Tilt Mounts:
The tilt mount portion of a portable cart is provided in a separate box
labeled “PTM” and is size specic. See below for the appropriate sizes.

Slide bottom of post over the
sleeve that is found towards the
back of the mounting plate.
Locate the post lock handle
hole on the side of the post.
Thread the handle into
the hole.
Do not tighten completely
until post is in the preferred
viewing position.

Plate Position and
Anchoring your Deck Post:
Base Plate with post
Position the base plate with post in the
spot where it is going to be mounted.
Using the four holes indicated with
the red ciricles, drill the holes for the
hardware you purchased to secure the
base plate to the deck or patio.
After the holes are drilled insert your
hardware and tighten securely.

U-Bolts and
Mounting Plate Assembly:
U-Bolts should be hooked around the post and through the holes on the
U-Bolt Saddles. These should be positioned near the upper cable entry
hole.
With U-Bolts and saddles in place,
slide mounting plate over the U-bolt
ends.

1. With U-bolts threaded through the mounting plates, place
stainless steel at washers over the bolt ends.
2. Place stainless steel lock washers over bolt ends.
3. Thread black powder coated nuts over bolt ends and hand tighten.
See figure 3a for suggested mounting plate placement.
4. Once positioned, level and tighten all U-bolt nuts on mounting
plate.
5. Place rubber bolt caps over exposed bolt ends

Gather the following:
1. Slide the M6 bolt through the hole on the Control Arm
2. Place the ABS washer on the thread side of the bolt.
3. Place the lock washer on the thread side of the bolt.
4. Place then twist the knob on to the bolt.
Do not tighten all the way this will control the amount of tilt the television
has once it is put on the wall bracket.

Lay television down, viewing side down on blanket.
Lay blanket down on at sturdy
surface. Run hand over sur-
face to make sure there are no
sharp object or protrusions,
when the television is laying
down.

Note:
Both kNoBs Need
to face the sides of
the televisioN
Remove and set aside the 4 bolts and
washers from each of the clamp nuts
with springs.
With the bolts and washers removed
place the clamping nuts with spring
inside the power strut , one toward the
top and one toward the bottom of each
power strut.
Spring should be touching both sides of
the power strut as shown.
Gather the clamping nuts with springs. These will be in a separate
bag shipped located with the User Manual Packet.
Align holes of the mounting arms with the holes of the clamp
nut springs as shown below. The arms should be level with each
other. You may adjust the position of the clamp nuts with springs up
or down as needed.
Ideal positioning for clamp nuts with springs are shown above
as red dots.

Reinsert the bolts and washers from
previous step and tighten securely
as shown.
Repeat this process for all 4 clamp
nuts with springs to secure mounting
arms to the back of the television.
Be sure to check that the mounting
arms leveled with each other before
attempting to mount the television.
With both arms rmly secure to the television’s power struts you may
proceed to the nal mounting step.

Assembly Manual- Post Tilt Mount
With the help from a friend, lift the television and attach the hooks on the
mounting arms to the plate on the tilt mount. Tighten knobs on arms once
the tilt is set correctly for the television.
Once the television is hung on the plate. Be sure to tighten the position set
screw on the bottom of the mounting arm to secure the television in place.
