2. Intended purpose
This is a communication technology device. The True Wireless
Bluetooth in-ear earphones can be used as Bluetooth earphones
or a Bluetooth headset.
The device is designed for private use. This device must not be
used for commercial purposes.
Do not make any changes or carry out any repairs. The manu-
facturer is not liable for damage or malfunctions caused by im-
proper repairs or modifications. This is the sole responsibility of
the user.
Symbols on the device
This symbol means that the contents of the user instruc-
tions must be observed.
Notes on trademarks
The Bluetooth®word mark and the Bluetooth logo (®) are regis-
tered trademarks of the Bluetooth SIG Inc. (Special Interest

user instructions:
DANGER! This symbol, in combination with the word
“Danger”, indicates a high risk. Disregarding this warn-

this warning may result in injuries or serious damage to

Instructions for safe operation

This device contains batteries that can-
not be replaced.
DANGER due to small parts which might be swal-
lowed!
~The earpads are small parts that might be swallowed. Keep
away from children under 36 months of age.
DANGER to children and people with
disabilities!
~Packing materials are not children's toys. Children must not
play with the packing materials. There is a risk of suf-
focation.
~This device can be used by children from the age of 8 and
people with restricted physical, sensory or intellectual abili-
ties or a lack of experience or knowledge if they are super-
vised or have been instructed in how to use this device

Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and main-
tenance by the user must not be performed by children
without supervision.
~Keep the device out of the reach of children.
DANGER to and from pets and livestock!
~Electrical devices can represent a danger to pets and live-
stock. In addition, animals can also cause damage to the
device. For this reason you should keep animals away from
electrical devices at all times.
DANGER of accidents due to impaired
perception!
~Surrounding noises may sound different than usual. Never
use the earphones during activities during which you need
to pay full attention to your surroundings, especially
when operating machinery or vehicles in road
traffic. (This also applies to bicycles.) You must also
comply with the legal provisions and regulations of the
country in which you are using the device.
DANGER from batteries!
Both the charging box and the earphones contain permanently
installed lithium polymer batteries. Please observe the following
safety information for these components.
~The batteries may only be charged with the original acces-
sory:
- Charge the charging box with the USB charger cable.
- Charge the earphones in the charging box.
~The charging box must not be covered during charging.
~The devices must not be thrown into the fire! There is a
DANGER OF EXPLOSION!
~Protect the batteries against mechanical damage. There is
a FIRE HAZARD!

~The earphones and the charging box each contain a lithi-
um polymer battery:
- The devices must not be opened!
- The batteries cannot be removed!
- Dispose of the devices as a whole!
~Do not expose the charging box and earphones to direct
sunlight or heat. The ambient temperature should not be
lower than 10 °C or higher than 40 °C. Please remember
that in a car the storage temperature may significantly ex-
ceed 40 °C.
WARNING! Risk of hearing damage!
~Set a low volume on the audio device before using the ear-
phones.
~Avoid excessive volumes, particularly over extended peri-
ods or in the case of frequent use. Excessive volume can re-
sult in permanent hearing damage. To avoid hearing
damage, always adjust the volume to a comfortable level.
WARNING - Radio interference!
~Switch off the device in aircraft, hospitals, technical rooms
or near medical electronic systems.
~Radio waves might restrict the correct functioning of sensi-
tive electrical devices. A minimum distance of 20 cm must
be maintained between the product and heart pacemakers
or implantable cardioverter defibrillators, as the electro-
magnetic radiation could restrict the correct functioning of
heart pacemakers.
~Radio waves could cause hearing aids to malfunction.
WARNING! Risk of material damage!
~If you notice any irregularities (e.g. unusual noises, strange
smells or the development of smoke), turn the device off im-

mediately and remove the USB charger cable. Do not use
the device any longer.

If the device is moved from a cold location to a warm loca-
tion, condensate may form in the device. Leave the device
switched off for a few hours (at least approx. 2 hours).
~Protect the device against damage, e.g. from:
- drips and water splashes
- heat, direct sunlight and open flames
- knocks and similar violent effects
~Candles and other open flames must be kept away from
this product at all times in order to prevent the spread of
fire.
~Protect connected cables against damage, e.g. from:
-sharpedges
- hot places
- clamping or crushing
~
The devices may only be used in a dry environment!
~Do not use any astringent or abrasive cleaning agents.
~In order to avoid any hazards, do not make modifications
to the device. Repairs must be carried out by a specialist
workshop or the Service Centre.

parts are present.
• Remove all packing material.
• Check that the device is undamaged.
If the delivery is incomplete or defective, please contact the re-
sponsible service centre of the manufacturer.

5. Earpads
•
Figure A + B:
the items supplied include 3 pairs of ear-
pads7, one of which is pre-installed. These can be easily
attached to the earphones1/6and removed again.
• Replace the earpads with a different size if necessary.
Make sure that the earpads are securely fitted to the ear-
phones.
6. Charging
Charge both the earphones1/6and the charging box12 com-
pletely before using them for the first time.
WARNING! Risk of material damage!
~The device may only be used in a dry environment!
NOTES:
• The earphones1/6and charging box12 must be
charged up for at least 3 hours during the first charging
process. After that, the charging time is reduced to approx.
1.5 – 2 hours for the charging box and approx. 1.5 hours
for the earphones.
• When the batteries in the earphones are fully charged, you
can listen to music for up to 3 hours. The running time
depends on the volume that has been set, for example.
• Shortly before the battery of an earphone1/6is dis-
charged, its LED3/4flashes red at long intervals. In addi-
tion, you will hear an acoustic signal every minute. The
earphone is then automatically switched off.

of 4 LEDs. Each symbolises approx. a quarter of the battery
capacity:
4. After the charging process, disconnect the charging
box12 from the USB charger cable16. The battery
capacity is displayed for a short time after the lid9of the
charging box is opened.

7. Operation
7.1 Switching the earphones on and off
Switching on
• Remove both earphones1/6from the charging box12.
These are switched on automatically.
• In order to switch the earphones1/6back on after they
have been switched off outside the charging box12, press
and hold the multifunction buttons2/5for approx.
5 seconds in each case until an acoustic signal is heard.
Switching off
NOTE: the earphones1/6switch off automatically ...
… after 5 minutes without any connection to an audio device.
… if the battery is too weak.
• In order to switch off the earphones1/6, remove them
from your ears and place them in the charging box12.
This automatically switches the earphones off and charges
them up.

7.2 Connecting the earphones to the audio
device
The two earphones1/6are connected to each other and to the
audio device via Bluetooth. TWS (True Wireless Stereo) enables
stereo playback without a cable connection.
NOTES:
• In order for the TWS connection to be established between
the two earphones, the left earphone1must not be already
connected to the audio device (or another Bluetooth device
nearby) beforehand.
• If you encounter problems establishing the connection, pro-
ceed as described in the section “No connection to the
audio device” on page 14.
• The connection to the audio device is established with the
right earphone6.
• Please note that the establishment of the connection may
vary slightly depending on the device and the software
used.
1. Remove the earphones1/6from the charging box12.
These are automatically switched on and connected to
each other via TWS. Then the LED4of the right earphone
starts flashing red/white while the connection to the audio
device is being established. The earphone now transmits
the identification. The LED of the left earphone flashes
white.
2. Place the left earphone1in your left ear, the right ear-
phone6 in your right ear.
3. If necessary, start the Bluetooth connection on the audio
device (e.g. smartphone, MP3 player). The audio device
should now receive the device identifier STWSK 3 A1.

4. Establish the connection to the earphones on the audio
device. If you are asked for a password, enter “0000”.
When the devices are connected, the LED4on the right
earphone flashes white and an acoustic signal is heard.
5. Start the playback of a music track on the audio device.
The sound is reproduced via the1/6earphones.
NOTES:
• If you want to connect the earphones to a computer, set the
sound input in the operating system if necessary to use the
microphones of the earphones for chat programmes, for
example.
• If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted, the right ear-
phone6tries to re-establish it automatically.

- When the connection is restored, the LEDs

earphones flash white. If necessary, the playback will
have to be re-started.
- Repeat the connection procedure described above if the
automatic Bluetooth connection fails.
7.3 No connection to the audio device
If a connection to an audio device cannot be established or one of
the earphones

remains silent, carry out the following steps:
1. Delete all STWSK 3 A1 entries in the device list on the
audio device and switch off the Bluetooth function on the
audio device.

5 seconds each until an acoustic signal is heard.
3. For both earphones1/6, press the multifunction but-
tons2/5simultaneously for approx. 10 seconds. The
LEDs3/4flash several times. Now any stored connections
are deleted from both earphones.

7.4 Disconnect/interrupt a Bluetooth connec-
tion
• If you place the earphones1/6in the charging box12 or
switch them off, the connection to the audio device is tem-
porarily interrupted.
• In order to permanently disconnect the Bluetooth system
from the audio device, delete all STWSK 3 A1 entries in
the device list on the player.
7.5 Using a single earphone
You can also use each earphone separately.
1. Take the desired earphone1/6out of the charging
box12 and leave the other one in the charging box in
order to prevent the two earphones from pairing.
2. Wait until the LED3or4of the earphone flashes red/
white. Place the earphone1or6in your ear.
3. Start the Bluetooth connection on the audio device (e.g.
smartphone, MP3 player). The audio device should now
receive the device identifier STWSK 3 A1.
4. Establish the connection to the earphone on the audio device.
5. Now start the playback of a music track on the audio
device. The sound is reproduced via the earphone1/6.
NOTES:
• If you use only one earphone1/6, some functions are not
available during operation. These can then only be con-
trolled via the audio device.
• If you want to use both earphones on different audio
devices, switch off the other earphone while pairing with
the audio device, as otherwise both earphones will pair
with each other again.

7.6 Operation of the earphones
WARNING! Risk of hearing damage!
~If the listening volume is too loud, this can cause hearing
damage! In order to prevent possible damage or loss of
hearing, avoid listening at high volume levels for long peri-
ods of time.
NOTE: operation may vary depending on the device type, soft-
ware version and app.
Controlling the volume
• Operate the earphones1/6at the normal listening volume
and turn down the volume on the audio device before
using the earphones.
• You can only control the volume on the audio device.
Controlling playback
You can control the following playback functions with the multi-
function buttons2/5on the earphones1/6:

8. Functions on the mobile telephone
If you have connected the earphones1/6to a mobile tele-
phone, you can also receive telephone calls.
NOTES:
• For some mobile telephones you have to choose Bluetooth
as the audio source when accepting a call.
• Music playback is automatically paused when a call is
received. Playback resumes after the call ends.
• Not all functions are supported by all mobile telephones.

9. Cleaning and storage
NOTE: disconnect all cable connections.
• Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Solvents, spirits,
thinners etc. must not be used, as they can damage the sur-
face of the device.
• When you are not using the device, store it in a place
where neither high temperatures nor moisture can affect it.
• Store the earphones1/6in the charging box12.
• Charge the batteries of the charging box

and the ear-
phones

before putting them into storage unused for a
longer period of time. Please note that if the device is stored
for too long, this may reduce the battery capacity. Avoid a
deep discharge of the battery.
Cleaning the earpads
1. Pull the earpads7off the earphones1/6.
2. Clean the earpads under running water.
3. Allow the earpads to dry completely before putting them
on the earphones1/6.
