productsWITHOUTsignsofassemblyprocess.
2)Keeptheinstructionsandpackagingmaterialsuntiltheendofassembly!Ifyouidentifyanydefectsormissingparts
whileassemblingtheproduct,itisimportanttokeepthepackagingmaterialsuntilthevisitofatradingcompanyrepresentative.
3)Checkthenumberofpartsandfittingsaccordingtothelist.Themanufacturerreservestherighttomakeengineering
changestotheproductandreplacefittingswithsimilaroneswithoutcompromisingtheappearanceandfunctionalproperties
oftheproduct.Ifyoudiscovermissingorbrokenparts,circlethenumberofthemissingpartandinformthestoreforreplacement.
4)Followtheassemblyproceduregivenintheseinstructions!Failuretofollowtheassemblyandoperatinginstructionswill
voidthemanufacturer'swarranty.
5)Chooseaflatareaoftheflooronwhichtoinstallthesofabed/armchairbed!Ifthefloorisnotsmooth,thedeviationsin
functioningofthesofabed/armchairbedtransformationmechanismordistortionsoftheproductshapemayoccur.Usingthe
carpetisundesirable,asthiscanmakeitdifficulttotransformthesofa.
6)Assemblyofthesofabed/armchairbedmustbecarriedoutbytwopersons.Moveallpartscarefully,withoutjerks,place
themsecurely,avoiddroppingorknockingthem!
7)Movefurnitureanditspartsbyliftingthemonlyslightlyabovethefloor.Thiswillhelptoavoiddeformationsand
breakages.
8)Besuretolubricatetheliftingmechanismduringassemblyaccordingtotheinstructions!
Thiswillhelptoavoidsqueaking.Relubricateandtightenlooseboltsandnutsatleasteverysixmonths.
