重要安全指示
謝謝閣下選購簡栢的產品。以下指示對氣體爐具的安全操作十分重要，請詳細閱讀。如有查詢和服務要求，
請致電煤氣公司客戶服務熱線 2880 6988。
安裝
1. 使用認可印有機電工程署批准標記 (例如: 機電工程署批准 EMSD APPROVAL GTXXXX) 的氣體接駁喉管
連接爐具或使用機電工程署接納的其他恰當方法。
2. 必須安裝穩壓器，(林內 C002D-04000-2)，並確定壓力設定為 1.0 千帕。
3. 當在灶櫃面安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時，檢查面板進氣口沒有阻塞，以確保煮食爐在使用時操作正常。
4. 爐具必須安裝在空氣流通之房間內。
使用
1. 當懷疑洩漏氣體時，將窗戶打開，以及關閉煤氣錶閥。切勿操作任何電器或電掣開關。切勿在現場使用
任何電話。在現場以外，致電煤氣公司緊急事故熱線，電話 2880 6999 。
2. 請參照說明書內指引正確使用爐具。
3. 除了煮食外，切勿使用氣體煮食爐作其他用途，例如烘乾衣物。
4. 該爐具只供家用，切勿用於工商業用途。
5. 切勿在爐頭加上錫紙碟，這會引致燃燒問題。
6. 使用氣體煮食爐前，開啟窗戶和排氣系統。
7. 切勿讓氣體煮食爐在無人看管下運作。
8. 燒開水或煮湯時，注入的水量連湯料不可超過器皿容量3分之2，溢出液體會影響燃燒和損壞氣體煮食
爐。
9. 注意爐面、爐頭、爐架的高溫。
10. 切勿使用過大器皿；使用細小器皿時，將火力調低，避免火焰超出器皿底部 。
11. 面板是固定的，切勿移動。
12. 當爐具熱時，請勿清洗面板。
13. 確保器皿穩定地放在爐架上，如器皿容易滑動，必須緊握它。
14. 在一個爐架上，切勿放超過10公斤的重量。
15. 爐架很重的！切勿掉下。
16. 使用後爐架會很熱。冷卻後方可清潔。
17. 確保爐頭沒有變形及火焰平均，如有異常，聯絡煤氣公司更換零件。
18. 點燃爐頭前，請確保爐頭蓋、爐頭身和爐架擺放正確，沒有傾斜。
19. 確保爐頭火孔沒有被水或污漬堵塞。
20. 不可讓兒童使用爐具。
21. 用小火時，在打開或關上爐具下方的櫥櫃門時，請放輕動作，以免弄熄火苗。
22. 請勿按下點火旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於10 秒後仍未燃點，請打開房間門， 等待最少1分鐘後，可再試
燃點。

23. 烹調時，請盡量蓋上鍋具。而鍋具的手柄亦應轉向適當位置，避免受熱或碰撞。
24. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。
25. 爐具使用時及使用後會產生高溫，切勿觸摸爐內發熱元件或讓兒童走近。
26. 使用後，應將所有控制裝置設於「關閉」位置。
27. 使用煮食爐時必須注意以下事項：
 經常清潔爐頭組件以保持火蓋焰孔暢通，如滾瀉食物及汁液，應在爐頭組件冷卻後儘快作出妥善清潔。
 如煮食爐出現不尋常聲音，應即停用並安排氣體供應公司或爐具進口商檢查。
 切勿使用過大的器皿煮食。
 切勿以硬物撞擊或將重物放置於面板。
 切勿放置煮食器皿在面板上。
28. 任何因不正確使用爐具，所引致的財物損失或人物傷亡，煤氣公司概不負責。
保養
1. 讓氣體煮食爐完全冷卻後，才可進行清潔。
2. 清洗爐頭蓋及爐頭身後，用乾布完全抹乾，爐頭火孔不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
3. 避免接觸煮食爐內部，若有需要進行清潔，應穿上保護手套，防止割傷。
4. 定期檢查氣體軟喉狀況，確保沒有紐結或裂縫，若發現軟喉有損壞，聯絡煤氣公司更換喉管。
5. 使用前和使用後，注意爐頭的狀況和清潔。以下不正常狀況會產生燃燒不良，進而引致部件損壞，確保採
取相應措施，糾正有關問題。

爐頭火孔被水堵塞 用布將爐頭蓋和爐頭身抹乾，然後重新放好。
爐頭火孔被污積或溢出物堵塞 以暖水和洗潔精清洗爐頭蓋和爐頭身，將它抹乾才
放回正確位置。

這爐具是專為香港各式煮食需要而設計。電子連續點火系統，旋鈕式火力控制，火力特強，兼備獨立芯火，適
合講究鑊氣的中式烹調；爐面採用優質耐用不鏽鋼物料，密封式爐頭設計，清潔容易，美觀大方。
產品備有防漏熄火安全裝置， 如爐火意外熄滅，會自動關閉氣體，確保安全。

安裝前
 拆除包裝及從包裝取出配件時，應小心處理，並檢查氣體煮食爐及配件有否損壞。如發現問題，請
勿安裝或使用爐具及與煤氣公司聯絡。
 請將所有包裝物料及部件 (包括發泡膠、膠袋、紙板及固定釘等) 放置於兒童不能觸及的地方，以免
造成危險。
 當在灶櫃面安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時，灶櫃設施需與氣體爐具配合以確保爐具在使用時操作正常。
 不應將易燃物料、噴霧及壓縮容器放置在灶櫃內。
 爐具須安裝在空氣流通之房間內，附近不可放置易燃物品如紙張、油類等。
 爐具須放置在穩固及平的櫃面上，請依照(圖一)所示的開孔尺寸及位置。
 此爐具的安裝位置應與周圍可燃燒物料距離 150 毫米以上。
 若在嵌入式氣體煮食爐下安裝其它器具（例如 : 洗碗碟機、洗衣機）， 請保留最少 10 毫米的距離。
若其它器具的安裝指引要求不同的間距，應採用較大者。
 安裝嵌入式氣體煮食爐時，下方如設有會產生氣流的爐具或設備（例如 : 焗爐、乾衣機），必須加
裝隔層板並以矽膠密封所有縫隙，避免氣流影響氣體煮食爐運作。
 安裝於爐具上方的抽油煙機，須與爐頭保留最少 650 毫米的距離 。

電池安裝方法
 電池的壽命約為 1年。(附帶的電池為出廠時裝好的，已
經放置了一段時間，由於自然放電，使其用壽命可能會
縮短)。
 電池位於爐具底部，電池裝於此處。

安裝指示
使用前，確定以下配件已置於正確位置：
1. 將爐頭身安放於爐頭座，爐頭身的凹槽對準面板的定位針。
2. 爐頭蓋放置在爐頭身上，放置時不可傾斜和有空隙。
 若爐頭蓋及爐頭身未安裝正確，會導致無法點火。
 火焰不均和回火會導致不完全燃燒、 一氧化碳中毒或爐頭變形。
 火焰進入爐具內，會導致損毀。
3. 將爐架安放於面板上。

操作指示
每個爐頭火力大小的標誌清晰印於面板上。
熄火
將旋鈕轉回至“ ● ”位置熄火，爐火便會熄滅。
點燃氣體爐頭
按下需點燃的爐頭的旋鈕，以逆時針方向轉動旋鈕至標誌所示之最大火力位置 ，火花將點燃爐頭。若放
開控制旋鈕後，而爐火熄滅，請重複點火程序。
注意︰請勿按下點火旋鈕超過 10 秒。如爐頭於 10 秒後仍未燃點，請打開房間門， 等待最少 1分鐘後，可再試燃
點。
火力調節
注意︰將火力調得過弱時，熄火安全裝置將開啟，熄滅火苖。這屬於正常現象，並非故障。

進行任何清潔工作時，必須將爐具切斷閥關閉，並須待爐具及所有配件冷卻後才可進行。
清潔氣體煮食爐
 定期以沾有中性洗滌劑和温水的半濕海綿、抹布等清潔爐頭、爐架及爐碟，並用乾布拭乾。
 煮食時滾瀉的食物或液體必須以乾抹布清潔。
 一般情況下，不應接觸氣體煮食爐內部，若有需要進行清潔，應穿上保護手套，避免割傷。
清潔爐頭
 當爐頭蓋噴孔被污物阻塞時，將爐頭蓋取出，以中性洗滌劑和温水清理，並妥善放回爐頭身上。
 使用非金屬刷子及温和清潔劑清理爐頭蓋。
 漂白劑、強鹼性洗潔劑、去污粉等，會導致爐頭蓋表面塗層損毀，不可使用。
 清洗完畢後，用乾布將爐頭蓋完全抹乾，爐頭蓋的噴孔內，不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。
 將爐頭蓋正確地放回原位，爐頭蓋的定位針是對準爐頭身的凹位，爐頭蓋不可傾側。
 注意爐頭狀況，確保爐頭沒有變形或傾斜，爐頭火孔不可被堵塞。
清潔面板
 切勿使用利器如螺絲起子及研磨粉以防止刮花面板和印刷圖案。
 用乾淨柔軟沾有温和清潔劑的濕布抹面板。
 使用沾有液體(乳化) 清潔劑的布清除燃焦及黏著的污物。
清潔搪瓷及金屬配件
 請定期以中性洗滌劑和温水清潔配件以保其表面塗層。
切勿使用研磨粉，以免刮花配件表面。
 請勿殘留任何酸性或鹼性物質於配件上 (例如 : 醋、檸檬汁、鹽及蕃茄醬)。

故障處理方法
電池已耗盡。 更換電池。
電池擺放錯誤。 正確裝上電池。
點火電極上有污垢或沾濕。 清理及抹乾點火電極。
未開啟煤氣錶閥及／或爐具供氣閥。 完全開啟煤氣錶閥及／或爐具供氣閥。
喉管內含有空氣。 重複點火至喉管內空氣完全排出。
錫紙碟阻塞爐頭。 除去錫紙碟。
點火電極上有污垢或沾濕。 清理及抹乾點火電極。
熄火安全裝置上有污垢。 清理熄火安全裝置。
未完全按下旋鈕或旋鈕沒有轉至點燃位
置。
按下旋鈕及轉至點火位置。

installation works including the installation of appliances and
connection tubing, must be undertaken by registered gas installers
who are registered for that appropriate classes and be employed by
registered gas contractors.

Important Safety Instructions
Thank you for choosing SIMPA products. The following instructions are very important to safety
operation of gas cooker. Please read through them carefully. For any enquiries and service requests,
please call Towngas Customer Services Hotline [phone] .
Installation
1. Use approved gas tubing bearing EMSD approval marking (such as: 機電工程署批准 EMSD
APPROVAL GTXXXX) for connection to appliance, or other appropriate methods accepted by
EMSD.
2. Fix the accompanied gas governor, (Rinnai C002D-04000-2) Ensure that the pressure setting is
1.0kPa.
3. When installing built-in hob on top of stove cabinet, check that the air-intake opening at top plate is
not blocked in order to ensure proper operation of the gas hob.
4. Install the built-in hob in a well-ventilated room.
Operation
1. In case of suspected gas leak, open windows and shut off gas meter valve. Do not operate any
electric appliances or switches. Do not use any phones on site. Contact Towngas Emergency
Hotline on 2880 6999 with a phone outside the premises.
2. Please use the appliance properly according to the operating instructions.
3. Do not use built-in hob for any purposes other than cooking, e.g. drying clothes.
4. This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
5. Do not add aluminum discs to burners. This will incur combustion problem.
6. Open the windows and turn on ventilation system before operating gas hob.
7. Do not leave operating gas hob unattended.
8. Do not fill water including soup ingredients over two-thirds of utensil volume when boiling water or
soup. Spilled liquid of boiling will affect combustion and damage the gas hob.
9. Heed high temperature of top-plate, burners and pan supports.
10. Do not use utensil of excessive size. When using small utensil, reduce flame power that flame does
not escape from utensil bottom.
11. Top plate is fixed. Do not remove it.
12. Do not clean the top plate when the appliance is hot.
13. Ensure stability of utensil resting on pan support. Hold utensil firmly if it slips easily.
14. Do not put weight exceeding 10kg on each pan support.
15. Pan support is heavy. Do not drop it.
16. Pan support gets hot after usage. Clean after cooling down.
17. Ensure that burners are not deformed and flames are evenly distributed. Contact Towngas Company
to replace the parts if there is abnormality.
18. Before ignition, ensure the burner cap, burner body and pan support are in correct position and do
not incline.
19. Ensure that flame holes of burner are free from water and dirt.
20. Do not allow children to use appliance.
21. When the appliance is used with low flame, slowly open and close the cabinet door under the
appliance, otherwise, flame may extinguish.
22. Do not press the knob more than 10 seconds. If the burner is not ignited after 10 seconds, open the
door of the room and wait at least 1 minute before making a further attempt.

23. Always use pots with a cover and make sure that the handles of the pots are correctly positioned to
avoid heating and collision of handles.
24. Do not use sprays near the appliance when it is being used.
25. Cooker will generate heat during and after operations, do not touch the heating elements or allow
children approach.
26. All control knobs should be turned to " OFF " position after operation.
27. The following safety precautions for using gas hob must be noted:
 Clean the burner assembly frequently to maintain a clear gas passage on the flame distributor.
Clean and tidy up the flame distributor after spillage of food and liquid once the burner assembly
cooled down.
 Turn off the gas appliance immediately if abnormal noise propagates from the gas appliance and
contact gas supply company or gas hob importer for inspection.
 Do not use oversized utensils for cooking.
 Dot not impact with hard objects or place heavy objects on the top plate.
 Dot not place cooking utensils on the top plate.
28. Towngas Company will not be responsible for any damage to property or to persons caused by im-
proper use of the appliance.
Maintenance
1. Allow gas hob to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Dry burner caps and burner bodies completely with dry cloth after washing. Burner flame holes must
be free from water lest combustion is affected.
3. In general circumstances, it is not recommended to touch any internal parts of the gas hob. Wear
gloves to protect the hands to prevent cutting by internal sharp edges if it is required to clean the in-
terior of appliance.
4. Check condition of flexible gas hose regularly. Ensure that it is free from kink or crack. Contact
Towngas Company to replace it if damage is found.
5. Before and after use, notice the condition and cleanliness of burner heads. The following abnormal
condition will incur abnormal combustion and thus damage of components. Ensure undertaking
measures to rectify the problem accordingly.

Product Description
This appliance is designed for to meet versatile cooking needs and design in Hong Kong. Electronic
continuous ignition system, rotary flame control ,and powerful flame with independent simmer flame is
suitable for Chinese cooking. Quality durable stainless steel top plate and sealed burner design are good
for cooking and easy cleaning.
It is equipped with flame failure safety protection device. In cases of unexpected flame extinguishment,
gas is shut off automatically to ensure safety.

Before Installation
 After having removed the various loose parts from the internal and external packing, make sure
that the gas hob is not damaged. In case of doubt, do not install or use the appliance and contact
Towngas Company.
 Keep all the packing parts (e.g. polystyrene foam, bags, cardboard, staples, etc.) away from
children.
 When installing built-in gas hob on top of stove cabinet, the facilities of stove cabinet should be
matched with the gas hob to ensure proper operation of the hob.
 Do not store any flammable materials, sprays or pressurized containers inside the stove cabinet.
 Install the built-in gas hob in a well ventilated room and keep it away from any flammable objects
such as paper or oil.
 Place the built-in hob on a stable and level bench top. Please refer to (Fig1) for cut-out dimensions
and position.
 The built-in hob should be installed with a distance of more than 150mm away from surrounding
combustible materials.
 If another appliance (e.g. dishwasher, washer, etc) is to be installed under the gas hob, keep a
clearance of at least 10mm from the bottom of the built-in hob. If the installation instruction of the
appliance underneath requires a different distance, adopt the large value.
 If an air-flow generating appliance or device (such as built-in oven, clothes dryer) is to be installed
under the built-in gas hob a partition shelf must be added and sealed with silicon gel. This prevents
air-flow affecting the built-in hob operation.
 Install a range-hood at a distance of not less than 650 mm from the gas hob.

Installation of dry battery
 The service life of the dry battery is approx. 1 year. (Since
the appended dry battery was co-packed at the factory,
its service life may be shorter sue to spontaneous dis-
charging).
 The battery can be replaced from the battery box which is
located on the bottom of appliance.

Installation Instructions
Make sure that the following parts are fitted properly before use:
1. Fit burner body on burner base.
Align slot of burner body with guide pin of top plate.
2. Fit burner cap on burner body properly without gap.
 It may not be ignited if burner caps and burner bodies are positioned improperly.
 It may cause incomplete combustion, risk of carbon monoxide poisoning and burner deformation,
due to uneven flame shape and lighting back.
 Flame may get into the appliance and damage it.
3. Fit pan support on top plate.

Operating Instructions

Flame Control
Ignition of Gas Burner
Press and rotate the corresponding flame control knob anti-clockwise to the maximum position . Burner
is ignited by sparks. After releasing the knob, make sure the flame persists; otherwise repeat the
operation.
WARNING: The ignition device should not be used for more than 10 seconds. If after that period the burner still has
not been lit, do not repeat ignition immediately. Open the door of the room, wait at least 1 minute before
making a further attempt.
Flame Extinguishing
Turn the control knob backwards to the “ ●”position (OFF)
to extinguish the flame.
WARNING: When the flame is too weak, the safety device may activate and extinguish the flame. It is not an
error.
