Service Manual
This service manual is for Ajinomoto’s Service engineers and their distributor’s service person.

1. Illumination Light is OFF
(照明が点灯しない)
① The battery is too low.
(バッテリーが低下している)
→Re-charge the battery.
(電池を充電する)
② Slit is closed.
(スリットが閉じている)
→Open the slit ring.
（スリットを開く）
③ Illumination control volume is set to low position.
(光量調節が低くなっている)
→Set to high position to get more light power.
(光量調節を高めに設定する)
④ Please contact to Sales representative if above action does not help.
(上記内容で対応できない場合は、販売店に連絡してください。)
2. Slit light is not at center position.
① Slit light is shifting to right or left.
(スリット光が左右にずれている)
→Normal if the shift level is within ±0.5mm.
（ズレが 0.5mm 以内であれば問題ない）
1. Check the screw. Tighten the screw if it loosens.
(ネジが締まっているか確認する)
2. In case illumination light is shifting to right or
left.
（照明光が左右にシフトしている場合）
A) Turn the Illumination tube by observing
the illumination light. You need to
un-loosen the screw and rotate then tighten
the screws when you adjusting the light
position.
(照明光を観測しながら照明チューブを
回転させる。最初ネジを緩めて、次に
回転させ、ネジを締める)
B) Please take a next step if the above A) does
not work well.
(上記でうまくいかない場合は、次のよ
うにする)
Please see C).
C )を参照する。
Need horizontal adjustment.
C) Horizontal adjustment.
C-1 Remove battery
（電池を取り外す）

C-2 Unscrew the three screws to remove the cover.
(3 箇所ネジを緩めてカバーを外す)
C-3 Loosen the three screws to change the
illumination angle.
（照明軸を変更するためにネジを３カ所緩め
る）
C-4 Rotate the grip to adjust the illumination angle,
then tightens the three screws(C-3).
（グリップを回転させて照明軸を調節し、C-3
のネジをしっかりと締める。）
② Slit light is shifting to upper side.
(スリット光が上方向にズレている)
→Need adjustment.
(調整が必要)

3. In case illumination light is shifting to upper
position.
照明軸が上方向にシフトしている場合があ
ります。
Sometimes, illumination tube is push back to the grip
side. As that case, the illumination light to be moved
to the upper side.
時々、照明軸のチューブが後方に押され、照明
光が上方向に動くことがあります。
In this case you need to adjust the Prism angle.
このような場合は、プリズム角度の調節が必要
です。
1. Unscrew the four screws at prism holder
ネジ４カ所緩めてください。
2. Tilt the prism to correct position and tighten the
screws
プリズムを傾けて適正な位置に調節してく
ださい。

3. Objective cover replacement.
対物レンズカバーの交換 1. Unscrew the two screws and remove the
cover and set new cover.
ネジ２カ所を緩めてカバーを外して新
しいカバーを装着してください。
2. Please ask sales distributor if the objective
lenses are damaged. You can not replace the
objective lenses without special calibration
instruments.
対物レンズが傷ついている場合は販売店に
連絡してください。校正機器が状態で交換
することはできません。
4. Observation image is not clear
(観察像が鮮明でない).
zRemove the dust
埃を取り除く
zClean up the lenses.
レンズをきれいにする。
Please see instruction manual for daily maintenance.
説明書の日常点検を参照してください。
5. Illumination Sliding is heavy
(照明のスライドが重い)
Please add some silicon oil or grease.
Grease lightly to inside of sliding position.
Do not grease too much on the top of the sliding
place.
