wall strap to prevent toppling. We strongly recommend that this product is
permanently fixed to the wall or other suitable surface. Connecting
attachments for your wall are not included since different surface materials
require different attachments. Please seek professional advice if you are in
doubt of what wall connections to use.

Read through the instructions carefully
before you begin.
Identify and lay out all of the components
before you begin assembly.
! Never use power tools unless specifically instructed. They can damage your components or
hardware if used incorrectly.
! If you are having any difficulties assembling your product, missing any hardware or
components please visit our website Help Centre for further assistance.
! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for
product care instructions.
! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.
! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be
used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.
! Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to
avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.
! The most common mistakes made during assembly are using the wrong hardware or getting
components back to front.
Unless instructed, do not fully tighten screws
until the item is fully assembled.
Make sure you have all the required tools.
Never use power tools unless instructed.
! Please see page 2 for any safety requirements or weight restrictions.

Insert 2 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Left Side panel (P3) and 2 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Right Side panel (P4).
Secure by tightening Cam Bolts (H3) with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Insert 2 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Shelf panel (P5) and secure by tightening Cam Bolts (H3)
with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.

(H4)
Insert 2 x Cam Nuts (H4) into Divider panel (P7). Attach Divider panel
(P8) to Shelf panel (P5) and secure by tightening Cam Nuts (H4) with a
Phillips Head Screwdriver.

Insert 2 x Long Dowels (H15) into Divider panel (P7), attach to Shelf panel (P5) and secure
with 2 x Large Screws (H2) by tightening with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
*Ensure the metal track on Shelf panel is facing upwards before securing panels.

This is how a cam nut works........
The head of the cam
bolt goes into the open
mouth of the cam nut.
You then turn the cam
nut so it tightens over
the bolt.

You will need
Insert 2 x Dowels (H1) & 2 x
Cam Nuts (H4) into Shelf panel
(P5). Attach Left Side panel (P3) to
Shelf panel (P5) and secure by tightening Cam Nuts (H4) with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
*Ensure the groove for the Back panel on the Left
Side panel is aligned with the groove of the Shelf panel.

Insert 2 x Dowels (H1) & 2 x Cam Nuts (H4) into Shelf panel (P5). Attach Right Side
panel (P4) to Shelf panel (P5) and secure by tightening Cam Nuts (H4) with a Phillips
Head Screwdriver.*Ensure the groove for the Back panel on the Right Side panel is
aligned with the groove of the Shelf panel.

Slide Back panel (P6) into the grooves of the Left Side panel (P3) and Right Side panel (P4) as shown.
Insert 6 x Dowels (H1) into the Right
Side panel (P4), Divider panel (P7) &
Left Side panel (P3). Attach Bottom panel
(P2) to the unit and secure with 6 x Large Screws (H2)
by tightening with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
*Ensure the groove for the Back panel on the Bottom panel is lined up at the back
of the unit.

Apply 4 x Felt Pads (H14) to the Bottom panel (P2) as shown.
Insert 6 x Cam Bolts (H3) into Top panel (P1) and secure by tightening
Cam Bolts (H3) with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.

(P7) & Left Side panel (P3). Attach Top panel (P1) to the unit and secure by tightening
the Cam Nuts (H4) with a Phillips Head Screwdriver.
*Ensure the groove for the Back panel on the Top panel is lined up at the back of the unit.

Insert Doors (P8 & P9) into the unit by guiding the Metal Rods (H7) into the grooves
of the Top Panel (P1) and Shelf panel (P5) and then pushing the Rollers (H6) gently
into the tracks of the Shelf panel (P5) and Bottom panel (P2).
Insert 2 x Metal Rods (H7) into Door panel (P8) as shown. Attach 2 x Rollers (H6) to Door panel (P8)
and secure by tightening 4 x Roller Screws (H5) with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.
Repeat steps for the second Door panel (P9).

Insert 8 x Wedges (H8) into all corners of the back of the assembled unit as shown. Secure Wedges
(H8) by tightening 8 x Back Screws (H9) with the Phillips Head Screwdriver. To secure the Wall Strap
(H11) to the underside of the Top panel (P1) as shown use 1 x Washer (H13) and secure by tightening
1 x Safety Straps Screw (H12) with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.
* We strongly advise that you use the wall safety strap provided to prevent the unit toppling

Move the unit into it’s final position and then secure the Safety Strap to the wall. Ensure it is
firmly attached. Screw and wall plug are not provided. Please use appropriate fixtures for your wall.
* Seek advice from a qualified tradesperson on how to attach this safety strap to your specific wall.

Vertical attachment
Additional hardware has been provided to join units together. To connect 2 units use 2 x
Brackets (H10) and secure by tightening 8 x Screws (H9) with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.
