Hinweis:
Bitte beginnen Sie zunächst mit dem
Einbetonieren der Bodenhülsen nach dem
Fundamentplan M-00016.
Der Beton braucht ca. zwei Tage zum
Trocknen. Danachkönnen Sie mit der Montage
der Tore beginnen.
Wichtig: Bodenhülsen müssen mit der
Schraube nach unten einbetoniert werden!
Note:
Please begin first of all with the concreting of
the ground sockets to the foundation plan
M-00016.
The concrete needs to dry two days. Then you
can begin with the installation of the goals.
Important: Ground sleeves must be
concreted with the screw down!

Arbeitsschritte zur Montage
1. Schrauben Sie auf das Gewinde der
Augenschraube (4) die Sechskant-
mutter (5), die Unterlegscheiben (6)
und die Gewindeplatten (7) - zunächst
lose
2. Schieben Sie den so bestückten
Augenschraube (4) bis in die äußere
Torecke des Torpfosten Elements
(1/2) und schrauben Sie diese fest.
3. Wie in der Montageanleitung M-00032
beschrieben, die Torlatte (3) mit den
Profilverbinder (4) verschrauben.
Working steps for the assembly
1. Screw on the thread of the eye screw
(4) two hexagon nut (5), two washers
(6) and two thread plates (7) - initially
loose
2. Slide the so-tipped eye screw (4) in the
outer goal corner of the goal post
element (1/2) und screw this tighten.
3. As described in the mounting instruct-
tion M-00032, screw the crossbar (3) to
the profile connector (4).

4. Die Torpfosten (1/2) auf die
herausstehenden Profilverbinder (8)
stecken. Dann die Profilverbinder (8)
mit je zwei Senkschrauben M8x20 (9)
lose anschrauben.
5. Erst nach der Überprüfung, ob alles
passt, die Senkschrauben M8x20 (9)
über Kreuz fest schrauben und danach
die Senkschrauben M8x20 (9) über
Kreuz fest anziehen!
6. Die Netzhalter (10) ca.alle 20-25cm in
die Profilnut stecken.
7. Die Netzhalter (10) um 90° verdrehen,
am besten mit dem Montageschlüssel
(15) alternativ auch mit einem
Schraubenschlüssel SW19.
-an der Latte die Öffnung nach oben,
-am Pfosten, die Öffnung zeigen
jeweils rechts und links.
4. Now insert the goal post (1/2) on the
out standing profile connector (8).
Next, screw the profile connector (8)
with two countersunk screwM8x20 (9)
loosely!
5. Only after checking if everything is
correct, screw down the countersunk
head screws M8x20 (9) first over cross
and then tighten the countersunk screws
M8x20 (9) over cross!
6. Insert the net holders (10) into the
profile groove approx. every 20-25cm.
7. Turn the net holders (10) supply 90°,
preferably with a montage key (15)
alternatively a wrench AF19.

8. Den montierten Torrahmen stellen Sie
in die nach dem Fundamentplan
M-00016 einbetonierten Bodenhülsen
auf.
9. Stellen Sie die Netzspannpfosten (11)
ebenfalls in die dafür einbetonierten
Bodenhülsen auf nach dem Funda-
mentplan M-00016. Die Aufwickler
müssen nach hinten zeigen und in
einem Winkel von ca. 45° zum Tor
stehen.
10. Damit Ihr Netz gleichmäßig hängt,
gehen Sie bitte wie folgend vor.
[1] Ihr Netz hängen Sie zuerst in den
Torecken in die Netzhalter ein (10)
[2] Jetzt hängen Sie ihr Netz ca. mittig
der Torlatte in die Netzhalter ein.

[3] Nun hängen Sie das Netz zwischen
den Punkten 1 und 2 ein.
[4] Nun noch einmal zwischen den
Punkten 1 und 3 sowie 2 und 3.
[5] Abschließend hängen Sie das Netz
in die übrigen Netzhalter ein.
An den Torpfosten gehen Sie bitte
nach dem gleichen Prinzip vor.
11. Um eine Kastenform des Netzes zu
erhalten, teilen Sie die Schnur auf:
- 1 Stück mit 11 m und
- 2 Stücke mit 2 m Länge pro Tor.
Das 11m-Seil verknoten Sie mit Kara-
binerhaken (12) an der ToreckeA,
führen Sie es dann umlaufend oben
durch das ganze Netz und verknoten
es an der anderen Seite mit dem
Karabinerhaken (12) an ToreckeB.
Das 2 m-Seil verknoten Sie an den
NetzeckpunktenChinten oben, fädeln
sie durch die Ösen der Netz-
spannpfosten (11), spannen das Netz
durch Zug und sichern es an dem
Aufwickler.

Einmal im Monat müssen die Schraub-
verbindungen überprüft und eventuell
wieder festgezogen werden.
Regelmäßige Kontrolle auf Beschä-
digungen Bruchstellen.
Drehmoment:
Bei M8-Schrauben: 16Nm
Bei M10-Schrauben: 32Nm
