The EZ109DT is an 8-port standalone, unmanaged Fast
Ethernet switch. It provides eight 10/100 Mbps ports plus
one copper Gigabit port (G-port.) The switch is designed
to be a cost-competitive, high-performance desktop or
workgroup solution, with the extra feature of a Gigabit
port for backbone or server connection.
The EZ109DT also features auto-negotiation, uplink ports
for easy network expansion, and provide full bandwidth
capability on each port, with aggregate bandwidth of 3.6
Gbps. Maximum reliability is ensured via the buffered
Store-and-Forward transmission method, with Back
Pressure and Flow Control. Another important performance
feature is Filtering and Forwarding at full wire speed on
all ports.
With true plug-and-play capability, this switch automatically
learns about the devices on your network and self-configures,
thus no complicated setup procedure is required.
