Warnings
1. Always unplug or disconnect the air cleaner from the power supply before servicing.
2. To reduce the risk of electric shock or injury to persons, do not expose to water or rain, and do not use in a
window.
Instructions
Plug unit into a three prong outlet. The Cloud9 power switch is located on the side of the unit. Simply push the
switch on and the motor will start. For best results position the unit 6 to 12 inches from a wall. The unit does
not need to be placed in the middle of the room.
Always unplug unit before changing filters.
DO NOT WASH FILTERS.
To replace filters remove the 4 grille pins and grille.
All filters are disposable and can be purchased from
MatrixAir.
Filter Maintenance
The carbon pad is located in front of the carbon panel and is black in color. All filters are disposable and
cannot be vacuumed or rinsed in water. Peel used filter away, discard and replace with new carbon pad. The
carbon pad should be replaced every 2 months. Note the carbon panel is located behind the carbon pad and
in front of the HEPA filter and should be replaced once a year.
The HEPA filter is located behind the carbon panel and the carbon pad. The HEPA is a box like disposable
filter that easily slides out of the unit. Pull the HEPA filter straight out, discard and replace with a new HEPA.
The HEPA filter should be replaced every year.
Cabinet Maintenance
Always unplug unit before cleaning.
The outside cabinet can be cleaned with a damp cloth and wiped dry.

carbon pads, (1) ½ granulated
carbon panel, and (1) 3”HEPA
filter
