Read all instructions before using or assembling

To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when
this product will be used around children
Keep children away
Unsupervised children can be injured
To reduce the risk of injury, never overload drawers or shelves
Refer to loading instructions
Overloaded shelves can cause injury or damage
Units can tip or strike you
• Do not open more than one loaded drawer at a time
• Do not force open a drawer kept closed by drawer
control slide
• Close lid and lock drawers before moving
• Apply brakes on locking casters when not moving unit
• Do not open any drawer with swivel caster positioned
inward
• Do not step in or on drawers
• Secure units together with fasteners
• Disconnect or unplug all power cord and cable assem-
blies before moving unit
Tipping of storage unit or unit striking you can cause injury
Component edges can cut or pinch
• Wear gloves when removing and installing components
into power drawer
• Keep ngers clear of edges when working near or with
sheet metal components
• Keep hands and ngers clear of prybar or sharp objects
Units’ edges or components can cause injury

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Undercarriage Assembly
Refer to Fig. 1
Assemble the Locker Undercarriage
1. Using (8) caster bolts, attach the two mounting plates as
shown
2. The alignment of the two plates will be dependent on the
actual roll cab that the locker is being mounted to
3. Using (8) caster bolts, attach the two casters to the locker
undercarriage
Locker Preparation
Refer to Fig. 2
Remove door (optional)
1. Remove the two hinge pins
2. Open the door so that the door front is parallel with the side of
the locker
3. Pull the door forward to disconnect the two hinge halves

Remove drawers and shelves (recommended)
1. Using the ball slide disconnect levers
2. Pull forward to remove the drawer
3. Lift up and remover the shelves and shelf brackets
