
To connect with a PC to the iCOMOX over USB
you must install an FTDI driver. The driver can be
downloaded from the following link:

Once the monitor is installed and open, please
verify that the iCOMOX is identified with its USB port.
Press the connect button (number 2 in the image).
*** After successful connection, the monitor
connection LED will turn green.
Once the cellular provider
APN configuration
process is
done, your iCOMOX is ready
for installation and can
be
connected to 220V power.

Once completed, perform Program EEPROM
operation and reset the iCOMOX to allow the
configuration changes to take effect.
Upon successful connection, you can see details
like your provider’s name and IP address of
your device.Now your iCOMOX is ready to be
mounted on your asset.
Press the configuration button and select your
mobile operator. When configuring your iCOMOX,
the settings should be adjusted according to the
details you got from your cellular provider.

Step 01 - POE
Unit connection:
Connect the iCOMOX cable to
the
POE network (one side to the
network and the other side to
the PoE).
If you do not have an Internet point
that carries electricity (PoE), connect
one cable to the Internet and one
cable to electricity.
(220V to USB Adapter not included)
In order not to connect to the organization's
network, you can connect an iCOMOX to
a POE switch and connect it to a cellular
router activated by a SIM card (in order not
to connect to the organization's network).
