重要安全指示
謝謝閣下選購 SIMPA 的產品。以下指示對氣體爐具的安全操作十分重要,請詳細閱讀。如有查詢和服務

安裝
1. 使用認可印有機電工程署批准標記 (例如: 機電工程署批准 EMSD APPROVAL GTXXXX) 的氣體接駁喉
管連接爐具或使用機電工程署接納的其他恰當方法。
2. 必須安裝穩壓器(MDG Elitre, 型號: EL-125),並確定壓力設定為 1.0 千帕。
3. 當在灶櫃面安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時,檢查面板進風口沒有阻塞,以確保煮食爐在使用時操作正常。
4. 爐具必須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
使用
1. 當懷疑洩漏氣體時,將窗戶打開,以及關閉煤氣錶閥。切勿操作任何電器或電掣開關。切勿在現場使
用任何電話。在現場以外,致電煤氣公司緊急事故熱線,電話 2880 6999 。
2. 請參照說明書內指引正確使用爐具。
3. 除了煮食外,切勿使用氣體煮食爐作其他用途,例如烘乾衣物。
4. 此爐具只適合作家居用途。
5. 切勿在爐頭加上錫紙碟,這會引致燃燒問題。
6. 使用氣體煮食爐前,開啟窗戶和排氣系統。
7. 切勿讓氣體煮食爐在無人看管下運作。
8. 燒開水或煮湯時,注入的水量連湯料不可超過器皿容量3分之2,溢出液體會影響燃燒和損壞氣體煮食
爐。
9. 注意爐面、爐頭、爐架的高溫。
10. 不應使用直徑大過280毫米的平底鍋,否則可能導致旋鈕過熱。使用細小器皿時,將火力調低,避免
火焰超出器皿底部 。
11. 面板是固定的,切勿移動。
12. 當爐具熱時,請勿清洗面板。
13. 確保器皿穩定地放在爐架上,如器皿容易滑動,必須緊握它。
14. 在一個爐架上,切勿放超過10公斤的重量。
15. 爐架很重的!切勿掉下。
16. 使用後爐架會很熱。冷卻後方可清潔。
17. 確保爐頭沒有變形及火焰平均,如有異常,聯絡煤氣公司更換零件。
18. 點燃爐頭前,請確保爐頭蓋、爐頭身和爐架擺放正確,沒有傾斜。
19. 確保爐頭火孔沒有被水或污漬堵塞。
20. 廠方已調校了風位,不可嘗試自行調節。
21. 不可讓兒童使用爐具。
22. 用小火時,在打開或關上爐具下方的櫥櫃門時,請放輕動作,以免氣流弄熄火焰。

重要安全指示
23. 請勿按下點火旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於10 秒後仍未燃點, 等待最少1分鐘後,可再試燃點。
24. 烹調時,請盡量蓋上器皿蓋子。而器皿的手柄亦應轉向適當位置,避免受熱或碰撞。
25. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。
26. 使用後,應將所有控制裝置設於「關閉」位置。
27. 使用煮食爐時必須注意以下事項:
經常清潔爐頭以保持火孔暢通,如滾瀉食物及汁液,應在爐具冷卻後儘快清潔爐頭。
如煮食爐發出不尋常聲音,應即停用並通知煤氣公司進行檢查。
切勿使用過大的器皿煮食。
切勿以硬物撞擊或將重物放置於面板。
切勿放置煮食器皿在面板上。
保養
1. 讓氣體煮食爐完全冷卻後,才可進行清潔。
2. 清洗爐頭後,用乾布將爐頭蓋和爐頭身完全抹乾,火孔不可留有水份,以免影響燃燒。
3. 不可接觸煮食爐內部,進行清潔時,應穿上保護手套,防止割傷。
4. 定期檢查氣體軟喉狀況,確保沒有紐結或裂縫,若發現軟喉有損壞,聯絡煤氣公司更換喉管。
5. 使用前和使用後,注意爐頭的狀況和清潔。以下不正常狀況會產生燃燒不良,進而引致部件和面板損
壞,確保採取相應措施,糾正有關問題。
不正常情況 處理措施
爐頭變形 聯繫煤氣公司更換零件。
爐頭傾斜
待爐頭冷卻後,重新放好爐頭蓋和爐頭身,確
保不可傾斜。
爐頭火孔被水堵塞 用布將爐頭蓋和爐頭身抹乾,然後重新放好。
爐頭火孔被污積或溢出物堵塞 用暖水和洗潔精清洗爐頭蓋和爐頭身,將它抹
乾才放回正確位置。

安裝前
拆除包裝及從包裝取出配件時,應小心處理,並檢查氣體煮食爐及配件有否損壞。如發現問題,請
勿安裝或使用爐具及與煤氣公司聯絡。
請將所有包裝物料及部件 (包括發泡膠、膠袋、紙板及固定釘等) 放置於兒童不能觸及的地方,以免
造成危險。
不應將易燃物料、噴霧及壓縮容器放置在灶櫃內。
煮食爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
煮食爐須放置在穩固及平的櫃面上,請依照(圖一)所示的開孔尺寸及位置。
煮食爐應與周圍可燃燒物料距離 150 毫米以上。
若在嵌入式氣體煮食爐下安裝其它器具(例如 : 洗碗碟機、洗衣機), 請保留最少 10 毫米的距離。
若其它器具的安裝指引要求不同的間距,應採用較大者。
安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時,下方如設有會產生氣流的爐具或設備(例如 : 焗爐、乾衣機),必須加
裝隔層板並以矽膠密封所有縫隙,避免氣流影響煮食爐運作。
煮食爐須與抽油煙機保留最少 650 毫米的距離 。

將爐架安放於面板上
使用前,確保以下配件已擺放正確!
爐頭放置
爐頭由內環火爐頭蓋、外環爐頭蓋及爐頭身組成。
將爐頭身放置在爐頭座上,點火電極和熄火安全感應頭,
對準爐頭身的定位槽。
將外環爐頭蓋和內環火爐頭蓋放置在爐頭身上,放置時請
勿傾斜。
外環爐頭蓋的定位針的對準爐頭身的定位槽。
若爐頭蓋未擺放正確,會導致無法點火
這會導致火焰不完全燃燒、一氧化碳中毒和爐頭變
形。
火焰會進入爐具內,導致損毀。
如爐架擺放錯誤,鍋子會不穩,造成危險。
不要在爐頭蓋錯誤放置的情況下使用爐具。

操作指示
每個控制旋鈕旁都印有火力圖案。
關火
將旋鈕轉回至“ OFF”位置熄火,爐火便會熄滅。
點火
按下控制旋鈕,以逆時針方向轉動旋鈕至點火位置 ,電極會發
出火花點燃爐頭。放開旋鈕後,確定火焰維持,否則重新點火。
注意︰請勿按下火力控制旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於按下10 秒後仍未燃點, 等待最少1分鐘後,才可再
次燃點。

保養
進行任何清潔工作時,必須將爐具切斷閥門關閉,並須待爐具及所有配件冷卻後才可進行。
清潔氣體煮食爐
定期以沾有中性洗滌劑和溫水的半濕海綿、抹布等清潔爐頭及爐架,並用乾布拭乾。
煮食時滾瀉的食物或液體必須以妥善清潔。
不應接觸氣體煮食爐內部,進行清潔時,應穿上保護手套,避免割傷。
經常檢查氣體軟喉,如發現有裂紋,請盡快致電煤氣公司為閣下更換。
清潔爐頭
當爐頭蓋噴孔被污物阻塞時,將爐頭蓋取出,以中性洗滌劑和溫水清理,抹乾後正確放回爐頭身上。
使用非金屬刷子及溫和清潔劑清理爐頭蓋。
不可使用漂白劑、强鹼性或强酸性清潔劑,這會損壞爐頭蓋保護塗層。
清洗完畢後,用乾布將爐頭蓋及爐頭身完全抹乾,火孔不可留有水份,以免影響燃燒。
將爐頭蓋正確地放回原位,並確保不可傾側。
注意爐頭狀況,確保沒有變形或傾斜,火孔不可被堵塞。
清潔面板
切勿使用利器或磨砂墊清理面板,以免刮花表面。
用軟布及中性清潔劑抹面板。
使用乳化清潔劑清除頑固污穢。
清潔搪瓷及金屬配件
定期以中性洗滌劑和溫水清潔配件,以保護其表面塗層。
切勿使用磨砂墊,以免刮花配件表面。
請勿殘留任何酸性或鹼性物質於配件上 (如醋、檸檬汁及鹽等)。

故障處理方法
有些故障是可以由使用者處理,但如採取以下補救措施後仍無效,請致電煤氣公司客戶服務熱線 2880 6988
故障 原因 處理方法
1. 沒有點火 點火電極濕了。 以乾布抹乾點火電極。
點火電極有污穢。 清理點火電極。
電池已耗盡。 更換電池。
電池電極擺放錯誤。 重新放好電池。
2. 沒有爐火 未全開啟氣體供應閥及/或爐具切
斷閥。
全開啟氣體供應閥及/或爐具切斷閥。
錫紙阻塞爐頭。 拿去錫紙。
點火電極有污穢。 清理點火電極。
3. 不能保持爐火 點火時未按盡控制旋鈕。 按盡控制旋鈕及反時針方向旋
轉至最大火力位置。
4. 使用中熄火 小爐火時被風吹熄。 等待1分鐘,重新點火。
5. 黃火 爐頭有污穢。 以濕布清潔爐頭蓋和爐頭身,將它抹乾
及放回正確位置。
6. 火焰不穩定 爐頭變形。 聯絡煤氣公司更換零件。
爐頭未放好。 待爐頭冷卻後,重新放好爐頭蓋和爐頭
身。

According to the Gas Safety Ordinance of Hong Kong, any gas
installation works including the installation of appliances and
connection tubing, must be undertaken by registered gas installers
who are registered for that appropriate classes and be employed by
registered gas contractors.

Thank you for choosing SIMPA products. The following instructions are very important to safety
operation of gas cooker. Please read through them carefully. For any enquiries and service requests,
please call Towngas Customer Services Hotline 2880 6988 .
Installation
1. Use approved gas tubing bearing EMSD approval marking (such as: 機電工程署批准 EMSD
APPROVAL GTXXXX) for connection to appliance or other appropriate methods accepted by EMSD.
2. Fix the accompanied gas governor ( MDG Elitre EL-125 ). Ensure that the pressure setting is
1.0kPa.
3. When installing built-in hob on top of stove cabinet, check that the air-intake opening at top plate is
not blocked in order to ensure proper operation of the gas hob.
4. Install the built-in hob in a well-ventilated room.
Operation
1. In case of suspected gas leak, open windows and shut off gas meter valve. Do not operate any
electric appliances or switches. Do not use any phones on site. Contact Towngas Emergency
Hotline on 2880 6999 with a phone outside the premises.
2. Please use the appliance properly according to the operating instructions.
3. Do not use built-in hob for any purposes other than cooking, e.g. drying clothes.
4. This appliance is suitable for domestic use only.
5. Do not add aluminum discs to burners. This will incur combustion problem.
6. Open the windows and turn on ventilation system before operating gas hob.
7. Do not leave operating gas hob unattended.
8. Do not fill water including soup ingredients over two-thirds of utensil volume when boiling water or
soup. Spilled liquid of boiling will affect combustion and damage the gas hob.
9. Heed high temperature of top-plate, burners and pan supports.
10. Do not use flat bottom pot with diameter more than 280mm; otherwise, the knob may be overheated.
When using small utensil, reduce flame power so flame does not burn above the utensil bottom.
11. Top plate is fixed. Do not remove it.
12. Do not clean the top plate when the appliance is hot.
13. Ensure stability of utensil resting on pan support. Hold utensil firmly if it slips easily.
14. Do not put weight exceeding 10kg on each pan support.
15. Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
16. Pan support gets hot after usage. Clean after cooling down.
17. Ensure that burners are not deformed and flames are evenly distributed. Contact Towngas Company
to replace the parts if there is abnormality.
18. Before ignition, ensure the burner cap, burner body and pan support are in correct position and do
not incline.
19. Ensure that flame holes of burner are free from water and dirt.
20. Aeration is preset at manufacturing, please do not attempt to adjust it.
21. Do not allow children to use appliance.
22. When the appliance is used with low flame, slowly open and close the cabinet door under the
appliance, otherwise, flame may be extinguished by air current.
23. Do not press the knob more than 10 seconds. If the burner is not ignited after 10 seconds, wait at
least 1 minute before making a further attempt.

24. Always use pots with a cover and make sure that the handles of the pots are correctly positioned to
avoid heating and collision of handles.
25. Do not use aerosol near the appliance.
26. All control knobs should be turned to " OFF " position after operation.
27. The top plate of this gas hob is made of ceramic glass which is safer than normal glass. However,
the following safety precautions should also be noted in order to prevent the glass breakage:
Clean the burners frequently to maintain clear passage of flame holes. Clean the burner after
spillage of food and liquid once it cools down.
Turn off gas hob immediately if abnormal noise is observed contact Towngas Company for
inspection.
Do not use oversized utensils for cooking.
Dot not impact with hard objects or place heavy objects on the top plate.
Dot not place cooking utensils on the top plate.
Maintenance
1. Allow gas hob to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Dry burners completely with dry cloth after washing. Burner flame holes must be free from water lest
combustion is affected.
3. Do not touch any internal parts of the gas hob. Wear gloves to prevent cut injury when cleaning
appliance.
4. Check condition of flexible gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact
Towngas Company to replace it if damage is found.
5. Before and after use, notice the condition and cleanliness of burner heads. The following abnormal
condition will incur abnormal combustion and thus damage of components. Ensure undertaking
measures to rectify the problem accordingly.

Product Description
This appliance is designed for to meet versatile cooking needs and design in Hong Kong. It is equipped
with quick-easy electronic ignition system, rotary flame control. Powerful flame with independent inner
flame is suitable for Chinese cooking. Tempered glass top plate for cooking and easy cleaning.
It is equipped with flame failure safety device. In cases of unexpected flame off, gas is shut off
automatically to ensure safety.

Before Installation
After having removed the various loose parts from the internal and external packing, make sure
that the gas hob is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not install or use the appliance and contact
Towngas Company.
Keep all the packing parts (e.g. polystyrene foam, bags, cardboard, staples, etc.) away from
children to avoid danger.
Do not store any flammable materials, sprays or pressurized containers inside the stove cabinet.
Install the hob in a well ventilated room.
Place the hob on a stable and level bench top. Please refer to Fig1 for cut-out dimensions and
position.
The hob should have a distance of more than 150 mm away from surrounding combustible
materials.
If another appliance (e.g. dishwasher, washer, etc) is to be installed under the gas hob, keep a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the built-in hob. If the installation instruction of the
appliance underneath requires a different distance, adopt the large value.
If an air-flow generating appliance or device (such as built-in oven, clothes dryer) is to be installed
under the built-in gas hob a partition shelf must be added and sealed with silicon gel. This prevents
air-flow affecting the hob operation.
Reserve a distance of not less than 650 mm between the gas hob and range-hood.

Installation Instructions
Make sure that the following parts are fitted properly before
use:
Placement of Burner
Burner consists of inner burner cap, outer burner cap and
burner body.
Put burner body on burner base. Align flame failure
safety sensor and spark electrode with locating slots of
burner body.
Fit inner burner cap and outer burner cap into burner
body properly without inclination.
Align guide pin of outer burner cap with slot of burner
body.
Do not use appliance with burner cap
Positioned improperly
It may not be ignited if burner cap is not fixed
properly.
It may cause incomplete combustion, risk of CO
poisoning and burner deformation.
Flame may get into appliance and damage it.
Fit pan support on the top plate
It is dangerous because cooking utensil becomes

Operating Instructions
Flame icons are printed on the aside of each control knob.
Ignition
Press and rotate the control knob anti-clockwise to the maximum posi-
tion. The appliance has quick-easy ignition function. Release knob
when flame is ignited. After releasing the knob, make sure the flame
persists, otherwise repeat the operation.
WARNING: Control knob should not be pressed for more than 10 seconds. If the burner still has not
been lit after 10 seconds. Wait for at least 1 minute before making further attempt.

Flame can be adjusted between “MAX” and “MIN”. Please adjust it slowly.
Notice: When the flame is too weak, it may be blow off by wind. The safety device is actuated to stop gas flow.

Maintenance
Allow the appliance to cool down before performing any maintenance and cleaning.
Cleaning Gas Hob
Regularly use cloth moisted with neutral cleaning agent to clean the top plate and parts. Then use a
dry cloth to wipe it.
Any spilled food or liquid during cooking should be cleaned as soon as possible.
Do not touch any internal parts of the gas hob. Wear gloves to prevent cut injury when cleaning
appliance.
Check condition of flexible gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact
Towngas Company to replace it if damage is found.
Cleaning Burner
Remove burner cap for cleaning when ports of burner cap are blocked by dirt using neutral
detergent and warm water, and then place it back on burner body properly.
Use non-metallic brush and mild detergent to clean burner cap.
Do not use any bleaching agents, strong alkali detergent or cleaning powder. Otherwise, the coating
of the burner cap will be damaged.
Dry burner cap completely with dry cloth after washing. Ports of burner cap must be free from water
lest combustion is affected.
Replace burner cap properly that fixing pin of burner cap aligns with indent of burner body. Burner
cap must not be tilted.
Notice burner condition, ensure that they are not deformed or tilted. Ports of burner cap should not
be blocked.
Cleaning Top Plate
Do not use sharp tool like screwdriver and abrasive powder in order to prevent scratch to surface
and printing.
Wipe the top plate with a clean, soft, damp cloth with mild detergent.
Use cream cleanser to clean stubborn stains.
Cleaning Enameled Parts or Metallic Parts
Regularly use neutral cleaning agent and warm water to clean parts.
Do not use any abrasive powder that can scratch the surface.
Do not leave any acidic or alkaline substances on the enameled parts (such as : vinegar, lemon
juice, salt)

Trouble Shooting
Fault Cause Remedy
1. No ignition Spark electrode is wet. Dry the electrode with dry cloth.
Spark electrode has dirt. Clean the spark electrode.
Battery is consumed . Change battery.
Battery polarity is wrongly placed. Place battery correctly.
2. No flame Gas supply valve and/or appliance
isolation valve are not fully opened.
Fully open gas supply valve and/or
appliance isolation valve.
Burner is blocked by aluminum disc. Remove aluminum disc.
Spark electrode is dirty. Clean ignition electrode.
3. Flame does not persist Control knob is not fully pressed
during ignition.
Fully press and turn the gas control
knob anti-clockwise to the maximum
flame power position.
4. Flame off when using Small flame is blown off by wind. Wait for 1 minute and restart ignition.
5. Yellow flame Burner has dirt. Clean burner cap and burner body with
damp cloth. Dry and place them back
at correct position.
6. Unstable flame Burner is deformed Call Towngas Company to replace the
parts.
Incorrect placement of burner. After cooling of burner, refit burner cap
and burner body properly.
Some malfunctions can be handled by user. But if the following remedial actions are not effective,
please call Towngas Customer Service Hotline at 2880 6988 .
