Inspect the Package
Tools Required
1 × PPR pipe hot melt machine
Before flashing, make sure that there is a reliable drainage
system. You can also use a suitable container to hold the
waste water.

1 × PPR pipe cutter
Turn the ball valve handle in the lower part of the filter
counter-clockwise by 90 °. Then turn the knob for scraping
and washing clockwise or counter-clockwise at the lower
part of the filter 3 to 4 rounds. The internal parts of the filter
bottle can be cleaned and drained.
Depending on the water quality of different regions, please
wash the product at least once a month. Switch the drainage
ball valve for 3 times, and wash it 30 seconds each time.

This product should not be installed outdoors, and it should be kept as far as
possible away from UV, heat sources, fuel and various chemicals.
Professional installation is recommended.

1. Close the main inlet valve and drain the remaining water from the pipe.
2. Please note that the flow direction marked on the valve body is consistent with the
water flow direction in the pipeline.
3. Measure and mark the installation position. Cut the water pipe with PPR pipe cutter.
4. Weld 3/4’’ FNPT connectors to water pipes with PPR pipe hot melt machine. (Figure 2)

5. Wrap Teflon tape fully and evenly outside
the thread of tongue-shape connectors .
(Figure 3)
6. When the hexagonal nuts are tightened
with wrench, make sure that other parts
do not rotate with the hexagonal nuts.

This Whole House Spin Down Sediment Pre-filter is mainly used to intercept
contaminants such as granules, impurities, sediment, rust, floating objects and
so on. And it can also provide positive protection for the downstream pipeline,
water purifier, waterheater, wall hung gas boiler,washing machine, shower and
other terminal water equipment.

7. Connect the sewer drain connector to sewage outlet. (Figure 4)
8. After installation, observe carefully whether there is water
leakage at the joint connectors.
9. Open the main inlet valve and flush the pre-filter.
Flush the Filter Mesh
NOTE: The Filter is supplied with 1" Male NPT, 3/4"
Female NPT and 3/4" Male NPT. So it is suitable for
ANY THREADED CONNECTORS with 1" Female NPT
or 3/4" Male NPT or 3/4" Female NPT.
