1.2 設備描述
Solio Alfa+ 是一款可緩解疼痛的手提式設備。設備有一條可調節的帶子(#1)、一個控

1.3 預期用途
Solio Alfa+ 旨在提供緩解疼痛的功效。其典型用途是緩解肌肉酸痛、肌肉痙攣、神
經壓迫而致的疼痛、扭傷、關節僵硬或腫脹、輕微關節炎、腕管綜合徵、網球肘、
肌腱損傷、神經性疼痛、一般炎症或經痛。
2. 禁忌症和警告
以下人士不得使用本設備：心理、生理或感官受損或受限的成人、
兒童或缺乏使用此設備經驗或知識的人士。成人應時刻留意及監督
兒童，以確保他們不會玩弄此設備。
請勿將Solio Alfa+用於本手冊所述以外的任何目的。
如有以下情況，切勿使用Solio Alfa+ :
具有皮膚癌病史或潛在的皮膚惡性腫瘤。
在過去1個月內曾在治療區域上使用外用類固醇。
在過去3個月內曾接受放射治療或化學治療。

植有任何金屬裝置或在治療區域上佩戴有飾物。
具有受熱刺激的病史，如復發性單純皰疹，除非已諮詢醫生，
並在使用此設備前已接受預防性治療。
與光敏性有關的疾病，如紫質症，多形性日光疹、日光性蕁麻
疹、狼瘡等。
不受控的糖尿病。
凝血障礙。應在治療前諮詢醫生。
最近曾使用以下任何一種外用物質治療預期區域：α-羥基酸
(AHAs)、β-羥基酸 (BHAs)、維A酸(Retin-A®)、視黃醇、壬二酸或
任何其他醫生處方藥，應在使用此設備前諮詢醫生。
任何皮膚狀況，如在治療區域帶有活動性皰疹，包括棕色或黑
色斑點、胎記、痣、疣、濕疹、銀屑病或病變。
治療區域有開放性傷口。應待傷口癒合後才可在該特定位置使
用此設備。
治療區域內含矽膠植入物。
最近曾接受異維A酸(Accutane®)治療，應在使用此設備前諮詢醫
生。
任何其他醫生應為不宜使用此設備的情況。

如您在使用預設治療模式時感到任何不適，請將設備設置為專
為細小治療區域而設的治療模式 (2盞指示燈亮起)。
請勿將預設治療模式 (3盞指示燈亮起)或細小治療區域治療模式
(2盞指示燈亮起)應用於治療發熱、腫脹、被診斷為發炎或靜脈
曲張的位置。在治療這些位置時，請將設備設置為炎症治療模
式(1盞指示燈亮起)。
治療前應取下身上所有飾物。
請勿在浴缸、淋浴間、盥洗盆、其他裝有水的容器等近水位置
使用此設備；請勿將設備放置或存放於可能跌落、被推跌或靠
近水的任何地方，以防造成觸電危險。一旦此設備與水接觸，
請立即將電源線拔除。
當連接好此設備的電源線時，時刻注意設備安全，並與AC/DC
轉換器保持合適距離，以便於緊急情況下將其取出。
請勿直接以AC/DC轉換器上的電線以提起此設備。
請勿嘗試自行修改、打開或修理此設備。當中的電子配件或可

3. 不可使用Solio Alfa+的情況如下:
用於此設備的轉換器、附件或配件未經DMT有限公司允許。
設備的電線或轉換器有任何損壞 (電線應時刻遠離發熱物品)。
在使用此設備時看到或聞到它有煙。
設備的外殼或治療面出現破裂或損壞。
設備跌落到堅硬的表面上。
設備無法正常運作或在於任何方面出現故障及損壞。
如遇到以上情況，請即聯繫客戶服務。

4. 使用Solio Alfa+時的情況
假如用家完全按照使用說明操作，並注意所有警告和禁忌症，出現併發症和副作用
的情況並不常見。然而，每一款能源設備，包括設計以作家用用途的設備，也涉及
一定程度的風險。因此，用家在使用前先了解及接受一切可能發生的風險和併發症
是非常重要的。
在治療過程中，有以下感受及情況出現是正常的︰
溫暖的感覺：這是在使用「預設治療模式」(3盞指示燈亮起)下會出現的典型
現象。在治療完結時，這種感覺應隨之消失或持續1小時以內。如這種感覺使
您感到不適，請將設置改為亮起2盞指示燈，然後繼續治療(請參閱5.2治療模
式部分)。
沒有感覺：這是在使用炎症治療模式 (1盞指示燈亮起)下會出現的典型現象。
不必擔心！即使用家未有溫暖的感覺，此設備實際上仍在發出緩解疼痛的能
量。
輕微發紅：如在治療期間或完成治療後，看到皮膚顏色帶有柔和的淡粉色，
這是正常的，它會在1-2個小時內褪去。
治療區域出現輕微腫脹：這會在1-2個小時內消失。
如上述情況嚴重，請立即停止使用此設備。
如上述情況在2-3天內仍未消退，請向醫生咨詢。
在極少數情況下，使用 Solio Alfa+治療可能會導致：
過度腫脹和發紅或燒傷和起水泡。如果發生這種情況，請立即使用濕涼布冷
卻該區域至少10分鐘，並塗上燙傷藥膏。在大多數情況下，這些反應會在幾
天內慢慢消退。
若治療區域出現紅點，情況或會持續數天。如果發生這種情況，我們建議用
家立即使用冷水冷卻該區域。
如果上述症狀持續不退，請向醫生咨詢。

5. Solio Alfa+的操作介紹
Solio Alfa+易於使用。
5.1 設備操作
控制鍵(#2)︰按下此鍵以開啟設備，長按此鍵以關閉設備。
指示燈(#3,4,5)︰開啟設備後，3盞指示燈皆會亮起。短按控制鍵以選擇適用治
療模式(請參閱5.2治療模式部分)。
Solio Alfa+僅會在開啟時釋出能量，用家需在治療區域上塗抹專用凝膠，使電極治
療面與皮膚保持良好接觸，然後在皮膚上進行移動式治療。當Solio Alfa+釋出能量
時，電極治療面會持續發出紅光。
Solio Alfa+專用凝膠 (或任何其他導電凝膠) 具有導電性。若沒有凝膠，設備將
無法正常運作。請確保用家的皮膚上保持留有大量凝膠。
5.2 治療模式
為了獲得最大的舒適度、靈活性和效果，Solio Alfa+具有三種治療模式，以配合不
同痛症類型和被治療的身體部位使用。

5.3 調節帶
若調節帶太緊，用家可移除橡膠部分(#1)。
要鬆開該部分，可按調節帶的頂部直到該部分彈出。
要將該部分放回原處，可從下方將其對齊並將其
推回原位。

5.4 治療計劃
一次Solio Alfa+的完整療程約為10-20分鐘。
治療間隔
開始時，每天最多治療兩次，持續最多10天。
若疼痛在10天后仍然存在，則繼續治療，每天一次，持續最多90天。
若疼痛於及後仍然持續，則繼續治療，每周2-3次，直到疼痛消失。
用家只應在感到疼痛時使用Solio Alfa+。
第11-90天

6. 開始使用
請遵循以下步驟使用Solio Alfa+︰
1. 將設備及其他組件從包裝盒中取出
2. 將轉換器的電線插到設備插座中，再將轉換器插到電源位置
3. 確保用家皮膚潔淨乾爽，然後在治療區域的皮膚上塗抹一層薄薄的專用凝膠
4. 按下控制鍵。三盞指示燈皆會亮起，設備已準備就緒
5. 為用家即將治療的區域調整治療模式(請參閱5.2治療模式部分)
6. 將電極治療面放到用家皮膚上，並以打圈方式移動治療，直至完成一次療程
(請參閱5.4治療計劃部分)
7. 完成治療
當用家完成療程後︰
1. 請長按控制鍵以關閉設備
2. 從電源插座上拔除轉換器
3. 建議用家清潔治療區域以去除殘留凝膠

8. 維護和儲存
於每次治療後清潔您的設備是非常重要的。
將設備電源拔除。
使用乾淨的濕布清潔設備和治療面。你亦可以使用酒精含量高達70%的清潔
液，但切勿使用丙酮或其他研磨劑，因為它們會損壞您的設備。
完成清潔後，建議您將設備放回原包裝盒中。
切勿將設備或其任何部件浸入水中。
9. 產品保修
此設備的保修期為購買後1年(僅限主機)。
若設備因使用 / 保養不慎而導致損壞，保修服務將不適用。
若產品曾由任何未經授權的人員 / 技術人員進行維修，保修服務將不適用。
維修後服務期限不能延長。
10. 疑難排解
請勿嘗試自行修改、打開或修理此設備。當中的電子配件或可造成危險，並對人體
構成嚴重傷害。它亦會使保修服務失效。
如有任何問題或查詢，請聯絡客戶服務。

1. Get to know your Solio Alfa+
Solio Alfa+ is an energy-based device that provides relief from pain resulting from sports
injuries, chronic pain, trauma or menstruation. It is a powerful electrical device and should be
used with special attention to safety. Be sure to read all warnings, contraindications
and safety precautions before use, and follow them strictly. We recommend you
re-familiarise yourself with the instructions before each treatment.

1.2 Device description
Solio Alfa+ is a hand held device that provides pain relief. The device has an adjustable strap
(#1), a control button (#2), 3 indicator lights (#3,4,5), a treatment surface with 4 electrodes (#6),
and an AC/DC adapter with cable (#7). Refer to the diagram at the front of this manual to see
the location of each feature of your Solio Alfa+.
1.3 Intended use
Solio Alfa+ is intended to provide pain relief. Typical uses are for the relief of aching muscles,
muscle spasms, trapped nerves, sprains, sti or swollen joints, minor arthritis, carpal tunnel
syndrome, tennis elbow, tendon injuries, neuropathic pain, general inammations, or
menstrual pain.
2. Contraindications & warnings
This device must not be used by the following people: children, adults with
limited physical, sensory or psychological capacities, or those lacking
experience or knowledge in how to use the device. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
Do not use Solio Alfa+ for any purpose other than as described in this
manual.
Do not use Solio Alfa+ if you have:
a history of skin cancer or areas of potential skin malignancies.

applied topical sterwoids on the treatment area within the last month.
received radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatments within the
past 3 months.
a pacemaker, heart arrhythmias or any other severe known heart
disorder.
an implantable metal device, or pierced jewelry in the treatment area.
a history of diseases stimulated by heat, such as recurrent herpes
simplex in the treatment area, unless you have consulted your
physician, and received preventative treatment before using the
device.
a disease related to photosensitivity, such as porphyria, polymorphic
light eruption, solar urticaria, lupus, etc.
uncontrolled diabetes.
blood clotting disorders. Consult with your physician before treating.
recently treated the intended area with any of the following topical
substances: Alpha- Hydroxi Acids (AHAs), Beta-Hydroxi Acids (BHAs),
Retin-A®, retinoids, azelaic acid, or any other physician prescribed
drug. Consult your physician before use!
any skin condition such as active herpes, including brown or black
spots, birth marks, moles, warts, eczema, psoriasis or lesions in the
treatment area.
open wounds in the treatment area. Wait for the area to heal before
using the device on that specic part of the body.
silicone implants in the treatment area.

been treated with Accutane® (isotretinoin) recently. Consult with your
physician.
any other condition which, in the opinion of your physician would
make it unsafe for you to use Solio Alfa+.
Additional warnings
Do not use when you are pregnant or nursing.
Do not use on the face.
If you have any discomfort when using the default treatment mode,
set the device to the treatment mode designed for small areas (2
lights on).
Do not use the default mode (3 lights) or small areas mode (2 lights)
for the treatment of hot, swollen areas, areas diagnosed. as inamed,
or areas with varicose veins. When treating these areas always set the
device to inammation mode (1 light).
Remove all jewelry before treatments.
Do not use near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing
water. Do not place or store the device where it can fall, be pushed or
placed anywhere near water. There is a risk of electrocution. Unplug
immediately if the device comes into contact with water.
Never leave the device unattended when plugged into an outlet.
Keep the AC/DC adapter accessible at all times, so it can be removed
from the socket easily in case of emergency.
Do not carry the device by the AC/DC adapter cable.
Do not attempt to modify, open or repair your device. You may
expose yourself to dangerous electrical components and may cause
serious harm to yourself.

3. Do not use Solio Alfa+ if:
the adapter, attachments or accessories for this device are not approved by DMT Ltd.
the device has a damaged cable or adapter. Keep the power cable away from heated
surfaces.
you see or smell smoke when it is in use.
the device casing or treatment surface is cracked or damaged.
the device has been dropped or has fallen onto a hard surface.
the device is not working properly, or appears to be damaged in any other way.
In such cases, contact Customer Service.
4. What to expect when using your Solio Alfa+
If you follow the instructions fully and pay attention to all warnings and contraindications,
complications and side eects are uncommon. However every energy-based therapy
device, including those designed for home use, involves some degree of risk. Therefore it is
important that you understand and accept the risks and complications that may occur.
During a treatment session it is normal to experience or feel:
a sensation of warmth: This is typical when using the device in 'default mode' (the
3 indicator lights are on). The sensation should disappear by the end of the treatment,
or within an hour. If the sensation is uncomfortable for you, continue the treatment
using the setting with 2 indicator lights (refer to the section 5.2 Treatment modes).
nothing at all: This is typical when using the device
in 'inammation mode' (just 1 indicator light is on).
Don't worry! The device still emits pain relief energy,
even though you don't feel any warmth.
some redness: It is not uncommon to see some mild,
pink-like skin colouration during or just after a
treatment. Again, this is normal and should fade
within an hour or two.
slight swelling in the treated area: This should also
disappear within an hour or two.

Stop use immediately if any of these eects are more severe.
See your doctor if the eects do not go away within 2 to 3 days.
On rare occasions treating with Solio Alfa+ might cause:
excessive swelling and redness, or burns and blisters. If this happens, immediately use
a damp cool cloth to cool the area for at least 10 minutes and apply an anti-burn
cream. In most cases these reactions subside within a few days.
red spots in the treatment area which may last for a few days. If this happens, we
recommend that you cool the area with chilled water immediately.
Consult your physician if these symptoms persist.
5. Get to know your Solio Alfa+
Solio Alfa+ is simple to use.
5.1 Device controls
Control button (#2): Press to turn the device on, and long press to turn it o.
Lights (#3, 4, 5): All 3 lights go on when the device in turned on. Short press to cycle
between the modes (refer to section 5.2 Treatment modes).
Solio Alfa+ only emits energy when it is on, you have applied Slider Gel, the treatment
surface is in good contact with the skin, and you are moving the device across your skin.
When Solio Alfa+ emits energy there will be a constant red glow from the treatment
surface.
Solio Alfa+ Slider Gel (or any other conductive gel) enables conductivitty. Without the
gel, the device will not work. Make sure that you always have a generous amount of
gel on your skin.
