INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing Sienna for your household cleaning needs. As a leader in UV cleaning
and sanitizing solutions, we are focused on designing personal appliances that kill germs and
bacteria pathogens, without the use of harsh chemicals. For decades, UV light has been used in
professional environments like hospitals, dental oces, labs, and restaurant kitchens to sanize
and eliminate germs and bacteria. Sienna now brings you the same technology used by these
professionals, in an aordable, easy to use, aracve home appliance.
LUX
The Sienna Lux uses the power of UV light to sanize everyday household items, without harsh
chemicals. The items we use and handle throughout the day are full of harmful germs and
bacteria that can make you and your family sick. Place a variety of household items inside the
sanizer such as keys, remote controls, paciers, watches, jewelry, cell phones, utensils, small
toys, ear buds and much more. The large compartment of the Lux oers the exibility to sanize
mulple items at the same me, in addion to accommodang larger sized items. The UV light
kills 99.9% of germs, bacteria, and viruses in only 30 minutes with an environmentally friendly
process. Unlike other cleaning methods, UV light can reach across enre surface areas and inside
crevices.

SAFETY GUIDELINES
The Sienna Lux (SUC-1708) is for indoor domestic use only. Any commercial use will void
warranty. It is designed for sanizing a variety of household and personal items.
WARNING: Be sure to read and follow all safety instrucons before using your
UV sanitizer. Proper care and maintenance will help expand the life of your UV
personal sanizer.
When using an electrical appliance, basic precauons should always be followed. To reduce the
risk of re, electric shock, or injury:
• Carefully read all instrucons prior to use.
• Be sure to unplug the electrical cord when appliance is not in use.
• Children should be supervised at all mes and cauoned that the sanizer is not a toy and
should not be played with.
• Do not immerse the sanizer in water or other liquids.
• Do not pull power cord to disconnect appliance from outlet or use cord as a handle.
• Do not use if cord or plug is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid
hazard.
• Do not use extension cords or outlets with inadequate current carrying capacity.
• Be sure to keep cord away from heat, water and sharp edges.
• Do not disassemble unit or aempt to make any repairs yourself. Incorrect assembly or
repair could result in a risk of re, electric shock, or injury to persons when operang.
• Do not use appliance for other than the intended use. This appliance is for domesc use
only. Any commercial use will void warranty. The manufacturer declines all responsibility
for any damage caused by improper, incorrect or irresponsible use.

ASSEMBLY AND USE
1) Set the UV sanizer on a at, level surface.
2) Plug in the unit. A solid light will indicate standby mode. The sanizer is now ready to use.
3) Press the “cover release buon” (B) to open the UV sanizer.
4) Put the cleaned item(s) inside of the UV chamber and close the cover.
5) Press the “ON/OFF” buon (A) once to power on the unit. The “ON/OFF” buon (A) will
ash to indicate sanizaon cycle is in use. The UV light will operate for a 30 minute cycle
and then automacally shut o.
6) When nished sanizing, press the release buon to remove your sanized item(s) from
the UV chamber.
7) Close the cover aer removing your items. The solid light will stay on to indicate standby mode.
NOTE: You can shut o the unit before 30 minutes by pressing the release buon a
second me.

NOTE: In order to kill 99.9% of all bacteria such as E. coli, Staphylococcus and
Salmonella, 30 minutes is required for full sanizaon.
Improper Use Proper Use
NOTE: Do not stack items on top of each other. Every item must have unobstructed
access to UV light.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION: Prior to cleaning your UV sanizer, isolate the unit by removing the
cord from the power outlet. Avoid immersing the unit in water.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is UV light?
The three types of light that reach the earth from the sun are Ultraviolet, visible, and infrared
radiaon. It is the ultraviolet, or UV, radiaon that makes us feel warm when we are out in the
sun.
Are there dierent kinds of UV light?
UV-A rays are the rays that cause tanning and premature skin aging. UV-B rays are the rays that
cause sunburns. UV-C rays are the rays that kill germs. UV-C light is used in many hospitals,
laboratories and dental oces to eliminate germs and bacteria.
Is UV-C dangerous to use?
When handled properly, UV-C is completely safe. You should never allow the UV-C light to shine
in your eyes or on your skin. Although the Sienna Lux has a built in safety feature that shuts the
UV light o when you open the device, please keep the sanizer out of reach of children.
How does UV-C work?
UV-C alters the DNA of germs, viruses, mold, and bacteria so that they are not able to reproduce.
With just one 30 minute cycle, the UV light will kill 99.9% of these pathogens.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Soluon
UV sanizer not turning on • Ensure power cord is plugged into 120V AC power outlet only.
• Unplug the unit from the power outlet for 5 minutes then
plug it back in.
• Try operang UV sanizer from another power outlet.
• If unit is sll not working, call customer service 1-888-574-3662.
UV sanitizer beeps for 30
seconds
• Indicates UV light error. Unplug the unit and call customer
service 1-888-574-3662. Never aempt to replace the UV
light by yourself.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Our Sienna product warranty extends only to the original customer purchaser of the product. It
is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from all defects in materials or workmanship for a
period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is subject to the following
condions, exclusions and excepons.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts and does not apply to any product
that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes. This warranty does not cover
damage cause by misuse, abuse or negligent handling or damage due to mishandling in transit
or shipping. This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by or resulng from repairs,
service or alteraons to the product or any of its parts, which have been performed by a repair
person not authorized by the manufacturer. This warranty is effective only if the product is
purchased and operated in the USA, and does not extend to any units which have been used in
violaon of wrien instrucons furnished by the manufacturer, or to units which have had the
serial number removed, altered, defaced or rendered illegible.
Performance:
During the limited warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its opon, repair or replace free
of charge a defecve product or part that is covered by this warranty. As a maer of warranty
policy, the manufacturer will not refund the purchase price. A repaired or replacement product
will be covered by this warranty for the balance of the inial one year warranty period.

Customer Service will give you further instrucons for returning a defecve product for repair
or replacement. When returning a defecve product, carefully pack the item to avoid damage
in shipping, the manufacturer cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during incoming
shipment. We recommend that you insure the package, as damage in shipping including the
shipping cost is not covered under our warranty. Be sure to include the following items with your
product: any accessories related to the product, a completed warranty form, and a copy of your

sales receipt or other proof of purchase to determine warranty status. C.O.D. shipments cannot
be accepted.
Limitations of Remedies: No representative or person is authorized to assume for the
manufacturer any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. This limited
warranty is not transferable and any sale, transfer or other disposion of the product voids this
limited warranty. There shall be no claims for defects or failure of performance or product failure
under any theory of tort, contract or commercial law including, but not limited to, negligence,
gross negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitaons
on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitaons may not apply to you.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER UNDER THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES YOU MAY INCUR
IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE PRIOR TO USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR ANY BREACH

Correct Disposal of this Product
This marking indicates that this product should not be
disposed with other household wastes throughout the US. To
prevent possible harm to the environment or human health
from uncontrolled waste disposal, we recommend recycling
it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material
resources. To dispose of your used device, please contact your
local city for proper disposal locations.
