1. Laden Sie den Lautsprecher auf: Verbinden Sie ihn dafür über das Ladekabel mit einer USB-Stromquelle (500 mA). Der
Ladevorgang dauert ca. 2-3 Stunden; die rückseitige LED leuchtet dabei rot. Das Auaden ist während der Benutzung möglich.
2. Schalten Sie den Lautsprecher ein („ON“); die LED blinkt blau. Es ertönt ein akustisches Signal. Der Lautsprecher ist nun 5
Minuten bereit für das Pairing.
3. Stellen Sie über Ihr Smartphone oder Ihren Tablet-PC die Bluetooth®-Verbindung zum Lautsprecher („SPEEDLINK CUBID“)
her. Dieser Vorgang unterscheidet sich je nach Gerät. Sollte eine Code-Eingabe verlangt werden, geben Sie bitte die
Zahlenkombination 0000 ein. Die LED leuchtet anschließend konstant blau. Die Verbindung wird künftig nach Aus- und
Einschalten automatisch mit dem zuletzt verbundenen Gerät wiederhergestellt, wenn dies in Reichweite ist
(dauert ca. 5 Sekunden).
4. Alternativ können Sie den Lautsprecher über das Audio-Kabel an eine Audio-Quelle anschließen (3,5 mm).
5. Stellen Sie die Lautstärke direkt an der Quelle ein.
6. Das integrierte Mikrofon kann für die Freisprechfunktion verwendet werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Funktion nur
verfügbar ist, wenn eine Bluetooth®-Verbindung mit Ihrem Tablet oder Smartphone besteht.
7. Sobald die Leistung nachlässt, laden Sie den Lautsprecher bitte erneut auf. Bei Nichtgebrauch schalten Sie den Lautsprecher
einfach ab („OFF“), um Strom zu sparen.
Quick install Guide
1. Charge the speaker by connecting it to a USB power source (500mA) using the supplied charging cable. Charging takes
around 2-3 hours during which time the rear LED will glow red. You can use the device while charging it.
2. Switch the speaker ON – the LED will ash blue and a tone will be emitted. The speaker will now be ready for pairing
for 5 minutes.
3. Pair your smartphone or tablet with the speaker (SPEEDLINK CUBID) via Bluetooth®.
This process differs depending on your device. If prompted, enter the code 0000. The LED will then glow solid blue. When you
switch the speaker off and on again in future, the connection to the last connected device will be restored automatically if it is
within range (takes approx. 5 seconds).
4. Alternatively, connect the speaker to an audio source (3.5mm) using the supplied audio cable.
5. Adjust the volume on the audio source directly.
6. The integrated microphone can be used for hands-free calls. Please note: this function is only available when connected via
Bluetooth®to your tablet or smartphone.
7. As soon as you notice a drop in performance, recharge the speaker. If you do not intend to use the speaker, simply switch it
OFF to save power.

This product is only intended as a speaker
for connecting to a compatible Bluetooth®
or 3.5mm audio source. Jöllenbeck GmbH
accepts no liability whatsoever for any injuries
or damages caused due to careless, improper
or incorrect use of the product or use of the
product for purposes not recommended by the
manufacturer.
Battery safety
This product is tted with a Li-ion battery. Do
not damage, open or dismantle the battery
and do not use it in damp and/or corrosive
conditions. Only use compatible chargers.
Do not expose the product to temperatures
exceeding 60°C (140°F). Products labelled
with a crossed-out bin symbol must not be
disposed of together with household waste.
Used batteries and rechargeables can
contain harmful substances which may cause
environmental damage or harm your health
if not stored or disposed of correctly. As the
end user, you are legally obliged to dispose
of electrical equipment at the end of its useful
life at an ofcial collection point; this also
ensures that the integral rechargeable battery
is disposed of correctly.
Avoiding hearing damage
PLEASE NOTE: Listening to
audio for extended periods
at loud volume levels may
cause permanent hearing
damage, so check the volume
level that has been set on the
volume control each time before using the
product, and avoid listening to audio at a high
volume level.

Operation of the device (the devices) may
be affected by strong static, electrical or
high-frequency elds (radio installations,
mobile telephones, microwaves, electrostatic
discharges). If this occurs, try increasing
the distance from the devices causing the
interference.
