GL6X2 – Quick Card
Manual Mode On/Off
5 + 8 change Y-slope
6 + 7 change X-slope
Press quickly – On
Press and hold 2 seconds-/Off
LED + Bubbles flash during self-leveling.
If a grade value has been dialed in, the GL
starts the temperature-reference check -
thermometer symbols flash
Rotation Speed / Scan mode
Quickly press and release 4 to toggle
through the pre-selected rotation
speeds (GL622: 0, 80, 200, 600, 900
rpm/GL612: 300, 600, 900 rpm).
Press and hold 4 for three seconds
changes the unit into Scan mode
(GL622). When in scan mode, quickly
press and release button 4toggles
through the pre-selected scan sizes (5,
15, 45, 90, 180°).
Starts the MENU entry
5 to 8 Up/Down; Left/Right
Change the Y-/X- slope in manual
mode. Navigate through the menu and
change values.
6 + 7 vertical direction alignment

3changes the unit back to the standard or previous display.
Automatic PlaneLok
The laser searches for the HL750 .
Flashing becomes solid
when PlaneLok is complete.

Y’ or X’ confirm an Axis Alignment
has been performed successfully.

housing while the rotation will be
stopped.

Select Service; buttons 6/7
toggle between Calibration Y
and Cal X OR Cal Z when set
up vertically. Special Field
calibration instructions are
available.

Automatic Beam Plunge (only GL622)
Beam Plunge centers the rotor
vertically => to align the plumb beam
to a desired vertical position, e.g.,
when doing Interior layout.
3(ESC) stops the movement => unit in
manual mode.
Corrections up /down => buttons 5/8;
left/right => 6/7
Automatic Line Scan
Line Scan centers the rotor
horizontally => to align the
plumb beam to a desired
horizontal position.
3(ESC) stops the movement

Automatic PlaneLok
The laser searches for the
HL750 (Photocell on the
bottom side). Flashing
becomes solid when
PlaneLok is complete.
button 4 opens the Setting
Menu; select the desired
function then press 4 to open
the selected submenu function
OR start the selected function.
Pairing GL with RC + HL750
Select UL at the HL750 menu
Select Mask sectors
Settings
Enter the MENU with button 1 at the Standard Display and select Settings with button 4.
The Setting Menu offers the following functions:
