Dual Treatment
Head
LORI is cordless and rechargeable.
Before use, fully charge for 4 hours, even if
the indicator lights turn green sooner than
4 hours.
CHARGING
To access the USB charging port, open the
waterproof seal cover located at the base
of the handle. Connect the USB end of the
provided charging cord to a USB port of a
computer, or a USB wall adapter, and plug
into an electrical outlet. As the LORI charges
all the lights on its control panel will be red
(gure a.) The indicator light will turn green
when the device is fully charged.
Recharge the LORI only as needed and up
to 4 hours only. DO NOT overcharge which
can shorten the battery life. Disconnect the
charging cord when not charging the device.
LORI should be powered OFF and cannot
be used while charging.
POWERING OFF AND ON
Long Press the power button to turn
the device ON/OFF. LORI will shut off
automatically after about 10 minutes of
continuous use.
CYCLING THROUGH MODES
Short Press the same main button to cycle
between the different modes of LORI.

MODE 1. = EMS + heat + red indicator
light.
* Hot temperature is about 45°C (±3-

ADDITIONAL TIPS ON HOW TO USE THE LORI:
• LORI is designed to rejuvenate and promote blood
circulation to the smaller contours of the face;
revitalizing the delicate skin around the eyes and lips,
and on your forehead.
• EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) vibrations stimulate
collagen regeneration and skincare ingredient
absorption.
• Thermal Heat promotes blood circulation to reduce eye
bags and dark circles.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not recommend sharing
LORI with other people.
• Exercise caution when using LORI around the eyes,
ensuring that it does not touch the eye balls.
• Remember to turn off the device after use. Store LORI
in a clean, dry place.

Close supervision is necessary when this Product is used by, on, or
near children or physically challenged persons. Use this product only
for its intended use as described in this User Guide. DO NOT use this
product where oxygen is being administered. The product has no
serviceable parts. Never attempt to open the Device Handle for any
reason. DO NOT disassemble, heat above 600°C (140°F) or incinerate.

Warranty:
Your warranty is not effective unless you register the Product within 90
days of purchase. To register go online to www.warrantyspasciences.com
and complete the information required for registration.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Spa Sciences LP (the
“Company”) warrants the LORI - LED Sonic Thermal Eye & Lip Massager
(the “Product”) against damage, defects or failure resulting from ordinary
consumer use under normal home conditions according to the instructions
included with the Product (a “Covered Defect”). This warranty DOES NOT
include damage, defects or failure caused by misuse or improper care of
the Product; impact or insertion of foreign objects into or on the Product;
application of harmful chemicals or abrasives to the Product; failure to follow
manufacturer’s instructions; normal wear and tear; alteration or overuse of the
Product; or any professional or commercial use of the Product.
If there is a Covered Defect during the one (1) year warranty period
the Company agrees to exchange the Product with a new equivalent Product.
This is the sole remedy available for breach of this limited warranty. Any
claim for breach of this limited warranty must be commenced within one
(1) year following the original purchase. This limited warranty applies only
to a purchase of the Product from or an authorized reseller, is valid for the
original end user of the Product only and cannot be transferred under any
circumstances.
THE PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF

1. Apply an appropriate amount of skincare product to the
area of your face you wish to treat.
2. Select the appropriate mode with the heat/cold and
EMS/RF combination of your choice (refer to the next
page for tips and expected benets.)
3. After use, wipe the dual treatment massage head with a
damp cloth or paper towel.
HOW TO USE THE LORI:
WHERE TO USE LORI:
EYE AREA: Slowly move LORI massage head around
your eye and in an upward motion at the outside end of
the eye and crows feet.
LIPS AREA: Slowly move LORI massage head around your
mouth and in an upward motion at the outside crease of
the lips.
FOREHEAD: Slowly move LORI massage head in an
upward/downward direction from your eyebrows to the
top of your forehead.

• LORI is designed to rejuvenate and promote blood
circulation to the smaller contours of the face;
revitalizing the delicate skin around the eyes and lips,
and on your forehead.
• EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) vibrations stimulate
collagen regeneration and skincare ingredient
absorption.
• Thermal Heat promotes blood circulation to reduce eye

• For hygiene reasons, we do not recommend sharing
LORI with other people.

Warranty:
Your warranty is not effective unless you register the Product within 90
days of purchase. To register go online to www.warrantyspasciences.com
and complete the information required for registration.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, Spa Sciences LP (the
“Company”) warrants the LORI - LED Sonic Thermal Eye & Lip Massager
(the “Product”) against damage, defects or failure resulting from ordinary
consumer use under normal home conditions according to the instructions
included with the Product (a “Covered Defect”). This warranty DOES NOT
include damage, defects or failure caused by misuse or improper care of
the Product; impact or insertion of foreign objects into or on the Product;
application of harmful chemicals or abrasives to the Product; failure to follow
manufacturer’s instructions; normal wear and tear; alteration or overuse of the
Product; or any professional or commercial use of the Product.
If there is a Covered Defect during the one (1) year warranty period
the Company agrees to exchange the Product with a new equivalent Product.
This is the sole remedy available for breach of this limited warranty. Any
claim for breach of this limited warranty must be commenced within one
(1) year following the original purchase. This limited warranty applies only
to a purchase of the Product from or an authorized reseller, is valid for the
original end user of the Product only and cannot be transferred under any
circumstances.
THE PROVISIONS OF THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF
ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR

2. Select the appropriate mode with the heat/cold and

3. After use, wipe the dual treatment massage head with a
damp cloth or paper towel.
