Supreme Child Protecon Seat
Installaon and Operaon Instrucons
Dear Customer: Thank you for purchasing a Supreme Child Protecon Seat. Please read all instrucons
before installing. Failure to follow these warnings and the installaon instrucons could
result in serious injury or death. Keep these instrucons. DO NOT DISCARD.
Warning
1. This Product is intended for children up to a maximum weight of 25kgs.
2. DO NOT leave your child unaended while using the Child Protecon Seat.
3. Always use safety belt.
4. Forbid children from hanging from the unit to avoid risk of falling.
5. Be aware of the risk of open res and other sources of strong heat, such as electric heaters, gas res, etc. in
the near vicinity of the Child Protecon Seat.
6. Adding excessive weight to the unit that exceed the total weight limit of 25kgs may cause a hazardous
unstable condion to occur.
Parts and Hardware
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Check all components and hardware monthly or as required to ensure hardware is ght and there are no missing
or damaged components. Take unit out of service if any components are missing or damaged and contact SPL
customer service to order spare parts. DO NOT substute parts . For replacement parts phone 0800 7877 363
• Clean Child Protecon Seat by using a damp cloth with mild soap or mild mul-purpose cleaner. Do not use
strong chemical cleaners or cleaning agents that may be hazardous to children.
Method of Installaon
Warning
• This Child Protecon Seat has four (4) recess mounng holes.
• The Child Protecon Seat is no stronger than the anchors or wall to which they are aached and therefore, MUST
be rmly secured in order to support the weight they are intended to support. Contact a Builder or Architect if
you have any quesons relang to installaon.
Note: Wooden double stud blocking is necessary.
Terms of Warranty
1. The Supreme Child Protecon Seat warranty period is 12 months.
2. The warranty period commences on the date of purchase.
3. The following are not in the scope of warranty requirements:
Improper use, alteraon to the product or repair by technical persons without our
company’s authorisaon.
4. While our company remains commied to our customer service, we will not cover products
that are outside of their warranty period.
• The Child Protecon Seat is no stronger than the anchors or wall to which they are aached and therefore,
MUST be rmly secured in order to support the weight they are intended to support. Contact a Builder or
Architect if you have any quesons relang to installaon.
• To assure proper installaon, it is suggested that a qualied person or registered building praconer install the
Supreme Child Protecon Seat. SPL Ltd will not be responsible if the table is not installed properly.
