TROUBLESHOOTING
Alert Message Explanation/Solution
No Hardware Detected SMake sure the UA888 Interface Module is turned on.
SMake sure the U4 Receiver is turned on.
SMake sure all cables are properly connected.
SCheck for broken or intermittent cables
SCheck COM Port selection in the Shure Wireless Workbench program.
Failed to program. SMake sure the U4 Receiver is turned on.
SMake sure the UA888 Interface Module is turned on.
COM [x] not receiving data. SImproper COM port (serial port) selected.
SGo to [Devices>Configure Connections], and select the proper COM port.
SMake sure all cables are properly connected.
