PRIMO UTILIZZO
Sciacquare ed asciugare la griglia
barbecue.
POSIZIONAMENTO
Questa griglia aperta va inserita sulla
resistenza barbecue al posto della
piastra in alluminio (Fig. 1).
IMPIEGO
Potrete usare la griglia per cuocere alla
griglia,gratinare ocomebarbecue.
Nella vaschetta posizionata sotto la
resistenza è possibile mettere:
1- acqua (Fig. 2) per raccogliere i grassi
e l’unto derivanti dalla cottura;
oppure;
2- Uno strato di roccia lavica che
permette di mantenere più a lungo il
calore e quindi migliorare i tempi e la
qualità di cottura.
In entrambi i casi fare attenzione a
non superare il bordo della bacinella.
Prima di versare nella vaschetta l’acqua
o la roccia lavica, bloccare la resistenza
come mostrato nella figura 3.
PULIZIA DOPO OGNI UTILIZZO
Estrarre la piastra dalla sue sede dopo
averla lasciata raffreddare,
sollevandola dalla parte anteriore
come mostrato in figura 4.
Pulirla utilizzando detergente comune
e una spugna non abrasiva.
Per rimuovere la bacinella posizionata
sotto la resistenza barbecue:
1. Rimuovere la piastra come descritto;
2. Alzare la resistenza e bloccarla
facendo scorrere verso destra il
fermo (come mostrato nella figura
2/3);
3. Rimuovere la bacinella utilizzando le
due maniglie e procedere alla pulizia
utilizzando detergenti specifici per
acciaio inox ed una spugna non
abrasiva.

POSITION
This open griddle is for installation above
the electric element instead of the teflon
aluminium plate. (Fig. 1)
USE
The griddle can be used to grill or
gratinate food, or as a barbecue.
If desired, it is possible to put into the
drip tray beneath the element either
1- some water to collect the grease
(Fig. 2);
or;
2- a layer of lava rocks, which will
maintain the heat longer and
improve the time and quality of the
cooking;
Care should taken not to overfill the
drip tray with either water or lava
rocks.
Before filling the tray the element should
be locked in the upright position (Fig. 3).
CLEANING AFTER USE
Extract the griddle from its seat (after
leaving it to cool) by lifting it from the
front as shown in the diagram 4.
Clean it with an ordinary detergent and a
non-abrasive sponge.
To remove the drip tray under the
barbecue element:
1. Remove the griddle as described;
2. Raise the heating element and fix it
in place by sliding the retainer to the
right (as shown in the diagram 2/3);
3. Removethedriptrayusingthetwo
handles and clean using specific
detergents for stainless steel and a
non-abrasive sponge.
