the following:
• Before using, check that the voltage of the product rating and ensure it coincides with
your mains voltage.
• Do not let cord hang over the edge of table or counter.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
• Do not operate the appliance with a damaged or malfunctioned cord or plug. Return
the appliance to the nearest authorized service agent for examination or repair, when
there is any indication of damage.
• Do not replace any parts of the appliance with the spare parts other than the
appliance genuine parts. The use of any parts of the appliance not recommended or
sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• Avoiding contact with any moving parts as serious injury may occur.
• Do not leave foreign objects, such as spoons, forks, knives or the measuring cup, in
the jug as this will damage the blades and other components when starting the
machine and may cause injury.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• The use of attachment, including jug, jug lid, not recommended or sold by
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
• The jug should not be more than 2/3 full when the tamper is left in while blending. Do
not exceed 30 seconds of continuous blending with the tamper in place.
• When making nut butters or oil based foods, do not process for more than one
minute after the mixture starts circulating. Over-processing can cause dangerous
overheating.
• When blending hot liquids or ingredients, use caution: spray or escaping steam may
cause scalding and burns. Do not fill container to the maximum capacity. Always
begin processing on the lowest speed setting. Keep hands and other exposed skin
away from the lid opening to prevent possible burns.
• Turn all controls to OFF and unplug the blender when it is not in use, before installing
or removing parts, and before cleaning.
• This is an attended appliance. Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

• To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put motor unit or power cord in
water or other liquid.
• Keep hands and utensils out of jug while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury
to persons or damage to the blender.
• If scraping is necessary, turn the power OFF, unplug from the electrical outlet, and use
a rubber spatula only.
• Always operate blender with lid in place.
• Never put non-food items into the jug to blend.
• Do not open the lid before the blade stops running completely to avoid hazard.
• Do not put hands or other objects into jug during working.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by
the person who is responsible for their safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Turn the Switch to choose from manual speed settings from “Low” to “High”.
Once you select a speed, the blender will run until you turn it back to “OFF”.
Tamper The Tamper allows you to accelerate the process of very thick and/or frozen
mixtures that cannot be processed in a regular blender. If food is not
circulating, the machine may be overloaded or may have a trapped air
bubble. Using the Tamper helps to maintain circulation by preventing air
pockets from forming. Turn off the appliance to make it stop working, and
then remove the Measuring Cup, and through the hole in the Lid insert the
Tamper and use it to press ingredients into the blades as you make frozen
ice creams, nut butters, etc.

Incorporated to protect the motor from overheating. If the motor shuts off
while in use, turn controls to “OFF” and unplug from the wall outlet. Remove
the Jug from the Motor Unit and free the blade of any obstructions. Wait
30 minutes for the unit to cool down. Press external resettable fuse button
on the bottom of the Motor Unit.
Note:
• “Function Switch” is interlock with “Speed Switch”, that is to say, when operate “Function Switch”,
“Speed Switch” is invalid; and when operate “Speed Switch”, “Function Switch” is invalid.
• Turn off the appliance to make it stop working when the Tamper is used during blending.
• The Jug shall not be more than 2/3 full when the Tamper is used during blending.
• Do not use Tamper for more than 30 consecutive seconds (to avoid stressing the motor).
• You may need to move the Tamper not only up and down, but also side to side.

Before the First Use
1 Unpack the appliance and place all parts on a flat surface.
2 Immerse the Jug, Jug lid, Measuring Cup and Tamper in soapy water and rinse them
and dry. Never immerse Motor Unit in water for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric
shock.
CAUTION: The blade is very sharp, handle with care.
3 For attaching Jug, place the Jug lid and Measuring Cup into the Jug, ensure the Jug lid
and Measuring Cup are placed tightly and properly with the Jug. And then place the
Jug onto the Jug Support Pad and fix it onto the Motor Unit tightly. Now, the Blender
is ready for use.
Note:
• Before assembling the Jug, be sure the power cord is unplugged from the power outlet, the Power
Switch and the Speed Switch are both on the “OFF” positions.
• The appliance will not operate if the Jug is not assembled onto the Motor Unit properly.
• Make sure all the parts are assembled properly.

Using Your Appliance
BLEND
1 Lay the appliance on the flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2 Prepare the ingredients and cut them into cubes with a size of 15 mm x 15 mm x
15 mm. And then remove the Measuring cup and Jug lid, after it, put the ingredients
into the Jug. Usually a certain amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate
the smooth running of appliance. The proportion of the ingredients and water is 2:3.
The amount of mixture should not exceed the max level as indicated on the Jug. And
then close the Jug lid and Measuring Cup well in position.
3 Connect the appliance with power source, and then push the Power Switch to“ON”
position.
4 Turn the Speed Switch to the “HI” speed setting and the appliance starts to blend the
ingredients.
5 After blending for about 30 seconds, turn the Speed Switch to“OFF”position, and the
appliance stops working.
6 You may add ingredients into the Jug through the center opening of Jug cover during
operation. Turn off the appliance to make it stop working, and then remove the
Measuring Cup and add the ingredients into the Jug through the center opening of
Jug. Then replace the Measuring Cup in position and turn on the appliance again.
Note:
• During operation, if the mixture is too thick to be blended, operate by referring to the
description of “Tamper” mentioned above.
• Do not remove the Jug from the Motor Unit during working process. If it is necessary to
remove the Jug, please turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.
• The advisable operation time per time is 3 minutes and minimum 1 minute rest time must
be maintained between two consecutive cycles. Allow the appliance to rest for at least 30
minutes every 10 cycles.
7 After finish blending, move the Jug out of the Jug Support Pad, and then carefully take
down the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid, then pour and serve.
CAUTION: The Speed Switch and Power Switch must be at “OFF” positions and the power
outlet must be unplugged before removing the Jug.

CRUSH ICE
1 Lay the appliance on the flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2 Prepare some ice cubes with a size of 15 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm. And then remove the
Measuring cup and Jug lid, after it, put the ice cubes into the Jug. Usually certain
amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of
appliance. The proportion of the ice and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should
not exceed the max level as indicated on the Jug. And then close the Jug Lid and
Measuring Cup well in position.
3 Connect the appliance with power source, and then push the Power Switch to“ON”
position.
4 Turn the speed Switch to the “HI” speed setting or push the function switch to “Pulse”
setting and the appliance starts to crush ice.
5 After crushing ice for around 3 minutes, turn the speed Switch to “OFF” position, and
the appliance stops working.
6 You may add ingredients into the Jug through the center opening of Jug cover during
operation. Turn off the appliance to make it stop working, and then remove the
Measuring Cup and add the ingredients into the Jug through the center opening of
Jug. Then replace the Measuring Cup in position and turn on the appliance again.
Note:
• During operation, if the mixture is too thick to be crushed, operate by referring to the
description of “Tamper” mentioned above.
• Do not remove the Jug from the Motor Unit during working process. If it is necessary to
remove the Jug, please turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.
• The advisable operation time per time is 3 minutes and minimum 1 minute rest time must
be maintained between two consecutive cycles. Allow the appliance to rest for at least 30
minutes every 10 cycles.
7 After finish working, move the Jug out of the Jug Support Pad, and then carefully take
down the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid, then pour and serve.

GRIND
1 Lay the appliance on the flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2 Prepare 200 g roasted coffee beans, and then remove the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid
and put the roasted coffee beans into the Jug, after it, close the Jug Lid and Measuring
cup well in position.
Note: The maximum capacity of food to be grinded must not exceed 200 g.
3 Connect the appliance with power source, and then push the Power switch to “ON”
position.
4 Push the function switch to“Pulse” setting and the appliance starts to grind coffee
beans.
5 After grinding for about 30 seconds, turn the Speed Switch to “OFF”position, and the
appliance stops working.
Note:
• During operation, if the coffee powder is too thick to be grinded, operate by referring to the
description of “Tamper” mentioned above.
• Do not remove the Jug from the Motor Unit during working process. If it is necessary to
remove the Jug, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then
remove it.
• The advisable operation time per time is 3 minutes and minimum 1 minute rest time must
be maintained between two consecutive cycles. Allow the appliance to rest for at least 30
minutes every 10 cycles.
6 After finish working, move the Jug out of the Jug Support Pad, and then carefully take
down the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid, then pour and serve.
CAUTION: The Speed Switch and Power Switch must be at “OFF” positions and the power
outlet must be unplugged before removing the Jug.
MAKE HOT SOUP
1 Lay the appliance on the flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2 Remove the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid, and then put the required ingredients into
the Jug and fill the Jug with appropriate amount of room-temperature purified water.
The amount of mixture should not exceed 1000 ml. And then close the Jug Lid and
Measuring Cup well in position.
3 Connect the appliance with power source, and then push the Power switch to “ON”
position.
4 Push the function switch to“Soup”setting and the appliance starts to make soup.
NOTE: The machine runs slowly at the first 15 seconds and will accelerate when detecting food.
5 After cooking for about 6 minutes, the Switch will turned off automatically.

Note:
• During operation, if the soup is too thick and hard to be processed, operate by referring to
the description of “Tamper” mentioned above.
• Do not remove the Jug from the Motor Unit during working process. If it is necessary to
remove the Jug, please turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.
• The advisable operation time per time is 6 minutes and minimum 5 minutes rest time must
be maintained between two consecutive cycles. Allow the appliance to rest for at least 30
minutes every 10 cycles.
6 After finish working, move the Jug out of the Jug Support Pad, and then carefully take
down the Measuring Cup and Jug Lid, then pour and serve.
CAUTION: The Speed Switch and Power Switch must be at “OFF” positions and the power
outlet must be unplugged before removing the Jug.

Cleaning and Maintenance
− After use, reassemble the Jug and pour about 400 - 500 ml water into it and turn the
Speed Switch to“HI” speed or push the function switch to “Pulse” position to work for a
few seconds to remove the residual food.
− After stop, remove the Jug from the Motor Unit and rinse the Jug under running water.
− Wiping the outer surface of Motor Unit with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleansers.
Never immerse in water or other solution for cleaning.
− All parts except the Motor Unit are dishwasher-safe. You can also wash the parts, except
the Motor Unit, in warm, soapy water.
− Dry all parts and then reassemble them again. But store the appliance with the Jug Lid
not be closed completely to allow air to circulate and prevent Jug odors.
− If any problem has been encountered during use, never disassemble the Motor unit by
yourself, there are no user serviceable parts inside. Contact only the authorized SHARP
service centre for examination and repair.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse the Motor Unit in water for cleaning

⾸次使⽤前的注意事项
1 从包装中取出设备，将所有部件放在平坦表⾯上。
2 将搅拌壶、壶盖、量杯和搅拌棒浸⼊肥皂⽔中，冲洗并烘⼲。切勿将电机装置浸
⼊⽔中进⾏清洗，以防⽌电击风险。
⼩⼼：搅拌机⼑⽚⾮常锋利，因此操作时请⼩⼼。
3 要安装搅拌壶，将壶盖和量杯放⼊搅拌壶中，确保壶盖和量杯放在搅拌壶的适当
位置且紧密固定。然后将搅拌壶放在搅拌壶⽀撑垫上，并牢固地安装在电机装置
上。现在，搅拌机准备就绪，可以使⽤。
注：

搅拌

7 完成搅拌后，从搅拌壶⽀撑垫中取下搅拌壶，然后⼩⼼取下量杯和壶盖，倒出并
享⽤。
