THIS FIXTURE USES 120-277VAC 50/60 Hz, and/or 347-480VAC 50/60 Hz
Failure to supply correct voltage may result in damage to the luminaire and will void the warranty.
• Observe and follow all label informaon and instrucons regarding dry, damp and wet locaon lisngs, proper type and
waage, warnings of installaon near combusble materials and/or insulaon.
• Be sure to connect ground wire to prevent electric shock or other potenal hazards.
• Product must be installed in a manner consistent with the intended use and in compliance with NEC and local codes.
• WARNING: RISK OF FIRE.

IMPORTANT: Read ALL instrucons before starng installaon.
CAUTION: Ensure that the AC service is OFF before installaon or maintenance.
Do not switch AC service to ON unl the enre installaon is complete.

accordance of Naonal Electric Code (NEC) and/or any local codes.
