Glazing | Vivid Sky
Frame is designed with a 5.0 base curve, however other base curves will work
Lenses with base curves flatter than 5.0 should have V-bevel cut to match 5.0 base
curve
Recommended lenses are High Index 1.6, 1.67, Polycarbonate and Trivex

Cold glazing only! Do not heat front to
aid in lens insertion or removal!

1. Partially pull the top frame rim up
2. Push the lens forward out of the rim

Lens Insertion | Vivid Sky
1. Insert lens from the rear, starting with nasal corner
2. Continue inserting the lens along top to temporal corner
3. Continue around the lens circumference until the lens snaps into place.

1. Open the temple fully
2. Support hinge area as shown above and bend at hinge to desired angle
3. Do not change inclination more then +/- 5 degrees

Open the temple and push it outside with your thumb and index finger

1. Close the temple fully and grab
temple with fingers
2. Pull off the temple off hinge
in direction of red arrow

above, align temple with hinge

2. Press the temple onto hinge in
direction of red arrow

Adjust nosepads with the narrower slot (circled) on the Blue Multi-Tool in the desired
direction

1. Adjust temple ear bend in large radius to avoid kinking the temple cover
2. Do not apply pressure to the temple tip when adjusting.

Teflon Lubricant | Vivid Sky
After cleaning the frame in an ultrasonic bath
relubricate the hinge with Silhouette Teflon lubricant.

Additional Information | Vivid Sky
Cleaning in an ultrasonic bath or with ethanol/ spirit is possible.
Avoid high temperatures such as the dashboard in the car or the
sauna.
Always use the supplied case for storage.
