Blum Intivo Sink Drawer User Guide.
Introduction
Overview
1. The Blum Intivo Sink Drawer Package’ from Solid Setup adds the Blum Intivo Sink drawers to Cabinet Vision
Solid.( Requires the Blum Intivo Drawers packa e from Solid setup )
2. U-Shaped drawer or Split Sink drawer can be selected.
3. Side widths are controlled via attribute on the Left drawer back part.
4. It provides drilling for the drawer box parts, and the drawer front for CNC output.
5. It also adds 3d graphics for the drawer profiles, boxcovers and brackets etc.
6. The profiles and brackets etc are added as a separate parts and materials for reporting purposes.
7. All material descriptions contain the Blum order number after the # symbol.
8. Silk White, Terra Black, and Stainless Steel colours.
9. The graphics can be turned off per cabinet if having them on causes too much lag on slower computers.
10. Turning off the graphics does not alter the reports or CNC output.

The Following UCS’s are provided (ensure they are in this order once installed):

Intivo Sink Drawer Setup
Requires Intivo drawers.
To use the Intivo sink drawers you must have our Intivo drawer package (BLMITVO) installed in your Cabinet Vision
software, and selected for your cabinet. Please refer to our User Guide for the Intivo drawers for their general
usage.
Drawer Box Bandin Setup
For the added sink drawer box back and sink divider to be banded correctly the UCS which adds them needs to
know what your “banding Letter” for drawer boxes is.
Firstly we need to find out your drawer box banding letter and then edit the “{ DRAWS } -- Blum Itvo Sink BBK” to
change it.
1. 1 From your splash screen, select the part catalog
2. Click on the Drawer Box parts in the left column
3. Observe the following screen:
4. In the Name column, the last letter of the name for the S_BND? Part, is your banding letter
5. Remember what this letter is and now close the part catalog.
6. To edit the UCS, go to the Utilities – Edit User Created Standards from the Room Plan or Elevation views
7. Click on the “{ DRAWS } -- Blum Itvo Sink BBK” UCS and press the edit button

8. Now Press “CTRL F” and type nnnb into the text box.
9. Press “Mark All”
10. Change the NNNB’ by replacing the B with your banding letter.
11. Now Press the “Next Bookmark” button and repeat the last step one more time.
12. There are only two places this is required so you can now close the UCS, and save your changes.
Intivo Sink Drawer Usa e
Select Sink drawers.
The Blum Intivo Sink Drawer can be added to any Height Intivo drawer.
•Click on the drawer back in an orthographic (smiley face) view of the cabinet editor.
•Tick the “Sink Drawer?” attribute in the left sidebar to “True”.
The sink drawer will appear along with the following attributes.
(To continue using the attributes, the Left hand drawer box back must be selected, not the right hand one.)
Sink Drawer U-Shape? Switches between a U-Shaped (standard) sink drawer or a Split Sink Drawer
Sink Drawer Y1 Controls size of the Left Hand sink drawer (Locked to 73mm for D-Height U-Shaped drawer)
Sink Drawer Y2 Controls size of the Right Hand sink drawer (Locked to 73mm for D-Height U-Shaped drawer)

Sink Drawer Width This value displays the space available for the sink (Changes when Y1 or Y2 change)
Sink Drawer Depth This value is locked to 140mm for Intivo and cannot be changed
Sink Drawer Hei hts
The U- Shaped sink drawer uses the M-Hei ht profile only, and cannot be used for an N (68) profile. If using N you
must use a Split Sink Drawer by ticking “Sink Drawer U-Shape?” to FALSE.
D-Hei ht U-Shaped Sink Drawer D-Hei ht Split Sink Drawer
M-Hei ht U-Shaped Sink Drawer M-Hei ht Split Sink Drawer
N-Hei ht Split Sink Drawer (not available in Australian market)
Boxcovers and Boxcaps.
The Intivo BOXCOVERS and BOXCAPS will work as follows for the sink drawers:
BOXCOVER - U-Shaped Sink Drawer BOXCOVER - Split Sink Drawer
BOXCAP - U-Shaped Sink Drawer BOXCAP - Split Sink Drawer

Sink Route Tool Setup
UCS Public Variable
There is 1 Public Variable in the “{ DRAWS } -- Blum Itvo Sink BBK ” UCS for the U-Shaped route tool ID.
•To change this variable go to the Utilities – Edit User Created Standards from the Room Plan or Elevation
views
•Then click on the “{ DRAWS } -- Blum Itvo Sink BBK” UCS.
•On the top right hand side of the screen you will see the Public Variable list:
Route Tool ID = Tool ID from your tool catalog for the route in the sink drawer bottom. (0=auto)
Packa in Error
The are three Material ID’s which do not update during the packaging in process.
To fix them follow these instructions:
•Then click on the “{ DRAWS } -- Blum Itvo Sink BBK” UCS.
•Press the Edit button or double click on the UCS.
•Scroll down to line 77
•On lines 77,81 and 85 there are three MATID values which have not updated and are incorrect.
•Change them to match the three MATID values further down on lines 177, 181 and 185
•So Change these ones:

To match your values from lines 177,181 and 185 (I have shown them here as ???? because your correct values
will be different than ours.)
