Acnego5 User Manual
Prior to using this device, please read this manual carefully and
keep it in a safe place for future reference.
Safety Caution
•Before use, please read this manual carefully.
•Please follow the instructions and steps strictly and faithfully.
•In case of abnormal situation, please stop using immediately.
•To indicate the magnitude and urgency of the damage, the
situations that may occur due to improper use are divided into
"Warning" and "Caution" in this manual.
Do not use if the following conditions exist. Or consult the
dermatologist in advance.

•Have undergone plastic surgery
•Mouth, genitals or other mucosal parts
•Skin fester
•Photosensitive skin
Please notice
•Eye area can receive light therapy. The eyes should be closed
during therapy. Do not look directly at the LED light source.
•Keep out of reach of children.
•Stop using and consult the dermatologist if you feel discomfort
during therapy.
•Do not use this device for any purpose than that stated in the
manual, otherwise it may cause physical injury or product failure.
•This device is for personal use, not for commercial or long
continuous use.

Thank you for choosing SIGMA Acnego 5 series LED light
therapy device!
This device outputs high intensity blue and red light. Blue
light therapy can effectively kill the propionibacterium acnes
while red light therapy can reduce the inflammation and repair
the skin. Fair use of two light sources can quickly remove acne
and lighten acne marks. It is suitable for users with moderate and
severe acne.
Three light therapy modes: red light therapy mode, blue
light therapy mode, and red+blue light therapy mode. Users can
choose red+blue light therapy to shorten treatment duration.

Battery and Charging
•When the battery is charging, power indicator is yellow. Power
indicator turns white when it is fully charged.
•Please charge the device in time when power indicator is yellow
for low battery or lack of use.
•Lithium battery capacity: 800mAh; Charging time: about 1.5
hours.
Preparations before Therapy
Before use,
•Please check the battery. When power indicator is yellow that
means low battery, please charge in time.
•Clean and wash away the makeup on the skin.
Operation
1.Turn on
•Long press function key to turn on the
device. By default red indicator is on in
standby mode.
2.Choose light therapy mode
In standby mode, press function key to switch
light therapy mode, along with the change of
corresponding indicators.
•red indicator: red light therapy;
•blue indicator: blue light therapy;
•red+blue indicator: red+blue light therapy.
Treatment
•After choosing light therapy mode, press
start/stop key to start the treatment.
•Each treatment lasts 2 min and
automatically ends in standby mode.
•Press start/stop key to stop the treatment.
Turn off
•In standby mode, long press function key to
turn off the device.
Warm prompt:
•For safety, function key is locked during therapy, which is not
malfunction.
•Due to power-saving design, the device will turn off when no
operation for 1 min.
Improper use may cause personal injury.
Improper use may cause equipment damage or
property damage.

How to Choose Light Therapy Mode
Please choose light therapy mode according to the skin
condition:
•For severe acne, use “blue light therapy” for 1-2 weeks. When
the inflammation is reduced, use “red light therapy”;
•For mild acne, choose “red+blue light therapy”.
After Treatment
Skin care:
•Apply moisturizer on the skin after treatment to relieve the dry,
itch.
Product care：
•The device can be cleaned by a dry soft cloth. If necessary, wipe
with a soft cloth dampened with water or a neutral detergent.
Product Maintenance
•Clean the device before long-time storage;
•Charge for 1 hour every three months if lack of use;
•Avoid high temperature, high humidity;
•Put the device on the stable place, without exposure to direct
sunlight;
•Keep out of reach of children;
Battery Replacement
•After 500 frequencies of charges, the battery’s performance will
be reduced. Please replace the battery.
•The battery is the core component. Users are not recommended
to replace it by themselves. Please send the device back to
SIGMA for battery replacement service.
Product Disposal
The device has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. When
disposing of the product, the lithium battery needs to be taken
out first and disposed according to local government regulations.
Steps for removing the battery:
1. Use tools to take off the upper panel;
2. Cut the lithium battery cable and remove the battery.
Note: Power off before removing the lithium battery.
Troubleshooting
Please contact after-sales team if there occurs any trouble which
is not listed in the below form.
Warm prompt: Please check the condition of the device before
use if it is not worked for a long time.
After-sales Service
1.This device have been carefully inspected before delivery. If
during the operation, the device do not work, please inspect it
with the methods mentioned in “Troubleshooting”. If it still fails to
work or there is any other question, please contact after-sales
team. Contact information is printed on the back cover.
2.We provides one-year warranty service from the date of
delivery. However, the warranty does not cover following causes
or parts:
1) Unauthorized disassembly or modification resulting in failure;
2) Operating environment does not comply with regulations;
3) Violation operations exist;
4) Mechanical damages caused by external forces;
5) Battery and other consumables.
3. After the warranty expires, our Company continues to provide
fee-based maintenance services.

5.Storage and transportation
1) Storage conditions: temperature: -30 ℃ ~+55 ℃ ; relative
humidity: ≤ 95%, no condensed water, no corrosive gas, and
good ventilation.
2) This device can be transported by all means of
transportation.Tied firmly during transportation to prevent
impact, and follow the storage and transportation signs on the
box, pay attention to the direction, stacking limit, and prevent
rain and snow.
