NOTE: If you do not have a standard wall plate, mount the base
directly to the wall (mounting screws not included).

Fully charge the battery pack for12 hours before first using the phone.To get the

n z x Low BatteryWarnings
When the handset beeps 2 times, the battery pack needs to be recharged. The
warning will be repeated every 20 seconds during an active call until the battery is
depleted.
n z x Out of RangeWarnings
Whenthehandsetbeeps3timeswhileyouareonanactivecallorwhen is
pressed,thehandsetistoofarawayfromthebasetooperate.
NOTE:Anactivecallisdisconnectedifthehandsetisoutofrange
formore than 5 seconds.Move the handset closerto the base to
make a new call.
Troubleshooting
Problem
The charge indicatorlight does not come on when the handset is placed in the base.
Solution
• Make sureAC adapteris plugged into the base and wall outlet.
• Make sure the handset is placed securely in the base.
• Make surethe charging contacts on the handset andbase areclean.
Problem
Theaudio sounds weak orscratchy.
Solution
• Move the handset or base to a different location.
• Avoid locating the handset or base nearmetal objects orappliances.

• Disconnect theAC adapter fora few minutes, and then reconnect.
• Place the handset back on the charging cradle fora few seconds.
Problem
The handset does not ring orreceive a page.
Solution
• Thebatterypackmayneedtobechargedfor4to6hours.
• Move the handset closer to the base.
• Move the base away from appliances ormetal objects.
• Place the handset on the base fora few seconds.
Problem
A call is disconnected when the handset is out of the base.
Solution
• Check to see if the handset light is flashing, indicating the battery needs to be
charged.
• Make sure the RJ45 connectoris plugged into the base.
• Make sure theAC adapter is plugged into the wall outlet.
• Move closer to the base.
• Charge the battery by placing the handset in the base.

Thislimited,non-transferablewarrantyis providedto the originalpurchaser. Theproductiswarranted tobe freefrom defectsin materials
andworkmanship undernormalinstallation,use,andserviceforperiodofone (1) yearfromthedate of purchaseas shown on the
purchaser’s receipt.
Ourobligationunderthiswarranty islimitedto repairorreplacement(at ouroption)of the productorany part(s) which are defective provided
that the product is returned to the original place of purchase oran authorized service location during the warranty period. A copy of the
purchasereceiptmustaccompanyproductsreturned.In the absence of apurchasereceipt,thewarranty period shallbe one (1) yearfrom
thedate ofmanufacture. Repairorreplacementof the product isyoursole and exclusive remedy.
