Before you install your shower door, please read
these instructions carefully to familiarize yourself
with the required tools, materials, and installation
sequences. Follow the sections that pertain to your
particular installation. This will help you avoid costly
mistakes. In addition to proper installation, read all
operating and safety instructions.
All information is based on the latest product
information available at the time of publication.

These instructions contain important care, cleaning,
and warranty information-
Make sure that the bath and the finished wall
material are completely and correctly installed prior
to installing your shower door. Prepare waterproof
layer to wall and floor of the showering area. It is not
allowed for any presence of electric switches and
sockets. Make sure the floor drain runs smoothly.
Before starting the door installation, lay out and
identify all the parts. Use the exploded view
illustrated on page 3 for reference.
For the installation method of customized shower
with different dimensions, please refer to this
instructions.
Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled or
knocked by hard object. Make sure corner area
of the glass refraining from knocking so as to
cause personal injury due to broken glass.
Please install this door on Kohler
receptors or curbs (Not included). If the curb is not
Kohler-branded, please note its top width should be
more than 80mm.
The shower door requires a flat vertical
finished wall. The squareness of the wall is
recommended no more than 3 mm/m. KOHLER
Company won't take responsibility of the installation
quality.

Connect the two bottom frames with corner
connecting block.

Pre-install seals onto the wall channel and then fix it.

Pre-install the bottom rail with seals and then put it onto the threshold.
This instruction is based on simple
water divider of Kohler brand, which is
installed with 20mm offset. You may
choose and adjust its width as desired.

Insert the return panel into the wall channel.Make sure the ceiling is firm enough. Trace the line
and drill holes.

Fix the wall channel on the other side by following the
same steps.
Connect and combine top frame.

Fix the bottom hinge onto the side panel.Insert the hingelite panel into the wall channel.

Fix the top frame onto the ceiling.Insert the top frame along the return panel.

Fix the upper hinge onto the door glass.

Remove the upper and bottom hinge covers and the
clamp plates.

Tighten the screws of the wall channels and clamp the
side panels.
Adjust the two side panels to make them about
662mm apart.

Fix the upper clamp plate. Adjust the rollers to make
the door glass level. Tighten the clamp plate.

Fix the clamp plate into the bottom hinge to tightly clip
the glass. Pay attention to the direction of the rubber
gasket.
Lift the door glass and insert into the bottom hinge.
Ensure the door is fully
supported at all times.
IMPORTANT:
If 90 degree is not suitable, please turn the set screw
slightly and try again.

Fix the transom assembly to the side panel and wall
channel. Do not tighten the screws.
Install door handle.

Fix door seal and side seal.
STEP

Fix the transom to the assembly, adjust the gaps on
each side and then tighten the screws.

Insert side seal between side panel and top frame.
Insert decorative seal into top frame.
Insert seals into two sides of the transom panels.
Fix bottom seal.

Assemble the L shape connector and fix the pressing
block onto it.
Drill a 3.3 hole. Fix the bottom hinge and side panel
block to the bottom panel.

Fix upper and bottom hinge covers.

Tighten the upper and bottom hinge covers by
tightening the screw.

Fix decorative cover of the transom assembly. Fix other decorative covers.

Do not use the enclosure for at least 24 hours.

Apply a thin layer of silicone sealant on the bottom
