Components Required:
1. Leg upright x2
2. Support bar x2
Assembly Steps:
1. Attach leg uprights(1) to either end of support
bars (2) with eight M8x20mm machine screws (B)
per support bar(2).
2. Attach control switch mount plate (5) to support
bar (2) with M6x8 machine screw (A).
NOTE: Depending on frame model, table may not

Optional Cable Tray Assembly:
3. Determine cable tray mounting position.
There are three optional mounting positions for the
cable management tray (8); down the center of the
fra,e (Position 1), next to the rear support bar (Position
2), or next to the front support bar (Position 3).
4. Once a mounting position is determined the cable
tray (8) can be locked into the inside frame rail of the
leg uprights (1).
Extend out the machine screw locks on either end of
the cable tray (8) to insert into leg uprights (1) and
rotate to tighten and lock into place. See (FIG.1)
5. Rotate cable tray (8) so that the base of the tray is
flush with underside of leg upright (1). Utilizing threaded
knobs on either end of the tray extend locks into leg
uprights and rotate to lock cable tray (8) in place.
NOTE: To acces cable tray (8) after installation, utilize
threaded knobs to unlock and open tray.
Rotate knobs counter-clockwise and side knobs inward

completely finished before normal operation.

6. Place control box (3) in cable tray.
Warning! Only connect a control box that is
marked, "Programed for Ellehaven Frame." This is
the only unit that is designed to work with this frame
assembly.
NOTE: For frame models that do not utilize a cable
tray mount control box(3) to underside of
worksurface using two 4x50mm screws (H).
7. Connect a network cable (7) to the control box
(3) adn then to each network cable port exiting
the leg uprights (1).
8. Connect control switch cable e(4) and power
cable (6) to the control box(3), and then power
cord (6) to 120v power outlet.
9. Perform initial reset by pushing the down-button
until the table stops. Push the down-button again
and "hold it" until the legs stop moving.
10 Troubleshooting: Make sure that all cables are
correctly connected to the control box, legs.

the battery pack(10) using step 13, and reconnect.

Optional Battery Pack Installation
11. Place battery pack (10) in cable tray.
NOTE: For frame models that do not utilize a cable tray
mount battery pack (10) to underside of worksurface using
two 10mm screws.
12. Connect a DC cable (11) to the battery pack (10) and
the opposite end to the control box(3).
13. Charging: To charge the battery pack(10), unplug all
network cables (7) from the control box (10). Connect the
120v power cord (6) to the outlet and wait until all LED light
bars have turned off, indicating that the pack is fully
charged (Approximately 5 hours).
NOTE: Charging the battery pack(10) requires that all
network cables(7) are disconnected and that the DC cable
(11) remains connected to both the battery pack (10) and
the control box(3)
14. Troubleshooting: If the battery pack (10) stops working,
disconnect the DC cable(11). Then press the button on the
pack for a minimum of 10 seconds. After doing this, charge

15. Attach assembled base to worksurface using
ten 5x50mm wood screws (H).
Tools required: Drill driver, PHILLIPS bit PH2.
