Installation
STEP 1 After deciding on an installation
location, locate the studs, rafters, or
joists which the unit will be attached
to. Install eye lags 16" on center. Use
industrial hanging wire, attach to one
eye lag. Make sure wire is tight.
STEP 2 Next attach to eye bolt on machine.
Repeat for the remaining three eye
lags and bolts. Attach duct work to
system, connect power to 120-volt
power supply.
Filter Changing*
Pre-Filter: Replace every 3 to 4 weeks.
Carbon Filter: Replace at least every 2 months.
HEPA Filter: Replace at least every 12 months.
*Air Cleaner location and filter maintenance may vary according to each situation.

Each MaxMount unit comes with
(6) carbon pads, (12) pre-filters,
and (1) HEPA filter

Each unit is equipped with
four (4) eye bolts 16" on
center and industrial hanging
wire for easy installation.

Pre-Filter To change Pre-Filter unlatch side door. Remove rods from top of machine. The Pre-Filter is the first filter
located in the unit.
DO NOT WASH PRE-FILTERS.
The Carbon Filter is located behind the Pre-Filter. Follow Pre-Filter changing instructions from Step 1.
Remove used Carbon Filter, discard and replace with new Carbon Filter.
DO NOT WASH CARBON FILTERS.
The HEPA Filter is a pleated media surface with a galvanized aluminum frame located behind the Pre-Filter
and Carbon Filter. Slip the HEPA Filter out of the system, discard and replace with new H.E.P.A. Filter.
DO NOT WASH HEPA FILTER.
We recommend installation be performed by a licensed contractor, licensed electrician or equivalent.
