Grundsätzliche Aufbauregeln • general instructions

Muttern nach innen

Before starting with an assembly step you should prepare all the individual parts as shown
4. Schrauben bei der Montage nur anziehenleicht
(Die Feineinstellungen und Fixierung der rst vor der
Montage des Extruders. Auch die Antriebsrahmen
werden erst am Schluß der Montage gespannt.)

Barely tighten screws in the inital assembly process
(there is some adjusting to do during the assembly process, so the cassettes and the slide rods will only be fully tightend just before the asembly
Drive belts are also being tightened at the end of the assembly process)of the extruder.
Screw heads face outwards,
nuts face inwards
6. Bei Aufbau mit Akkuschrauber: Drehmoment-Auslöser minimal einstellen!
if assembled with a cordless drill: set on mimimum torque!
2. Nicht auf Motorachsen hämmern!
Don’t hammer on motor-axes!

Tipps • Hints
Step 1: Muttern vorübergehend durch Schrauben fixieren, nach Motor-Montage entfernen.
Fix nuts temporarily with screws, remove after motor-assembly.
Step 11/14: Linearlager vergessen? Führungsstange oben heraus ziehen um die Lager nachträglich von unten einzuschieben.
Forgot the linear bearings? Just pull up the slide rod to fit in the bearings afterwards from the bottom.
Step 20: Sonnenrad im Planetengetriebe mit Planetenträger als Werkzeug montieren.
Push down the center gear in the planetary gearing under use of the planet carrier as tool.
Step 35: Klebeband hilft!
Tape is useful!
Step 24: Mit zwei Kassetten kann man leicht 16cm abmessen:
Use two cassettes to easily measure 16cm:
