1About this manual
This manual explains features added in the Version 4 SYSTEM
firmware.
2Added MIDI OUT function
NOTE ON/OFF, PROGRAM CHANGE, and MIDI clock transmission
functions have been added.
2.1 Setting the MIDI OUT channel
①Press the MENU button.
②Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select MIDI.
③Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select TX CHANNEL, and press
the OK button.
④Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select the desired channel and
press the OK button.
HINT
 The setting range is 01 –16 and Off.
2.2 Setting the CLOCK OUT
①Press the MENU button.
②Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select MIDI.
③Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select CLOCK OUT, and press
the OK button.
④Use the DOWN and UP buttons to select ON/OFF and press the
OK button.

3Saving USB MIDI Mode
MIDI HOST MODE and MIDI DEVICE MODE settings will be saved
even when the power is turned off.
HINT
 When the USB host cable is unplugged from the ELZ_1, USB
MIDI will be OFF.
