‚Read carefully through t his m anual t o fam iliarize yourself wit h t his high-qualit y sound syst em .
‚The beginning of operation is the m oment of the unit installat ion. Before use the device in w inter it is
recom m ended to heat up the passenger com par tm ent during 20 seconds or t o t he operat ion tem perat ure.
‚Use the unit with t he temperat ure t hat goes beyond the operat ion tem perature great ly decreases the
operat ion resource of the screen and ot her com ponent s of device and can result an outage.
‚Disconnect t he vehicle's negat ive battery term inal while m ount ing and connecting t he unit .
‚When replacing the fuse, be sure to use one with an identical am perage rating. Using a fuse with a higher
am perage rat ing m ay cause serious dam age to the unit .
‚Make sure that pins or other foreign objects do not get inside the unit; they may cause malfunctions, or
create safety hazards such as elect rical shock.
‚Do not use the unit in places where it can be exposed t o water, m oisture and dust.
‚Do not open covers and do not repair yourself. Consult t he dealer or an experienced technician for help.
‚Make sure you disconnect the power supply and aerial if you will not be using the system for a long period
or during a t hun derst orm .
‚Make sure you disconnect the power supply if t he syst em appears t o be working incorrect ly, is m aking an
unusual sound, has a strange smell, has smoke emitting from it or liquids have got inside it. Have a
qualified t echnician check the system .
‚The unit is designed for negative terminal of the battery, which is connected to the vehicle metal. Please
confirm it before installation.
‚Do not allow the speaker wires to be shorted together when the unit is switched on. Otherwise it may
overload or burn out the power amplifier.

Gen e ral n ot es
‚Choose t he m ount ing locat ion where t he unit will not inter fere with the norm al driving funct ion of t he
driver.
‚Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring and make sure t hat t he unit works properly.
‚Consult with your nearest dealer if inst allat ion requires the drilling of holes or ot her m odificat ions of t he
vehicle.
‚Install the unit where it does not get in the driver's way and cannot injure the passenger if there is a
sudden st op, like an emergency st op.
‚Avoid inst alling t he unit where it would be subject to high tem perat ure, such as from direct sunlight , or
from hot air , fr om t he heat er , or w her e it w ould be subj ect t o d ust , dir t or excessive v ibr at ion .

‚I nstall t he sleeve int o the dashboard; ensure it is installed wit h the
corr ect side and there are no obstacles ( wires, dashboard
elem ent s, etc) for the unit inst allat ion.
‚Aft er installing the sleeve int o the dashboard, bend t abs fitting t o
the size of t he dashboard t o fix the sleeve in place.
‚Make t he necessary wire connect ions. Ensure t he connect ions are
corr ect .
‚I nst all t he un it int o t he sleeve unt il t he side locks are fixed.

To install the trim frame, press it to the unit body and push it to fix it in place. This should be done before
installing the front panel; otherwise you are not able to install the trim frame. When the trim frame being
installed, the side wit h t he groove should face down and fixed first.
2 . DI N re ar - m oun t ( M e t hod B)
For this method, use the screw holes in the lateral sides of the unit. Fix the
unit w it h t he help of t he fact ory radio m ount ing br acket s.
1. Select a posit ion in which the screw holes of t he brackets (3) are aligned
with the screw holes in the unit body, and screw in two screws (2) in each
side.

1. Sw itch off t he unit and detach the front panel.
2. Insert your fingers into the groove in the front side of the trim frame (apply
som e effort t o det ach t he fram e) . Pu ll t he fram e t o detach it .
3. I nsert the supplied release keys into the both sides of the unit body to click, as
shown in the picture. To extract the unit from the dashboard, pull the release keys
or the unit body to pull it out. Before detaching the unit, ensure it is not fixed with
t he m etal st rap.

I nsert the left side of the panel then, and insert t he right side. Close the panel.
Press OPEN but ton t o detach the panel. When the front panel is in horizont al position, hold and slide t he panel
to left and then pull it out.
An t i- t h e ft sy st e m
The front panel of t his unit can be st ored in the included protective case when not in used and carried away
wh en y ou leave t he v ehicle t o det er theft.
Switch off t he power of t he unit. Det ach the front panel, t hen put it t o the protective case and take it with
you.
Cautions: The control panel can easily be dam aged by shocks. After rem oving it, place it in a protective case
and be carefu l not t o drop it or subj ect it t o st rong shocks.
The rear connector t hat connect s t he m ain unit and t he cont rol panel is an extremely im por tant part . Be
careful not to dam age it by pressing on it wit h fingernails, pens, screwdrivers, et c.
N ot e : I f t he control panel is dirty, wipe off the dirt with soft, dry cloth only. And use a cot ton swab soaked in
isopropy l alcohol t o clean the socket on t he back of t he cont rol panel.

‚In spite of having any kinds of speaker system, must use 4 ohms impedance of speaker to reduce the
distort ion during high volum e level.
‚Prohibit to m ake t he conductors of aut o antenna and ground t ouch wit h each other.

Using t h e I SO Con ne ctor
1. I f your car is equipped with t he I SO connector, then connect t he I SO connectors as
illust rated.
2. For connect ions wit hout the I SO connectors, check the wiring in the vehicle carefully
before connect ing, incorrect connect ion m ay cause serious dam age t o this unit .
Cut t he connect or, connect t he colored leads of the power cord to t he car battery as shown
in the colour code table below for speaker and power cable connections.

Pull out the battery tray. Insert the 1 x lithium battery, type CR 2025 3V
bat tery wit h the st amped ( + ) m ar k facing upw ard.
I nsert t he bat tery tray into the rem ot e cont rol.
W arning: St ore t he battery where children cannot reach. I f a child accident ally swallows the bat tery, consult
a doct or im m ediat ely.
Do not recharge, short, disassem ble or heat the bat t ery or dispose it in a fir e.
Do not expose or bring into contact the battery with other metallic materials. Doing this may cause the
bat tery to give off heat, crack or star t a fire.
When throwing away or saving the battery, wrap it in tape and insulate; otherwise, the battery may give off
heat , crack or st art a fire.

Press SEL but ton short ly and repeatedly to select a m ode: VOL ( volum e) = > BAS ( bass) = > TRB (t reble) = >
BAL ( balance) = > FAD ( fader ) . Rotat e VOL regu lat or on t he fr ont panel or pr ess VOL+ / VOL- bu tt ons on t he
RC t o adj ust each m ode.
N ot e : When DSP is on , b ass and t r eble adj u st m ent is not av ailable.
Ca ut ion : I n each mode, the waiting time is several seconds, and when the waiting time is over, it returns to
t he last display m ode of radio or playback m ode.
M ode se le ct ion
Press MODE but t on to choose a sound source: RADI O = > USB = > SD/ MMC = > AUX.
Rese t function
RESET but t on is pressed wit h either a ballpoint pen or t hin m etal obj ect . RESET function is t o be act ivat ed for
the following reasons:
‚I n itial inst allat ion of t he un it w hen all w ir ing is com plet ed.
‚All t he function but tons do not operat e.
‚Err or sym bol on t he display.

Clo ck
Press DI SP but t on to switch between clock display and current m ode display. Press and hold DI SP but ton;
clock will blink. Rotate VOL regulator clockwise or press VOL+ but ton t o set hours; rot ate VOL regulat or ant i-
clockw ise or press VOL- but t on to set m inut es.
Lo udn ess con t ro l
Press and hold SEL button, then press it repeatedly until LOUD ON is displayed. Rotate VOL regulator on the
front panel or pr ess VOL+ / VOL- but t ons on t he RC t o select Loudness ON or OFF.
Eq ualiz er se t t ing
Press and hold SEL button; then press it repeatedly until DSP OFF (DSP ON) is displayed. Rotate VOL
regulator on t he front panel or press VOL+ / VOL- but t ons on the RC t o choose between sound effects: POP M
= > ROCK M = > CLASSI CS = > FLAT = > DSP OFF.
AU X in j a ck
AUX-in jack is intended for connecting external audio equipment to amplify the sound. If connection is made
correct ly, the audio signal from t he external source will be t ranslated t hrough t he acoustics of t he head unit.
This enables to adj ust t he volum e and qualit y of the sounding. For exam ple, you can connect an MP3-player
to list en to tracks using t he car acoust ic system .

Ba nd sele ct ion
Press repeatedly BAND but ton t o select your desired radio band in radio m ode: FM1, FM2, FM3, MW1 (AM1) ,
MW2 ( AM2) . Each band can st or e 6 preset stat ions, for a t ot al of 30 preset m em ory st ations.
Tu ning
Press and hold PREVI OUS or NEXT button; the unit will aut om atically search a nearest station with a strongl
signal. To search next stat ion, repeat t his pr ocedure. To stop the autom atical search, press PREVI OUS or
NEXT button. Press PREVIOUS/ NEXT but tons to search for a station manually step by st ep.
Au t om a t ic st or e / Sca n
‚Aut om at ic st ore: Pr ess and hold AMS b ut t on, t he r eceiver will aut om at ically scan and save stat ions for t he
current band.
‚Scan: Press AMS but t on once t o scan the saved stat ions in each band.
Pr ogr am m ing st a t ion s
There are 6 num bered preset but tons, under which you can store and recall st ations for each band. Select the
needed st ation, then press and hold a preset button. The stat ion will be saved in the mem ory under t he
corresponding number. To recall a stored stat ion, press t he corresponding preset but ton.
M on o/ St e r eo con t rol ( in FM r ad io m od e )
Pr ess and hold SEL but t on; t hen press it repeat edly unt il t he d isplay shows STEREO ( MONO) . Press VOL+ / VOL-
buttons on the RC or rotate VOL regulator on t he panel to select bet ween STEREO/ MONO. STEREO m eans
st ereo recept ion of the signal; MONO m eans m ono recept ion m ode. I m provem ent of recept ion of distant
st at ion s can be d one by select ing m ono m ode, which m ay cut dow n som e recept ion n oise.
Lo ca l r ad io st a t ion
Press and hold SEL button; then press it repeatedly until the display shows LOCAL (DX). Press VOL+/VOL-
but t ons on t he RC or r otat e VOL regulat or on t he panel to select bet ween LOCAL/ DX. LOCAL m eans t hat only
local stations are received; DX means that both local and distant stations with weak and strong signal are
received.

AF ( Alt e rn a t iv e Fr eq uen cies) f un ct ion
Press AF but ton to turn the AF funct ion on or off.
When the radio signal st rengt h is poor , enabling the AF function will allow t he unit t o automat ically search
anot her station with t he sam e PI ( Program I dent ification) as the current stat ion but w it h stronger signal
st rength, so t hat you do not hav e t o r et une the stat ions w hen driving bet ween different t ransm it ter coverage
ar eas. When AF sy m bol is on, it m eans RDS infor m at ion is received; w hen AF sy m bol is f lashing, it m ean s
RDS inform at ion is not yet received.
PS ( Pr ogr am Ser v ice nam e) : t he nam e of st at ion w ill be display in st ead of f req uency.
I f RDS ser vice is n ot available in your area, t ur n off t he AF m ode. Defau lt set t ing is ON.
REGI ON ON / OFF m ode
Press and hold AF but t on, REGI ON ON/ OFF m ode is selected. Press AF butt on t o select REG ON/ OFF.
‚REG ON: AF switching or PI SEEK is implemented to the station which have all PI codes are same as
current stat ion (PI CODE is checked when AF CHECK in progress)
‚REG OFF: The regional code in the format of PI code is ignored when AF switching or PI SEEK is
im plem ent ed. (PI CODE and COVERAGE AREA is not checked w hen AF CHECK in progress)
TA ( Tr affic Alarm ) fu nction
Press TA but ton to t urn TA funct ion on or off.
I n TA m ode t r affic progr am will be aut om at ically searched, unt il t he p rogr am is receiv ed. When tr affic
announcem ent is received the unit will t em porarily swit ch t o t he t uner m ode ( regardless of t he current m ode)
and begin br oadcast ing t he announcem ent . After the t raffic announcem ent is over, it will r et ur n t o t he
pr evious m ode and volum e level. To int er rupt t raffic announcem ent press TA but ton short ly; it w ill not sw itch
off t he TA m ode.

PTY ( Program Type )
This radio will allow you t o select the type of program required, and will search for a station broadcasting that
t ype of pr ogram .
Press PTY but t on t o show the m usic type. Then press 1 - 6 num ber but tons to choose different music
programs available. Press PTY button twice to show the speech type program. Then press 1 - 6 number
but t ons t o choose different speech program s. Each number but ton will show 3 different speech program s for
you to choose.
When PTY is selected, the radio starts to search corresponding PTY information, and stops if the
corresponding PTY inform at ion is detected. I f no but tons are pressed wit hin several seconds, previously
selected PTY is searched. During 1 loop, if desired PTY is not found, the unit will return to previous mode.
Press PTY but t on for the 3rd tim e to sw itch t he PTY funct ion off.

MMC/ SD car d slot
Detach the front panel. Carefully insert the SD/MMC card into the card slot on the inner panel. Attach the
panel. Unit starts playback aut om at ically.
USB port
Carefully connect a USB driver to t he m iniUSB-USB cable included and t hen insert it into t he USB j ack on the
front panel. Unit starts playback automatically.
USB/ SD/ MMC not es:
USB form at supp or ts 2. 0. Capacit y: up t o 8 GB. SD cards capacit y: up to 8 GB.
N ot e : Because of the great variety of products with SD and MMC card slots and their sometimes quite
m anufact urer-specific funct ions t he producer can neit her guarantee t hat all devices will be recognized nor
that all operating options t hat are possible in theory will act ually work.
I D3 - t ag in for m ation
I f an MP3 file has I D3-t ag inform at ion of com pat ible form at in English or Russian, it will be displayed on t he
LCD. The I D3-t ag inform at ion m ay include File, Folder, Music, Album or Art ist dat a.
N ex t / Pr ev ious t r ack
Press NEXT/ PREVI OUS buttons to choose next or previous t rack. Press and hold this but ton t o choose forward
playback or backward playback; release t he but t on t o ret urn t o normal playback.
Play / Pa use
Press PLAY/ PAUSE/ 1 button t o pause the playback, press one m ore t im e t o resum e t he normal playback.
I n t r o pla yb a ck
When INT/ 2 but ton is pressed, t he first several seconds of each track on the storage is played. Press again to
stop int ro and list en t o t rack.
